There's a McDonald's in front, Ippudo and Family Mart is near. 2 min walk to Nankai Namba station to which we never exited (I don't know why GOOGLE MAPS!!!). Around the hotel, there were so many entry and exit points to Metro stations. it's up to your strategy where you want to enter/exit. We always made the exit in Takashimaya mall (Exit 5).. Hotel is a walking distance from Yoshinoya, and Matsuya. There's also a Daiso one block away. Namba Parks is also a tumbling away. Few blocks is Donki which I believe is open until 5AM. Hotel is 8-10 min. walk from Glico sign (Shinsaibashi Area). What i love about this place is they clean the rooms everyday! Squeaky clean i must say! Room's a bit small but it's perfect for a couple traveller like us. I don't mind it small as long as it is clean. :) We did not try the breakfast since there's already a lot of conbinis and small restaurants around. We regret that we didn't try out the noodle shop beside Family Mart --add them to your list :) There's a 9 minute walk to 24H Supermarket "KOHYO by AEON" and it's sooo nice! Goodies are a almost half cheaper than Donki but not tax free so it's all goooood. Oh and there's also free heat pouches in the lobby, so no need to buy :)

One of the conceirge (tall slim guy) did not give us additional bottles of water when I respectfully asked, since we were out of the hotel for like 12 hrs. He seems kinda harsh. But the other staffs gladly gave us enough everytime we ask for it.

Location: diagonally from namba station and you'll arrive at the hotel. Hair dryer is good, view from my room was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable with sufficient amenities for guests. Everything was good and I liked how we could open the windows easily to get some fresh air. Quiet room, no noise, if you close the windows you can't hear anything from the trains and cars outside. The room's heating is good enough for winter.

Housekeeping. Why did you all leave my clothes on the heating dryer and throw my socks on the floor? Why did you put some white cloth on my items? Why was my luggage moved and not placed back in the right place on 19th January 2023? Lots of dust everywhere but I'm already not picky about this, moving my items and putting random stuff on them and not putting them in place is really strange, what happened to omotenashi (Japanese hospitality)? Staff aren't welcoming to guests either, regardless of nationality. It's such a pity. I think the housekeeping was the worst though. Hot water is sometimes hot one second and cold another second. Water pressure is a little weak so it takes a longer time to shower but it's not a big problem.

The check in was prompt and they provide service for luggage storage which helps a lot. The front desk officer is friendly and helpful and could communicate fluently in english. The room is clean and they have all the necessities required for the stay. The location is near to namba station which have a direct train to airport.

The best hotel ever! I got sick while I was there but the hotel staff supported me amazingly. I had to make a phone call but I didn't have a phone with me as I had just arrived from Australia. The hotel staff kindly let me use his phone and helped me out during my stay. They even let me extend my stay until I found another place. The facility is very clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. However, what makes the hotel the best is the beautiful staff working there. They are amazing and the hotel is just beyond amazing. Thank you so much. I will definitely come back to stay there again.

Everything was great.

Excellent hotel to stay at during our short stay in Osaka. The hotel was about a 7 minute walk to the nearest station. Dotonbori was a 15 minute walk. The hotel is also located quite close to a large shopping mall for any of your needs there. I liked that there were food vendors and a Family Mart just across the street if we needed to grab a quick bite. Also free great amenities such as face masks and bath salts when you return from a long day of exploring and want to relax in the evening.

We used the laundry facilities during our stay, but there are only 2 machines available so we had to wait awhile for our turn. The dryer was not sufficient enough to dry our clothes and we spent 600yen to dry what we needed. If you don't need to do laundry, this shouldn't be an issue for you.

Book this hotel. Close to everything including main attractions and the beer garden. staff where amazing and its huge so easy to find. plus the taxi drivers knew where it was which was better than alot of other places i stayed on the trip. it was the middle of summer so we took taxis to the train station due to it being 40 degrees but you could walk. it was a 10 min drive. unlike kyoto and tokyo we didn't take trains during the days exploring as it was all within walking distance from the hotel. it was only when we arrived and left with all our luggage that we went there. bonus information - the day trip to Nara was the highlight of this part of the trip. The location was ideal. Close to main train stations, including the train to Kansei International. Walkable to Dontonburi. Staff was very helpful. The shower was excellent and the a/c was easy to use. The amenities in the lobby was fun to have and use. The curtains/shades were excellent- no light came in when they were used.

The room is much smaller than I expected. I know we are in Japan and all rooms are small, but just to be aware, this one is a lot smaller than the others we stayed through out the country. In the end it all worked out but just be mindful if you have multiple large or extra large suitcases it will be an issue. The sound proofing wasn’t as good as other hotels as well. We could hear the possible? small child above us running around at midnight.

Well located a few minutes walk from Nankai Namba station. Two buildings in place with Momiji Tower the smaller one and Sakura the main one with reception and restaurant. Breakfast was superb and not crowded except for one day when there was a noisy Chinese tour group. Twin room was decent size with tatami type flooring. Staff very friendly. Coin laundry on site as well as vending machine for drinks. Was able to check in one hour before the official time of 3pm, although one staff member indicated that the time was 3pm, however, 2pm was agreed in the morning when dropping off luggage for storage. Cleaning every three days or as requested.

The room felt warm. No reception staff or breakfast in Momiji Tower. Even though cleaning is every three days, it would be nice if bins were emptied daily.

I liked the bathroom/toilet the most. It has an おしゃれ design. The mist setting on the shower is also good. The breakfast is decent. The only issue is that you have to reserve via 30min intervals, but you can go to the front desk the day before and ask them to change your 'breakfast schedule' and eat at a different time. Location is good, since you can just walk to Nipponbashi, Dotonbori, Namba Parks/City.

AC cooling setting only goes until 20 degrees celsius. It also stops at like 10pm, which caused me to wake up on my first night. I think the laundry uses too much detergent, my shirts ended up smelling like soap, though the pants smelled fine. If you're a guy, be sure to buy or bring a body wash with you. The body wash provided by the hotel seems to be too fragrant.

Great looking larger than average rooms and very reasonably priced. I Particular enjoyed the full sized bath and shower. The was staff were very friendly and the facilities were very clean and up-to-date. Coin laundry was also available which is nice. It's also in a great area about 5 min walk from Namba station and only a few minutes walk to dozen of restaurants.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Not a terrible value for the price, but the selection was a little lacking and the hot food was only ever lukewarm at best. Also the toaster oven was extremely slow.
