The property was in A pretty convenient location. although they seemed very understaffed, they did a good job to try to rectify things. they had the valet guy working the front desk and helping with things in the rooms. That guy needs to get a raise. I forgot his name but he has blonde hair and he’s tall.. he was a go getter.

the beds say queen when they are actually the size of a full. For the price the rooms were super small however I will say we booked during the men’s college World Series so understandably the prices were higher than normal. Their breakfast was not breakfast there was basically coffee and granola bars offered maybe some fruit some mornings. But nothing special

Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Beautiful art deco design. Absolutely unbelievable location--within 3 blocks of everything we'd planned. Stunningly clean and comfortable bedding and bath. Really comfortable and charming bar-restaurant. Breakfast was also fantastic in all ways: cooked perfectly, healthy (steel cut oats).

Don't use fragrance detergent or dryer products on sheets. Many of us are allergic. Water in shower was not hot enough.

historic- check in personal was so nice and friendly!! loved him, he really set our mood for the weekend- good food- room service options!- female valet personal was so friendly and quick with getting the cars ready when we checked out as well.

charged parking (meter or valet) - no good coffee nearby- eco friendly toilets are not cool- hollow walls, half the night could hear fighting from one of the other rooms or noise from the street- no ATM nearby?

Great time at the Magnolia. The entire staff couldn't be nicer! They have a shuttle that will pick you up at the airport and will also take you to local attractions such as the zoo and Durham museum. Just ask at the front desk. Courtney at the bar was fantastic and one night we arrived as she was finishing up and she stayed and took care of us. She also waited on us the next night at our dinner table and did the same. Funny and personable. Stop and see her.

Breakfast was not available when we stays which was disappointing and there was no indication of this when we checked in or on the website. However, we found a great coffee shop a short walk away.

Service in the bar/restaurant was poor. They were short staffed as had underestimated the number of people dining before the show at the theatre. We had to wait a long time even for a glass of water.

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable .

Paid extra for parking. Shower water pressure was weak. Room at the price I paid was not what I was expecting. Much smaller than the picture I was looking at and thinking that's our room. After checking in and finding the location and venue that I was attending for this trip I could of stayed at a hotel 1200 ft away from it. Right across the street. Free parking. New hotel. Half the price. I will never make this mistake again. EVER

The staff was very friendly and professional. The valet service was very reasonable priced. We were given a lot of recommendations on where to spend our time in Omaha. The hotel bar was also great and the bartender was very knowledgeable about the downtown nightlife.

I don't have any complaints.

Clean fresh & great location. My friend & I came in for a couple days to shop in the Old Market & this was an easy walk up the street. We didn't eat but had a couple drinks that night & the bar & bar tender very nice. She & I had a double queen room which was very spacious.

Location was perfect, and lobby was elegant and inviting.

The bathroom sliding door was so heavy my kids couldn't shut it (and took me a minute to get it). The 8in step up into the shower was a bit much.

Very pretty with high end quality and feels like redone.

I can’t believe there is only one maybe two microwave for the whole hotel. Not even on our floor. The showers are beautiful and so easy to get in and out of. In fact we are getting one like it. But you have to be careful with slick wet tile and the floor, step up and shower floor are 3 different levels. We asked for a bath mat. It worked well and they happily got us one.
