Love the space! Good size for family of 4. Comfortable bedding and mattress. Love the convenient of 1 stop touch screen access for lights, aircon, and room cleaning near the bed. Their slippers is awesomely comfortable, relief the aches of sole after a day of walking. Loves the supplies of amenties.

Breakfast variety is the same everyday.. is a good 15mins walk to JR namba station but 5mins walk from nankai namba line. So it depends on traveller. Is not a minus point as is very convenient for travelling to and from kansai airport.

location. The staff didn’t tell about detail direction from JR or Subway, so it’s very hard to get to the hotel the first day arrive. Actually, from namba walk exit 4, via namba park, it’s very easy to get to the hotel.

The hotel is very close to Namba underground station. We booked the room with kitchen corner and had washing/drying machine in the bathroom. They had a microwave, one hotplate, a small fridge, plates, glasses, even a sponge and a washing up liquid. We could adjust the thermostat. There are machines with free cold and hot drinks at the reception. They work with the company that can deliver your luggage to the airport. On your way to the underground station you go through some shops - there are more shops inside - like 8 floors of them - with a big foodcourt on the top floor. If you don't mind a little more walk, the Life supermarket is amazing! You just buy their fresh made food and can eat it after warming up in a micro, or not :) Also take a look on the second floor. It is opened quite late.

The reception asks you to check-in/out yourself on machines - and it almost never works :) If you need to throw away garbage a bit larger than their tiny trash basket, you need to put a special stamp on it. You get only 3, but can get more at the reception. Make sure you order cleaning on a wall tablet before 10 a.m. Or Don't disturb. The tablet has night mode :) Free toothpaste/brush etc on the reception.

Nice hotel, wasn't sure what to expect as the price was very reasonable, but it was great and our Japanese Family Room for 5 was excellent. The room was bigger than expected which was a pleasant surprise, with the tatami area up the top being larger than expected, and plenty of room for two mattresses as well as luggage storage. I doubled up one of the mattresses for a more comfortable sleep on the tatami. The pillows were hard, but we'd bought our own. Little lounge area was a nice bonus, as was the microwave and basic facilities for heating/cooking food. Our room had a combined washer/dryer which was fantastic and we used each of the 3 nights we were there, though allow lots of time for the loads to complete/dry properly (was alteast 4-5 hours, sometimes had to run things through a second time to dry properly). Staff were friendly with the few interactions with had (check-in/check out mainly), but apart from that you'd not really know they were there. Not a bad thing, but not much of a presence. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate facilities in check in area were a nice touch. Combini was located pretty close which was good for supplies, and the location overall is pretty good, but we used taxi mostly to get around as we couldn't be bothered doing the multiple train changes required to get to Universal Studios or Dotonbori etc. Guessing it's mainly because of the dark theme of the walls in hallways and rooms, but the downlights make the hotel in general appear VERY dusty in the air, when in reality it probably is as dusty as any other hotel but the colours/downlights just highlight it. They were accommodating to some room requests we had which was appreciated. Overall a good hotel, pretty good value, reasonable location.

Lights/colour scheme made the hotel seem dustier than it probably actually was, hard pillows which seems mostly the norm in Japan.

The hotel is about 10-20min walk from the various Namba stations. There are 6 Namba stations. We used Namba Nankai for the airport which was about 15min walk. Very convenient location for shopping, Namba station has Takashimaya, Uniqlo etc and Dotonburi is a short walk away. We had the family room for 4 adults. It included a washing machine/dryer and a basic kitchenette. Only 4 plates/bowls/cutlery. 3 pots&pans. Can do very simple meal only. We only used the microwave/grill. Bonus was a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and free capsules which was brilliant. Had USB power points next to beds and on dining table. Shower/bathroom was good. Towels were changed everyday. Bed were made every day but sheets only changed every 3 days. The hotel

There is only 1 door bar to hang towels. No place to hang hand towels. There is only a clock room to hand jackets and keep shoes. No other cupboard in the room to hang or keep clothes. We had to keep all our clothes in our suitcases. Fortunately the room is big enough for us to keep 4 suitcases open at any 1 time.

This was such a convenient hotel in Osaka. Exactly as other people had described: centrally located, but on a quiet street. You can step into the arcade by Yebisu Bar opposite, and there are tonnes of restaurants and shops (also undercover if it rains). Highly recommend the Italian in there. The coffee machine in reception was wonderful. The skin care sachets saved us packing too many toiletries. Breakfast had everything. The laundry was cheap and convenient for our onward travels with limited luggage. Great stay and will definitely use this chain of hotel again. Oh and the trains - not noisy, but were nice to be able to watch at such close proximity.

This hotel is in a great location- close to the Keihan Namba station and the AirPort Express train- but also well situated for touring and restaurants. We liked the modern design of the hotel and our room , which was of a good size. Breakfast was good and in a room with natural light. The free coffee in the lobby area is a nice touch. The staff were accommodating. We would stay here again in Osaka. We thought the value was good.

I think the breakfast room could be less busy with a different flow- larger plates or trays rather than than smaller plates at each station would mean less back and forth. Hall carpet needed a shampoo.

Location of the hotel was very good , near Electronic mall, Restaurants lots of choices, shopping centre ,and very convenient moving around Osaka, coin Laundry was also available at the hotel. The Hotel Staff very helpful.

This is my 2nd visit here on my 3rd time in Osaka (after a year). Love the place and location. Now there is free Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby, which serves as a great welcome drink! I love how the staff are all helpful and nice (at least to me, because I am courteous and smile at them). Surprisingly a lot of Singaporeans also stay there.

Last visit, I feedbacked that there weren't enough hanging solutions in the toilet. I couldn't hang towels, robes or clothes. Looks like this is still an issue. I didn't like the Kose Shampoo and Conditioner - didn't work well with my hair. But it did for my wife! So it's just personal preference.

This hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was walkable from the train station. There were many amenities in the room with additional amenities available at the front desk. We stayed on the Club Level floor and had easy access to latte machine, juice, and beer. This was nice, but not as robust as other club lounge offerings. There is staff at the front desk, but not a full concierge. We didn't require assistance so the hotel was great for us.

It would have been nice to have access to a concierge who is an english speaker. Wine or Sake on the lounge floor would also have been appreciated.
