Excellent value for money. This hotel is the best choice you can make if you don't want to spend the absurd amounts of Paris and if you basically use the hotel to sleep and therefore leave in the morning and return in the evening. Obviously you are not in the center of Paris but near the hotel you have a metro stop from a line that leads to the main attractions of the city. The hotel is tidy and well organized, rooms are clean and quiet. I’m pretty sure you can’t ask for better at this price in Paris. Luggage storage after check out time is also provided for free.

All the things that matter were done well - the towels were fresh and fluffy, the water pressure in the shower was strong and constant, good WiFi, and a tasty, if slightly limited, continental breakfast. The location, near to metro stops, restaurants and a supermarket was also a plus for nearby conveniences.

The hotel, and my room, is just a little tired and has lost freshness. There were some minor scuffs, stains and visual damage in the hotel room itself, and the styling is more than a few years off trend, but none of that affected the actual physical comfort of the place. For city centre access, it's not the most straightforward metro connection and will take a while to get where you want to be. Finally, the only hot part of the breakfast was a toaster and a tray of scrambled eggs. The it looked like they had space for more, and more breakfast is always a nice thing

It's a standard hotel, nothing extra, but definitle mofortable. This is what you need to rest at night and continue a journey and don't overpay. We booked ordinary small room, but light, clean and convenient. Bed was comfortable, so we rested well. Bathroom is quite large and clean. Very polite personal. Restaurant is nice. Breakfasts are good, everything fresh and you can choose the breakfast option that you like - boiled or scrambled eggs, oatmeal, toasts, croissants, cheeses, jams, yoghurts etc. I was pleased with the delicious coffee. This hotel is easily accessible by any means of transport from any place or district of Paris. We used the metro station Porte de'Ivry and walked to the hotel for 10 minutes about.

To use the lift to get to your room, you need to attach your room-key card to the panel next to the lift call button. There is no information about it anywhere and no one warned, so we stood for a long time and waited for the lift to arrive. It seems that we were not the only ones who did not know this nuance, because several people gathered near the lift, waiting. Therefore, a small wish to the hotel - please warn guests about the way to use the lift, or make information notice about way of using lift near the buttom of lift calling)).

Considering that we booked the night in this hotel the day before, the price was one of the most acceptable in Paris, and for that money, the accommodation is also quite ok... The room was smaller, but considering the stay of only one night, it was is ok...

Nice location, close to the metro. Nice rooms. Bathroom was good too. Good pricing.

The staff in the evening/night was very nice and helpful, the staff in the morning/day not more then needed and kind of a bit arrogant the guy. Coffee machine wasn't working properly.

We arrived a bit early and the staff was very friendly to let us in the room. The double room was fully equipped and very comfortable. The breakfast was much better than most other hotels I have stayed in.

The nearest metro stations are about 8-10 minutes of walk, which is not that bad.

Location is very, very good for tourists who want to organize sightseeing of Paris by themselves. Subway is 150m far from the hotel. Very important, hotel has a garage!

Great location, at least for where my event was taking place. Excellent neighborhood with great middle of road eateries. Staff very helpful.

Room was super tiny. Don’t remember the last time I slept on a twin size bed in a hotel.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable! The bathroom has a BIG shower and a nice big mirror! Only 6-7 mins walk to the closest underground station

Far from the center, it would take at least 30/40 mins worth the underground to get to the center area Room really small

better to add some hand wash Gel. The hand wash gel bottle is empty, but the cleaner told me could not add gel. So I could only use the body&hair gel to wash hand for 3 days.
