Breakfast was outstanding. Made to order omelets and many excellent choices. Also given tickets for free happy hour in the evening. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom had double showerheads that provided good pressure and hot water. Also included nice shampoo, conditioner and body gel on the wall in the shower. Loved that there was an airport shuttle. Location was great, just down the street from a Whole Foods and other cute shops, including a donut place and a place that sells smoothies and bowls. Try a PB&J bowl with acai and blueberries. The staff at Embassy Suites were all wonderful and helpful, especially liked our happy hour bartender, Sophie. Thanks. They also had a service to hold our luggage because our flight was delayed. We could have still caught the shuttle back to the airport up until midnight.

I guess because our unit was handicapped equipped the barn like door to the bathroom did not close properly. We were able to hold it closed with a towel. Fortunately, due to the design of the large room it only opened to a hallway across from the closet. There was a small gym but no pool, also a bit of construction going on during our stay but that means it will only be getting better.

Everything was great. And the lady at the front desk Ms. Ann was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. The breakfast was good. The rooms was great. I even enjoyed the gym. It's not a lot in there but it's enough to get a good little workout in. The evening reception was great too.

There is no pool. We were hoping for that but no. Also if your going to eat breakfast downstairs in the dining area they should have a microwave. I say because by the time you get your plate together and sit down your pancakes, French toast, eggs are cold. Like the butter was not melting at all and they get a little hard.

I love getting a small apartment for the price of a decent hotel room, thus I love Embassy Suites. The free breakfast and free happy hour are a huge plus as well. This one is a little dated and we had some minor annoyances. The blackout curtains could not be made to close completely, the sink handle kept coming off of the "kitchenette" sink, the washing machines were out of order on several floors but staff didn't seem to be aware, and the toilet was very low. The staff members were mostly attentive and overall it was a good Embassy experience. Would stay here again despite minor issues.

The best thing to me about this place is there front desk team... then there outstanding kitchen staff if your going to eat breakfast there I recommend you get 2 omelets with 3 different meats mushrooms onions and spinach you want be disappointed.....

So I haven't really been to the embassy suites in a while so I decided to stay here this weekend with my daughter. The place was great when it comes to there customer service and the way it looks such as how clean it was..... my biggest take away from this hotel being a 10 rate instead of a 7 to 8 rate is that they took away there pool and jacuzzi services which was the main reason for me to go here. So I asked the front desk when did they remove there pool services and they did tell me that service has been removed since 2019. Other than that the place was great.

Everything except what I put in the what I didn't like section

I always come to this hotel and the experience is always great but this time there were a lot of kids teenagers ect. Running up and down the hallways which is usually not allowed especially after 10pm. By no means do I hold the staff of this hotel responsible but I do think that they should hold those guest parents responsible and have a discipline policy that every guest should be held to.

I enjoyed breakfast very much. There was a lively atmosphere with groups visiting but that did not impact my experience negatively. In the opposite, it allowed for opportunity to enjoy others and get to know them.

I liked everything. You have great staff - especially at the reception. They know to go above and beyond to make a person's experience worth the while. Respect to the reception staff that took care of me and proved by his patience and professionalism that there is more to your hotel than meet the eye.

Location is great! Close to everything! Distance walking to The Whole Foods and Costco! Many options for breakfast, however very little options for vegans! Wish they had more fruits, plant based milk, or some other vegan options. I really liked prompted answers on my questions through texts.

Dripping water in bathtub. Please consider breakfast even for vegans! Like better selection of fruits, plant based milk or yogurt, or anything else. The stay could be cheaper.

The location was very close to Washington DC. The room was clean and spacious.

The AC was difficult to operate. The view from the third floor corner room was partially blocked by trees. Breakfast had a limited selection. Parking is $42 a day, more than hotels nearby. The area had alot of construction. The toilet was small and the tub needs to be updated. The guides on the tvs didn't work so the only option was to go up or down on the channels.

Room Size & Customer Service was EXCELLENT

Two night stay and after first night, we woke up to water flowing into the bathroom (from room above). Arrangements were made to move us to another room while we were out enjoying the city. Upon our late return, the new room was not completely cleaned as there was a wet spot in the carpet (by the bed) the size of a basketball. At this point, we were too tired to go through the hassle of requesting and moving our things to a new room, so we chose to endure the final night. The front desk offered 50% off the room, but we have yet to see the card accredited.

Drove in from NC for an Arlington Cemetery funeral and it was pretty easy to get to. Check in was simple, no hassle. Parking was easy. Room was FABULOUS! Very Clean too. SUPER comfy bed! HUGE bathroom! Loved the lighting choices throughout the rooms. Central air with vents in all rooms. YAY! Coffee in room was delicious! ( And plenty of packs! )Reception folks were very pleasant. Also, left my laptop charger in the room and was able to get it sent back to me through the hotel service "Chargerback.com." Thanks SO MUCH!

Room service from next door was left outside from the time I got there to the next day when I left. Close to my door so it looked like it was my mess and I would never leave my stuff in that condition. Not a biggie, and not a neg for the hotel, , just a personal bummer I think!
