We loved the breakfast it was amazing. The waffle maker and hot sandwiches were great! The cold cereal and bagels are nice but some people prefer more at breakfast. We also really appreciated the staff and how we were treated. Everyone we encountered was absolutely wonderful. The entire hotel was also extremely clean and nicely kept up. We were impressed.

The only room for improvement we felt was maybe some newer and more comfortable beds perhaps. Also maybe soon redo the carpeting and update the nightstands and entertainment centers because they are dinged up with scratches and wear and tear on them. Nothing to bad but in order to keep things nice you'll want to not let it get bad.

I recently stayed at a VERY expensive, and very well known 5 star golf resort in Florida, and this hotel blew that overrated resort out of the water when it came to cleanliness!!!! This Baymont is literally cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! THANK YOU!!!!

we stay here each time we are in the area. good price, nice breakfast. staff is very nice, and it is a decent stay for the money. we are only there to sleep and not to hang out at the hotel so it fits our purpose.

elevator is terrible. beds are very firm, my family liked that, I didn’t. room was clean, but needs to be painted. whole hotel needs a refresh, looks dated.

The room was clean. It was nice having a microwave and refrigerator and a coffee maker in our room. Spacious area.

Would have been nice to have a few more streaming options, even for purchase. The breakfast could have had a little more variety. Good stay for the money. We enjoyed ourselves overall.

The toilet was not clean when our family of 3 arrived in the room. (Remnants of last visitor) There were not enough face towels and we were told they only had one person to do laundry. We had to leave a day early for an emergency. I spoke to the desk attendant Friday evening about our situation and she told us to check out and let the morning clerk know of our situation and it would take 3-4 business days for the refund. Saturday morning at 7:30 am came and manager on duty Eli stated there would be no refund and we needed 24hrs to cancel and that would have to be done through the third party. We were not very happy with our visit to Grand Rapids.

Wrong room first night and they accommodated me with room change to what I had booked for remainder of stay.

Booking.com confirmed wrong room for me and hotel changed it to correct error.

Staff Very friendly, hotel nice and clean. Location very close to the venue that we were going to.

Waffle makers down so breakfast options limited to cereal, microwavable sandwiches, yogurt. Even bread options were limited to just white bread.

The hotel was nice staff was nice. clean rooms. Hot tub was down. Pool was a little cold. Breakfast was ok. They had muffins, toast, waffles, cold & hot cereal, coffee, juice, breakfast sandwiches, Yogurt. So a decent selection.

I ended up paying more for this room then other rooms I've reserved in the past.

customer service was great. rooms were clean and the beds are very comfortable. I liked that the air conditioner was on when I checked in. it was 90 degrees out so that was a great surprise

they don't have enough towels or comforters. a few times they only had hand towels in the room and one bed didn't have a comforter. one room I stayed in the air conditioner's filter was filthy and so was the vent in the bathroom. the sprinklers spray into the pavilion and sprayed me on 2 different occasions. not that mad about that because it was really hot

Front desk staff were nice. Excellent breakfast.

Initially, I had a little problem checking in due to the fact that it was booked through Booking.com, but the front staff cleared it up quickly enough.
