The staff was really the best part of the hotel, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and comfy. The shower was big, and we liked that WC was separate. The room had good lighting. Good bed and pillows.

The room is a bit small, but we did not mind. Location is very good if you arrive by train since it is close to the station. By car is a little bit an issue, since you need a special pass to enter Strasbourg (this is not a problem made by the hotel, but the city). We left our car in a city in Germany 15 minutes by tram from the hotel.

Very nice room, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good overall, though occasionally the 'topping up' of supplies was less than rapid. Two issues- one morning the sausages looked and tasted suspiciously like ones warmed up from the previous day, and the scrambled eggs were not good (in fairness, mass cooked scrambled eggs generally are not great, but I have had better than these). Staff were invariably polite and helpful.

The 'fitness room' was small and crowded, and needed to have some water available- there was none on any occasion I visited. When I used a couple of tea bags from the supplies in the room, they were not replaced, which was disappointing. The fridge in the room wasn't working.

Nice place, good breakfast. All the staff very friedly and especially the night concierge. Very nice to have a complimentary fresh drink available in the hotel lobby. Nice also to have a pool table for a relaxing chat and game.

Parking place is managed by the hotel but it is separate from the Hotel, it is not possible to access it independently and each time someone from the hotel staff needs to accompany you. Staff is very friendly but this takes some time and it is not ideal.

The hotel's location is perfect: close to everything you want to see, but far enough that street parties won't keep you awake, and very close to transportation. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. You'd never have known anyone else was staying there. The staff are wonderful: knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. A great place to stay in Strasbourg, but make sure you give yourself enough days to truly see the city!

It can be a bit pricy, but then you get a lot for your money and I'd still stay there anyway.

The hotel initial impression was mixed but our room had been modernised and was excellent if small. Staff very helpful and have to guide you to the parking. Breakfast in a large room with everything you need and good baking

Location is OK but not fully central and street around hotel not too salubrious. Parking is tight in access and inside so large cars may not fit easily. We managed. Had to leave keys at reception and for some reason our car had been entered.

The hotel was easy to access, clean and the staff was nice. The room was spacious enough and had all necessary facilities. Overall the accommodation was very good.

What I did not like is that the toilet was separated than the bathroom and it did not have a sink of its own - but this is not valid for all the rooms as I saw in the pictures. Elevator was also tiny but it served its purpose - carrying the luggage to the second floor.

We loved everything about this hotel!!! The air conditioning as it was super hot outside, the blinds in the room that made it pitch black and combined with the amazing beds made us sleep like babies!!! The breakfast was lovely and the staff was warm and helpful. If we ever find ourselves in Strasbourg again: this will be the place we'd stay! For sure!

The staff. The safe in the bedroom broke and the staff (both the lady who first dealt with it, then the member of management she got) were rude and accusational, behaving as if we had caused the breakage. Parking wasn’t ideal - a long way from the hotel and we weren’t able to charge our electric car

Excellent location for us being close to the train station as that is our mode of transportation. Staff are fantastic and can understand my butchering of the French language and speak fluent English. The bed was very comfortable, the room facilities are top notch. The buffet breakfast is probably the best value for money in a buffet I have seen for a long time and the food was delicious.

Good location for coming by car as it remains central but without needing to drive into the island. Private on site parking is great but only if you have a small car - very steep and very hard to park but we manage with a VW Golf. Also, they offer that the staff fetches the car for me (I did not anticipate a valet service) which was good given the tricky parking. Fun details in the room, kettle good for making coffee and tea and the bed was comfy. Not noisy and fun cookies left for us. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was nice - even had a kugelhopf!

Use of underground parking was a bit confusing (ie I had to leave my car keys with reception overnight) but not a big deal as it all worked out fine.
