I had a little trouble getting into my room on the night l arrived. The staff did everything possible to fix the issue (broken door lock, couldn’t enter) without success. Had to stay in a less satisfying room for my needs. But they had the problem fixed by the next morning and took care to make that situation right by me. I liked the staff. They were friendly and helpful.

I did not like that people don’t pick up after their dogs. They make available the bags and a dumping station but people still don’t utilize it. Pick up after your dogs. You are going to ruin a good thing.

Comfortable bed. Basics all worked (AC, heat, TV, coffeemaker, good hot water, etc.) The flooring in the room seemed pretty new. Desk staff was nice. Price was very good. I didn't have a chance to use the refrigerator or microwave, but it was nice they were provided.

The property is a little run down generally. Could use a refresh in some of the common areas, and a bit more cosmetic maintenance. I realize it is a budget hotel, not a luxury place, so as long as the basics are met (they were), that is my priority anyway.

Front desk staff was great. Was easy process they were pleasant n helpful. There was hiccup with adding on extra night was fixed promptly. I will stay here again. Dennys n gas station/ Convenience iquor store is walking distance. We had a good 4 day stay.

The only things I would add is couple more picnic tables.and mb some local transit bus schedules as we did not drive was distance from many things. Bus information would of helped alot.

The bathroom was clean, the safety handbars were prevalent and added to my husband feeling safe taking a shower where there a Was also a chair he could sit in if his legs felt weak.

The hotel could use some upgrading, but it didn’t distract from the comfort of the room.

Always professional even remember to have parking within eye view of room. Stayed in my same room as last time. Comfortable bed, very clean room, no riff raff lingering around. Definitely in my top five hotels to stay in Syracuse.

always cops in and out they never get our room right last time they gave me an occupied room and I was so embarrassed when walked in on the guy showering- good thing he didn’t know I was there

Friendly Staff and coffee in reception area . Clean rooms . Best value in town for a cheaper stay.

It may not suite a couple or a family looking for a “hotel” experience. A basic place to sleep. Clean

Price was good until we tried to return for 1 additional night

Plane was delayed and we were bumped to next day. Went back to hotel and they wanted $20 more for another night. We went elsewhere.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the few things that would have been nice is a hair dryer and a small refrigerator for drinks and small one cup coffee maker for before you get dress in the morning.

mentioned in the last section but what was there was basic.

Room was clean, comfortable, and well heated for a chilly autumn night. Bed was comfortable, linens were fresh, cable tv was easy to use and had adequate channels to view important sporting events of the day such as baseball playoffs and college football.
