Centrally located - if you need to be moving about the city, it is a great location as you are unlikely to get stuck in the notorious Tbilisi traffic. It has all the facilities that you need, no nonsense: simple straightforward breakfast, english speaking and attentive staff, a quite working place. Ideal for business trips and shorter stays.

Air quality in the surrounding area - not much the hotel can do about that, Tbilisi is heavily polluted, but if you have asthma or respiratory problems, best look elsewhere. The only other thing is that unless you get your credit card pre-charged for a certain amount, the minibar will be physically locked by the staff.

The cleanliness of the room and facilities. Very nice staff. The room attendant was very polite and hospitable, very nice. Room was very wide and my kid loved it.

I like everything but only one thing which I didn't like and that why I gave 9 out 10 is because room doesn't have international power socket, we were travelling since prevous night from Abudhabi and reached hotel via kutaisi airport at around 4 pm, and the moment we reach hotel our phones were dead, and we couldn't charge it due to non availability of multiple power socket option, I did call reception but unfortunately they also didn't have but then room attendant went outside and purchased one for me but unfortunately that was wrong one, where as he did ask me to take money back, which I refused as he already did a lot for me. Then I went out side to purchased for me. Rest were excellent.

It’s clean , suitable for family to enjoy the vacation , the location is near from city center, nice view Breakfast is excellent with many different kind of food.

Employees should be more friendly especially in the reception, I booked two rooms for me and my children , they provided them in two different floors, the shift leader Mariam was not cooperative to solve this issue. There is a bad smell in the corridor in 6th floor needs to be resolved. The isolation in the hotel not up to the mark as you can hear a lot of noise from street in the lower floors, also the voice from inside the rooms you can hear it easily while walking in corridor.

The bed was soft and there were quality sheets. The room was very clean and modern. The Location was extremely convenient for my exploring mission. The shower was also ver hot with great water pressure (these things can be important) my experience was very positive. They even offered breakfast when it’s not included in my package, Room Service are actively in service and also wanting you to be comfortable, The Guest Manager ( Mr Melik- Marutova ) personally did a satisfaction survey with me which appreciate. Holiday Inn really made my stay in Tblisi Georgia beautiful.

Absolutely Nothing … it was a perfectly stay and a home far away from home.

I booked the hotel without breakfast, but I had lunch and dinner that were fantastic. Especially chakhirtma and burger as well as Georgian steak - highly recommended. We had an early check-in with my colleague from Germany, and Mamuka who was meeting us at the hotel reception desk accommodated us without any additional charge. The staff are great and extremely responsive, be at the reception, or in the restaurant, or in the room service. I will definitely stay again once back to Tbilisi. The hotel is highly recommended for business travellers.

The hotel's location is not in the old town, but this has nothing to do with the high service level they are providing. I cannot think of anything that needs improvement or that I did not like. As Holiday Inn is the international chain, they maintain a high standard of service, and Tbilisi is not an exception to this rule.

Upon arrival, I encountered at the Reception a very professional staff, who helped me and my colleague with our separate checkins. The checkin was efficient and even pleasant - accompanied with good conversation and positive attitude. Thank you Martha! Daniel then hrlped us with our luggage - very helpful and polite. All the other services have also been exceptional - Breakfast, Room cleanliness etc. The Overall impression: Excellent, which is why I plan to use your hotel next time I come to Tbilisi.

What I lacked in the breakfast area was a coffee maker (for espresso, capuccino, hot chocolate etc.). The type you make your own.

Comfortable bid, and new and clean rooms, great breakfast and convenient location.

Swimming pool was not ready at promised date, water is not heated

The Reception staff was excellent. They helped me with check-in when my room was not quite ready. The tour coordinator, Natali, was exceptionally helpful. She recommended the best tour! The buffet breakfast was excellent. There was a variety of international foods for all to enjoy..

I was on the 6th floor facing the highway. The noise did not stop until around 2 a.m. Make sure to ask for a pool view, away from the noisy traffic.

The staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Mr. Eldar was very helpful with helping for renting a car and other needed information for other matters.

Just the internet was acting up on our floor. Either was disconnected or the connection was very low speed. The noise from the the other guests on the hallway was disturbing during the night.

Everyday breakfast service was amazing and food variety, taste and selections are commendable. The breakfast pastries was fantastic taste and feels fresh. Staff attitude was impressive and the location of the property that everyone can reach and travel different nearby places easily. Overall fabulous property.

Breakfast buffet wasn’t refilled when it get finished, so please pay attention on it.
