Quite far from the train station.

Breakfast spread is good though it ends pretty early. Staff is very friendly and also very friendly towards children. Location is just 8 min walk to main station, with plenty of food options around. Property is located in a very quiet area though it's close to the main station. What i like most about the room: It's HUGE as compared to typical japanese rooms.

Early check in is not possible though room is available and late check out comes with a fees. Baggage storage option after check out is only till 5 pm and it's deposited off site close to the hotel.

Inclusive breakfast was great - really good range of items catering for both vegetarians and meat eaters. The diner area is available to guests all day for access to unlimited softdrinks and hot drinks (must be drunk in the bar area, can't be taken to the rooms). Staff were really friendly and helpful. The reception area had a lovely vibe with music and an open, welcoming feel. There was a range of hotel supplies for self-service such as hair brushes, fresh towels and toilet rolls. Really great location for the metro and a range of shops and restaurants. Keycode entry to the room was also a bonus. The room was also considerably spacious, with two beds, sofa and kitchen area. Plenty of space for suitcases and spreading out your stuff with a full sized wardrobe.

The room was more spacious than expected. There was a small kitchen area with a sink, fridge, microwave, and basic kitchen utensils. Room is clean and also quiet. Breakfast was in fact so much better than expected - After the first day, we started looking forward to the breakfast the next morning! The hotel is not particularly close to Namba Station, but it is not actually that far as well. It takes around 7-10 minutes on foot. The place is quite easy to find, and we like that there is a 7-11 right in front of the hotel.

It's a pity the hotel only provides room cleaning service for those who are staying for 4 night or more. Baggage storage at the hotel is not possible after check-out. Although they provide information on where to store our baggage for free near Namba Station, that place's business hours is until 5 pm only. Since we were departing at night, it was a bit of a hassle to go back to Namba Station just for the baggage before 5 pm, and then drag them all the way with us until it's time to leave for the airport.

This is a nice hotel in a very convenient location. The staff were all friendly and helpful It was less than a 10 minute walk to the Osaka Namba train station, which is a great place to start day trips to Koyosan, Nara, etc. It is also only 10-15 minutes from Dotonbori for shopping, nightlife, and food. The room was big, and had a real table and chairs to sit at (not always a given in Japan). It was also quiet, comfortable, and had a kitchenette.

Overall it's hard to nitpick here. The breakfast was ok at best (cold mini omelettes, very limited options). In retrospect we would have just saved the money and got food across the street at the mini mart. The hotel feels a little dated, kind of like a solid 3 star location.

Breakfast excellent. Room considered relatively quiet (although my bed next to window, occasionally still can hear some noise from street). Hotel provide a free of charge washing machine which is our of my expectation. Room size considered huge (two of us staying in a triple room, but generally considered spacious in Namba, Osaka area), and the room with a simple small pantry (with Microwave, kettle, fridge, washing basin, etc)

not particularly. Just a bit far from JR Namba, and not so direct access from Nankai station. Walking to Nankai station with luggage took about 15 mins, as we need to catch the 7:30am train, we have to give up our last luxury breakfast provided by the hotel(which only started from 7am)....

Loved the separate rooms that could be partitioned off with the sliding doors. Large decent dining area. Free Wifi offered. Large TV with Netflix. Separate toilet to shower. Staff very friendly & helpful. Great to not have to worry about keys. All doors use codes. Location was OK. Between 2 stations. Unfortunately everywhere we wanted to be wasn't anywhere near this accommodation, but that is my error.

Was odd to have such a big TV offering Netflix but no lounge or couch to enjoy a movie. Instead, I had to sit on a hard timber dining chair. It definitely has the room for comfortable seating. Cooking equipment & utensils very limited. It offered 2 different sized fry pans with 1 stiring spatula. No tongs, no egg flip, no knives for cutlery. No toaster or grill.

Hotel is new and clean. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast has variety of food. Staff are helpful, warm and friendly. Love the 7-eleven at opposite. Walk to Namba station & Nankin city mall, eateries and MacDonald takes about 5-7mins. The manager Moshi is bilingual, able to converse English and Mandarin. Very accommodating to our requests and helpful to us as we had elderly people in our group.

Housekeeping needs to improved. Was checked into uncleaned room but assisted promptly by staff to switch to temporary room. Distance to Dotonburi about 25mins walk.

The location was really close to train stations and the after hours tour that we had booked. Very easy to communicate with staff as their English was excellent. They also rang a restaurant to see if they had availability for us as well :) The room was much larger than others we had stayed in in Japan so we were very impressed with the staff and accommodation.

The breakfast buffet was a little cold but great variety.

Good location. Just 5-minute walk to Namba Station where you can take a train to Kansai International Airport or to any parts of the City. 5 minutes walk to supermarket. Spacious and bright room to pack the luggage. The apartment is situated in the inner Street and is very quiet. Good bedding.

Some moulds are found in the cabin of the fridge. Utensils provided should be clean. A small sofa and a coffee table is recommended. Extremely lack of storage cabinet.
