The room was clean and comfy . Housekeeping was excellent. Good location to the zoo, which was what we wanted .

On arrival we asked about the laundry facilities. The machines only took quarters . The front desk didn't have any and the manager had already gone home by 5pm. The front desk told us to get change from the casino or the hotel next door and assured us they would have quarters . Well, the casino doesn't deal in quarters or the hotel next door. The front desk staff could not have cared less . Munching on crisps , lapse attitude . Very disappointed. the following day an older lady was on the front desk and she was excellent. The younger staff need better training !

We liked that it was right on the river and the pool opened up to outside. My family also enjoyed the hot breakfast.

However, when requesting a blanket and pillow for the pull out sofa sleeper, we were told somebody would be up to our room with the items shortly. No one ever came! Room would have been worth the price if it had been facing the river, but the pool to outside made up for it.

The location was very close to all activities we planned to visit and access to the highway system was very easy. The continental breakfast was good. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Room service consistently did not supply us with the correct number of wash cloths to meet the number occupants for the room. We needed three, but she/he supplied only two upon cleaning the room. Other than that, everything else was fine.

This hotel was great. I was coming from a bad experience the prior day with the comfort inn at/by the zoo. I asked the gentleman at the front desk if I could check in early. It was before 11am so my hopes were not up. To my surprise the gentleman was able to get me into a room and check in way early(normal check in is 3pm). I was so thankful as I had 3 kids with me and food that I had purchased the day before that would of went bad if left in my car and not in a fridge. This hotel was only $20 or so more a night than my other poor choice of a hotel comfort inn at the zoo. The hotel was way better too. It had a nice big pool/hot tub, connected to the Ameristar Casino and had a good breakfast every morning. I definilty recommend this hotel when going to Omaha NE to visit the Zoo.

The breakfast was good with a lot of options, healthy and otherwise, and plenty of it. Hotel was right next to Ameristar Casino, and easy access as there was an inside walkway between casino and hotel, nice to avoid having to go outside and walk on ice/snow. Beds were very comfortable and showers had plenty of hot water. Rooms looked recently updated and even had a Keurig and blow dryer in room.

The pool was a little small, but was well maintained, and there was a hot tub.

Our room was clean and ready for early check in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The river view was amazing. Location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Breakfast was great, hot and fresh. The pool was spacious!!

The air conditioner fan wouldn't stay on in any of our rooms. There should be a fan always on option. Parking was hard to find when coming back at night because of the casino next door.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND CHANGED A LITTLE EACH MORNING - SO CLEAN. IT WAS BUSY WHEN I STAYED BUT MY ROOM WAS VERY QUIET OVERLOOKING THE MISSOURI RIVER. STAFF WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN I VISIT MY DAUGHTER.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and the room was nicely appointed. The location is convenient to I-29 and it is an easy trip to the zoo.

There were some significant maintenance issues. The bathroom door had an annoying squeek, the toilet paper holder was not fully attached, and the bedside wall lamps seemed to have a short.

Location is great, I always request a room with a view of the river and the hotel is happy to oblige. Great breakfast now that continental breakfast is back to being not a joke, great coffee, nice pool and hot tub, snacks to buy, many places deliver food to the hotel through grub hub, etc. and the staff was excellent. Beds are comfy with plenty of pillows, large tv with plenty of channels, nice bathrooms, and very clean rooms and facilities overall. Super fast and friendly check-in.

They were undergoing heavy construction in the lobby making it so there was nowhere to sit on the lower level, no chairs or living area in the double queen room so nowhere to sit in the room, we like to bring the kids to hang out in the lobby for a little something to do but couldn’t do that due to construction. Nowhere mentioned they’d be under construction until we arrived at the hotel so that was a little disappointing and they say to wear shoes on the construction areas which is tough when going from your room to the pool but other than that it’s a wonderful hotel. We stayed once before this and we will stay again.

I had a two night stay at Hampton inn next door for 2 nights .. decided on staying one more night .. got room online for holiday inn instead.. and called in morning to see if could get into a room that wasn't used instead of waiting till 3pm. They happily got us a room to get into right away as we left one room right to another. Very pleased with service and hot tub and pool ...
