Overall stay was enjoyable. Although I had issues with checking in Frank was very patient and helpful. William due to Frank shift ending assisted to completion & continued to check on me throughout my stay.

Housekeeping did not service my room even after my verbally request directly to housekeeper. Upon returning after 7 hrs the room was untouched. Called front desk & informed housekeeper left for the day!? Housekeeping Supervisor arrived and actually asked me what services I needed? I informed her of my concerns fresh line , sanitize bathroom, floors, bedding & wipe down all tables. (I thought is this even necessary?) Supervising housekeepers serviced-The towels & linen were exchanged, the bed remade & wiped down hardtops, emptied trash.

The room was great and just as it was described on the website at the time of booking. Very comfortable and clean. Very close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and main areas of shopping and dining. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I love the easy check in/check out process with the Hilton phone app. Very easy to use!

The only negative was the parking situation. Where to park was confusing and not very well communicated. I had to call the hotel and a very nice woman stayed on the phone with me and gave me turn by turn directions to the parking garage and directions into the hotel from the parking garage.

We loved everything about the Hilton! Beautiful, spotless and spacious room with a super comfortable bed and accessibility features, Eliot's Bar, the view of the city and lake, and the wonderful customer service were all part of a fantastic experience.

The only thing I could possible give a bit of constructive criticism on would be that the bathroom could use another grab bar or two to make accessibility and safety even better. Everything else was top notch.

Pretty nice establishment. Very nice lobby, seemed to have some pretty nice restaurants. What a nice shower with some nice soaps so divine. Valet and front desk workers were very nice. Overall too good.

I think the room may have been kind of expensive for the size of it but overall it was a very nice room. I wish the hallways would be more lit it was low key dark when I was walking through them. I was fr scared that someone was gonna come out of them and take me out.

Nice room, good locations!

Check out was a mess. Was charged for parking that I self parked and paid for- still waiting for an updated receipt. Room was cleaned and coffe was refilled but not cream, sugar. Had a late checkout but room cleaner asked every time we exited the room if we could leave!

The Hilton Cleveland Downtown was truly amazing!!! From check in to check out, the hotel and it's staff made our trip to Cleveland so special. An especially nice added touch was that during the stay the fron desk would text me to check in if I needed anything, Savannah was so helpful and so sweet, ALL hotels should follow this style of service, and more hotels need a super employee like Savannah

We had a fabulous stay at the Hilton Downtown that provided everything our extended family needed, with well-appointed rooms that featured amazing views of the lake waterfront, good restaurants and a rooftop bar, and a nice swimming pool that the kids in our group could enjoy. The staff worked hard to ensure that all our needs were met and questions answered, despite what appeared to be a busy week.

Wifi connection occasionally spotty, but otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We had to switch rooms due to a suite we were connected to being too loud and they changed our room quickly and made one of our nights complimentary due to having to move. We also had to stay an extra day due to snow and they upgraded us to a suite. Everything was very clean and location was perfect as we needed the convention center, and it is connected. We didn't have to go outside the hotel at all unless we wanted to. I definitely will be back next year!

A couple things could have made the stay better. The parking in my opinion was too pricey everyday and the room service is still not going so we had to order a lot of carryout which was pricey as well and inconvenient. More food options would have been great. The store in the lobby was also way overpriced, as much around the town is as well, and convention center.

Very nice restaurant on site. Your prices are really really over board $63:45 for pancakes and waffles and bacon$63:45 for breakfast come on that’s really ridiculous even you have to admit that?

Lower your prices . I’m coming back to Cleveland we love the city and would stay at Hilton again but will not pay the high prices for breakfast Lunch & Dinner.Beau

The restaurant and bars were lovely. Food was good. Rooms were very nice.

Our room was not cleaned, no clean towels, coffee/cups, bathroom products or trash emptied which was very disappointing. We had to request it . housekeeping came in on our 3 day.
