Stephanie at the breakfast buffet was exceptional! We would have liked to have waffles, however, we heard that the one available kept blowing a circuit breaker. I would suggest getting a different one or put in a bigger breaker!

The first room we went to unfortunately had all the bedding in a pile on the floor and the dresser drawers were hanging open. We were quickly given an equivalent room on the same floor by Dave at the front desk.

Very close to the concert venue. It was perfect for us coming from out of town. We had dinner at the restaurant/bar connected to the hotel. Great food and drinks. Well priced.

We had no dislikes, found the hotel to be very nice and comfortable.

Location was amazing and easy to reach local restaurants and the convention center. Kitchenettes was nice.

The pillows were flat. And at 3 in the morning someone was screaming f%#€ you! At someone outside our window. Too bad the windows weren’t sound proof. Items from previous party was left in fridge and cupboards.

Everything far exceeded our expectations. All the staff was extremely friendly, much more than I think I have ever experienced in a hotel before. The hotel was super easy to access from the parking ramp. The room was a great layout, comfortable and had everything we expected and more. The only trouble is the windows do not do a good job of blocking out the city noice. There is an event center right next door and even though we were on the firth floor, it was as if the window was open. We did not get to sleep until 3 pm after the party finally ended.

Very nice and good sized room. We had a family wedding downtown and it was perfect to have the big kitchen. Very clean.

The elevator situation caused some confusion. Better signage from the parking lot to the hotel and elevators would help alot.

Angelie Armitage was an excellent source of restaurants, places to do or see. She went about and beyond to make or stay at the Homewood Suites enjoyable. Great employee!

We parked in front of the hotel, in a little indentation that seemed prefect for unloading. We went inside. On our way to the lobby desk on the second floor, we passed a security guard. I asked him if it was OK to leave our car parked at the curb, while we checked in. He said, "sure, no problem". When I returned a fee minutes later, I found a $40. parking ticket on my windshield. I'm guessing the security was employed by the Building not the hotel.

The hotel was centrally located with very convenient parking. We were able to pay for parking with our room and then come and go as needed. Very easy! We arrived a little earlier than expected and were able to check in, which was very nice. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean, including the kitchen and bath.

this property is fabulous! we LOVED our room. it was like a studio apartment and we looked out at Tupelo Honey. The bed was super comfortable. This is a great place and I travel a lot and stay at many hotels.

The hotel is fabulous! The breakfast food needs some work. I know that you all can do better than this. I would suggest limiting the options and ensuring healthier food. The hot food was simply just processed grossness.

I enjoyed my stay is close to lots of restaurants and it was close a few nice bars and event center The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will def be back again.

I wish they paid for parking and offer door service when coming in from the parking it was a little bit if hike.
