The location is hands down the best. The room and near full kitchen was an unexpected bonus! With some special food needs, it's always a plus to be able to cook/keep your own meals. The breakfast had PLENTY of options and the food choices on the first floor (Social Misfits and Wahlburgers) were amazing! Check in was a breeze and the parking was simple (they have their own ramp), which was welcomed as it can be difficult to find parking downtown. Came to Grand Rapids for a concert at Van Andel, which is only a short walk away, and already planning our next stay :)

Very clean, location was perfect to all walking to downtown areas, staff was all great.

The only thing that's an issue is the parking and the elevators. Their lot can fill up fast on weekends and it's VERY tight if you have anything bigger than a car. The elevators were pretty slow, wait times were too much at times. And if you aren't used to it, the lobby is on a floor above the ground floor, and any time you go above the lobby, you must use your key to choose your floor... If not, you're not going anywhere. Oh kinda forgot about the bed. Very hard and not very comfortable. Stay besides that was great though

This hotel was right in the downtown and very easy to walk to nice restaurants and bars. The breakfast was adequate, but the room was great. Very roomy and super clean. The kitchen was well stocked, complete with wine glasses and an opener! It was a 15 minute drive to the Frederik Meijer Gardens.

Parking was 30$ but it was right across the street and very convenient. There was a service elevator across from the main elevators, but the only sign to tell you how to get to the lobby was next to this elevator. It was easy to make a mistake and get in the service elevator. (Then you need to find a maid to get you out!)( Yes, it happened to us and we prevented several others from making the same mistake.)

Fantastic stay. Hostess was helpful, it was nice to have a variety of snacks on site. Location was unbeatable. Bed super comfy, incredible set up, large TV, newer furnishings.

The coffee was never fresh although I would drink it mostly from 1pm and after, so perhaps that is why. Wish the parking was cheaper or included,or discounted since we did stay for a number of days (we extended our original stay dates).

Extremely comfortable room was well laid out, kitchen was well equipped and so convenient. Extra table & chairs for 2nd person to be on computer was great. Good lighting, great bathroom with extra little shelf was wonderful. Close to lots of restaurants and activities.

The location was perfect! Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance! We had a nice sweet on a higher floor so you could see the city!

I had kids with me and we ate a lot of snacks and things and ordered takeout so our trash was filling up and didn't know what to do there were no extra trash bags I had to go down to the dust to get trash bags and along the way there was a Doritos bag laying on the floor

Large room with spacious kitchen area. Very clean with a great view over Grand Rapids. Nice coffee shop below and easy to park.

Charging $30 a day for car parking seems expensive and still having plastic cutlery and paper plates at breakfast isn’t very environmentally friendly although the breakfast was included and there was a large selection.

Clean and sleek. Comfortable and spacious. It was also very convenient that the parking garage is attached to the hotel.

The elevators were having some trouble. It is a pretty noisy location too, but we stayed on a Saturday night and there was a nightclub across the street from our room.

Staff was great and friendly! The rooms are very clean and location is amazing. They also have great gluten free options for food. Always our go to when we're in GR!

The only thing that wasn't great was the bed in the sofa. Not the most comfortable, really the floor would have probably been more comfortable.

I thought this property was fabulous! I have stayed at many hotels in GR and this had the best of everything, location, cleanliness, friendly staff, a comfortable room and excellent view. I will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I missed was a hotel bar which wasn’t a huge deal, given the location.
