The staff is very friendly and considerate. The breakfast is actually free Spacious and comfortable room. Not all the rooms has the big bath tub shown in the profile picture. If that interests you, you need to request for a room with a big tub. They even offered us a free shuttle pick up from and to the Newark Penni station. That is not part of the standard service they provide

The location is not convenient without a car. In google map, it shows the hotel is steps away from a train station called Newark airport rail way station. However, that station is not accessible from the street. To access the station from hotel, you have to take shuttle bus to the airport first then take the air train back to the station. If you want to go to new York by transit, the best way is to take Uber to Newark Penni Station. Then ride either NJ train or Path line. The total time will take at least one hour. I appreciate that the hotel provided us a complimentary ride to Newark Penni Station.

Shuttle bus came as promised within 15-20 minutes of contacting the hotel from the airport pick up point. Runs roughly every 30 mins during the day and can be reserved at the hotel for return journeys. Check in was friendly and the room was comfortable and outside noise minimal. My early flight had been cancelled next day so I could sleep in. Didn't have breakfast. A good stay.

There is no direct walking access from Newark Airport railway station despite being closeby. I used the AirTrain to the general hotel pick up station and doubled back with the hotel shuttle bus. Floor coverings look smart but the ridges can be noisy with people moving around with wheelie bags.

Awesome staff, everyone is very helpful and friendly. The Airport shuttle is a lifesaver, and the breakfast is so good! The bed is super comfy. I really appreciated my stay.

The smelly cleaning products. The only bad experience was the overwhelming smell in the room of cleaning products. Please stop using heavily scented perfumey cleaning products. They are made of toxic chemicals. I get headaches and nausea from them. You can easy just use unscented cleaners instead.

The room was larger than we expected for the price we paid. Slept with no issues, beds where comfortable, air conditioning worked well. The restaurant was amazing too. The evening meal was exceptional and breakfast was a self serve buffet. Staff where super friendly and helpful with providing local knowledge. Provided Free Shuttle from the airport and helped us with luggage.

Found out on check in that they provide a cruise package which includes transportation to the cruise terminal from the hotel. If we would have know we would have booked this. Was a bit disappointed the hotel couldn't accept payments at check in for the shuttle to the cruise terminal but this was beyond the control of the hotel staff.

The room was well worth it with a couch and mini kitchen, staff super helpful, and restaurant exceptional. Really appreciate everyone’s help and the food was delicious and cost-effective. Highly recommend!

When family came to visit, GPS continued to guide them to the airline employee parking lot which appeared to be a dead end, so navigation to the hotel can be frustrating. Also, the parking lot is very tight so beware and be careful.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean! The location was only 8 minutes or so from the Prudential Center which is where I was attending an event. I would definitely stay again seeing as I go to the Prudential Center often for concerts!

I only have two things I did not like. One was the small parking lot. It was tough for someone like me with a Ford Edge to maneuver my way through. The other thing was the smell of marijuana coming through the vents. I understand you cannot completely tell people not to bring it in but if there could be something done to prevent it from going into other rooms, that would be awesome!

Location is convenient to get to the Penn Newark train station and then go to NY Penn station ( Empire State) or Path ( cheaper) train. Room is large enough and clean. Room clean service is every day also a continental breakfast is offered. Overall a good experience.

The most annoying thing is that access to the hotel was only from one direction, you have to make a large detour to get back. Sound proofing was not so great, babies were crying somewhere around us. There is no way to open a window for some fresh air, only the AC to cool the room.

This hotel was very close to the airport and offered a shutshuttle. We were stranded at the airport overnight due yo a flight cancellation and we wwnt to the hotel at 7:00 am and they were nice enough to give us a room at 9:00 not wait till 3 pm check in. The room was very nice and clean and offered complimentary breaffast too

Booked here last minute when flight was cancelled. Airport shuttle arrived quickly and return trip was easy to book though left maybe 10-15 min later than booked, room was clean and comfy, restaurant food for dinner and breakfast was fine. There was a nice area to sit and work in the lobby area after check out time since my rebooked flight wasn't till late in the day.

The interior of the lobby and rooms was much nicer than I was expecting given the area and what is around the hotel. The Crossroads restaurant inside the hotel was great too. Food was delicious and well priced. Server was super sweet and patient.

The only downside to the hotel was that the rooms seemed to not be sound proofed at all. I could hear through the door of my friend's room very easily. Even when I was a couple feet from the door.
