Clean lobby area and friendly staff. Room having a fridge and microwave was nice as well. Also lots of parking and free breakfast always a plus. Can't beat the price! I was a little worried about the other reviews, but since most the complaints were about the pool or breakfast ending at 9am, I took the chance and booked a room. Would stay here again if I'm in the area!

The bathtub had some draining issue but if you let it sit for ailbout 5 minutes or so, it'll drain all the way. Worried me for a little bit as I was showering since I wasn't sure if it would drain or not. Not a major issue though Also the eggs during breakfast were really sad lol. Everything else during breakfast was good though, but not sure how the eggs were as bad as they were

I liked that they had a pool. We were on the ground level. There is additional parking in the back so I could park right next to our window.

There was a pipe leaking by the elevator so there was a bucket and towels in a main area. I booked the room on booking.com and had one price but when I got to the hotel they told me another price which added $52 more. I am suppose to get the difference reimbursed back onto my card but I have not received it yet.

Had phone in room but wasn't useable. Used my cell phone to call front deck for password for internet , no answer. I could only get one channel on TV. Used pool on Thursday night with my granddaughter who was visiting me at my room for a couple of hours, no lights were on & couldn't find where to turn them on so could only use it for about half hour until it got to dark in pool room

The location was perfect. The room was clean.

Even though it is a non-smoking room, our room reeked of cigarette smoke. The elevator didn't work and we weren't told that until we saw the sign on the elevator. They also couldn't find my reservation even after giving them my confirmation number. They said it was a mixup with my first and last name. They eventually found it and all was well.

The staff was friendly, check in was quick. Our room was ready and clean. The housekeepers made sure we had fresh linens and trash emptied. No loud noise during our stay! The breakfast was hot and fresh also included with the hotel stay. The location was great a few places to step out and have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Hotel was nice and clean. The pool was open, but did not get a chance to swim, maybe next time.

The friendliness of the staff manager included. They were very professional and polite also catered to our every need. They were compassionate and understanding of our situation and didn't even have to go into detail about the situation. They made sure we were as comfortable as can be for our stay.

Cleanliness and Staff was very nice even when they were so busy with the power outages in the city. They remained calm and friendly. And they keep it so clean when pets are allowed.. thank you thank you for allowing pets.. they are part of the family. 😊

They first put me in a room they look like somebody was in there doing dope door was open when I got to the room so they moved me to another room so first hour was not good at all

While the hotel seemed dated, it was very clean; spacious and a good value compared to other hotels in the area. We didn't have interaction with staff other than checking it, which was pleasant. I have no complaints whatsoever with this hotel and would stay there again if in the area.
