In love with the atmosphere . they put in toilet bath salt 🛀🏻 so after we enjoyed our tour we come back the hotel to do our own relaxation 😌 the check in was smooth -well organized it will be my favorite hotel in osaka 🥰 -location : infront of namba station(osaka) 🚉 3-5min walking -near dotonbori area (street food) 5-10 min walking. - shops and shopping mall (OIOI ) infront of the hotel. -on the same building there is 24/7 supermarkets (family mart )

The location is so convenient, connects to the underground areas to trains/subways. This made getting to the hotel after arriving by train or departing for our train especially easy. The hotel is new so is very clean and we were especially happy with all the convenient charging areas for devices. Plenty of charging locations in the room for devices, both near the bed (most important) and also other areas. They even provide a USB hub and cables for different types of connectors in case you don't have enough or forgot your own. The tablet used to control everything from lighting to temperature to alarms was also very convenient. Right by the bed so you everything is easily within reach even after you've settled in for the night. This may seem minor but the large area where they hold luggage (if you have a late departure and need to leave suitcases with them longer) and the large bench there is GREAT for travelers that need space to readjust their luggage before catching a flight. It is connected to a convenience store--in case you need drinks, or snacks.

It is in a busy area that's why the location is so convenient. But because it is a busy area it can get noisy even late in the evening. Sometimes the noise is fun like entertainers singing on the streets. Other times it is obnoxious like really loud motorcycles revving up just to be loud. It was okay for us but people very sensitive to noise should be aware.

Centrally located right near the railway station, the location couldn't have been better. We caught the train to/from the airport, to the Formula 1 and to other cities on day trips, and loved the direct access to the subway beneath the hotel. It is close to the popular market and food areas in Osaka, and staff were very friendly and helpful (and spoke English) to assist with the Takhuiban service. The room was not small (for a Japanese room) and very comfortable, even with a daybed and small desk for us to work. We would stay here again!

Arriving directly from the subway at night, it was a little confusing to navigate through the subway system to the entrance of the hotel from where the airport train stops several hundred metres away. For nervous travellers or anyone with small children / older family members, I would recommend a taxi or car transfer from the airport upon arrival.

Please disregard the previous review which was mistakenly for another hotel on our trip - sorry! Location & ambience of Royal Classic Osaka was great being directly above Namba station. Enormous and uncluttered 1F entrance & front desk areas. Direct lift to subway super convenient. Lift response much quicker than most other hotels. Additional security door from lift lobby to rooms was an additional security measure rarely seen. Premium room one of the most comfortable & convenient of the many we've used in Japan in this price range. Good use of space in well laid-out & equipped modern bathroom. Plenty of customised bench space with numerous power outlets. Easy to use coffee machine with 8 instead of the stingy 2 pods found in most hotels. Excellent touchscreen panel for a/c & lighting vs the often confusing myriad of dated buttons found in most hotels. Good up & down lighting provided a nice room ambience. The interior designer & management obviously gave a lot of thought to traveller comfort & needs. Free minibar in the Premium was a nice bonus, even though we aren't drinkers. My wife loved the expensive Dyson hair dryer in addition to the conventional one. Front desk staff were very professional yet friendly & helpful. Had a great stay & could've easily stayed another week.

Honestly couldn't fault it in any respect.

The rooms were very spacious and well maintained. The shower and bath were both well designed and at just the right temperature/water pressure. The bath even had a timer fill option so you could run the bath without overfilling it. The location was really nice. Just outside the main Namba shopping district and near Dotonbori without being in the tourist crowd crush. It is also directly connected to both a Family Mart and the train station for late night snacks and east commuting.

The only downside is that the pillows were all a bit overly soft and hard to keep fluffed.

Love the accessibility to Osaka Namba metro station, Excellent breakfast spread every morning, amazing and attentive service by the hotel staff during breakfast, check in and luggage concierge and lastly the room was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with the necessary facilities and amenities. Also love that they have smart lighting controls within the room. Enjoyed our last day lounging at the hotel's cafe lounge restaurant, great food and service too. Overall, I will recommend this hotel in Osaka and definitely return for my next hotel stay if I am coming back to Osaka in the near future.

The sensor light at the entry doorway is a little bit too sensitive, it keeps lighting up when it senses even the least bit tiny movements which can be kinda disturbing at night. And also becoz the hotel is near the road, we can hear some motorbikes or cars racing late in the nighttime. but these 2 factors are not major issues, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good hotel in terms of location, service and comfort.

I likes the proximity to Namba Station especially after coming from KIX. I had multiple large suitcases and the train station exit being directly connected to the hotel made it so much easier for me to bring my luggages along (no need to navigate stairs or bumpy roads). I also liked how close it was to Dotonburi and from Kuromon Market but still decently quiet at night for rest. Rooms were much larger than most other hotels and the beds were so comfortable. I liked also that the shower was separated from the bath so that I did not have to climb into the bathtub to have a shower Customer service was also very attentive and helped arrange and coordinate my luggage via takkyubin efficiently

Rooms were big with big toilets and bath tub has one click button to fill up to right amount of water. Love that you can take lift to B1 and it is next to the entrance of Midosuji Metro line which is linked to most shopping areas so it’s super convenient especially at the end of a tiring day.

Breakfast was a bit of a letdown for the price paid. The construction noise can be disturbing to light sleepers so try to ask for odd numbered rooms which faces away from main room.

The room was quite spacious, and it had all the necessary equipment to make my stay more comfortable. The amenities were in very good quality. The room was very clean. The bed was warm and comfortable enough to enjoy the sleep. The sofa bed was also very comfortable. The view from the window was great as well. The hotel is connected to the Namba metro station, and about 3min walk from the Namba station from the airport. Lots of different convenient stores nearby.

The room was a bit dry. I constantly woke up in the middle of the night to drink some water.

location was great, so close to Dotonbori and easy access to all the different train lines and exit 12 of the subway leads straight to the hotel. the hotel itself is part of a contemporary museum so the building is very sleek and rooms were well kept and clean. the reception staff was great, I needed luggage delivery service to Kansai airport and she explained it really well so arranging that was smooth and simple. Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed at 4 hotels in this trip, across different cities, all booked from booking.com. we had included our occupancy from the get go for all the hotels but this hotel was the only one that gave us 4 towels and included 2 sets of children slippers and amenities without us asking. all other hotels only gave us 2 towels and we had to call housekeeping everyday for more towels. It may seem insignificant but I think it’s these small details that makes this hotel’s service better than others. we stayed here for 7 nights and would definitely stay here again!
