The view of the corner room was fantastic and gorgeous. Night view of Osaka was spectacular!!

when I arrived at the hotel property the payment was different from what I reserved at the Booking.com. They didn’t upgrade my room type but I just don’t understand why….

Well-designed and comfortable rooms with modern touches, amazing hospitality by staff, and great location to sightsee.

Just missing a pool, that’s all!

I left my branded hair clip in the hotel room, attached to the bed's side. Unfortunately, I only realized I had forgotten it after returning home. When I contacted the hotel, they informed me that they couldn't locate the clip in the room. It was a special clip, given to me as a gift on the day I checked in. Despite my assurance that I had clipped it to the pillow, making it unlikely to be missed, the hotel staff were unable to find it. They suggested they would inquire with the next guest, but ultimately advised me to file a police report as they were unable to resolve the matter.

What a beautiful hotel. We loved our stay. The service was fantastic and the hotel is stunning. Great location, close to everything. The room worked so well for us. We had a family room with bunk beds and the kids just loved waking up with a view of the city. Comfy beds, fluffy pillows, bath robes. Everything was 5 star. We had breakfast, afternoon tea and an evening cocktail included which was a great treat. It's up there with one of my fave hotels.

Even though we were on the 27 floor, We did wake up a few times during our stay from the occasionally train or police siren.

We LOVED this hotel. Top of the class for location, service, room amenities, cleanliness and class. It is a very big hotel but you wouldn’t know it as the check in and concierge are on different floors so there’s no congestion. We loved everything about this hotel. It is new, modern yet very stylish. There’s so many small things that have been considered which may not meet the eye. It is also close to so many interesting areas of Osaka - shopping, food and trains.

We were initially charged full price instead of “happy hour” prices for our cocktails in the bar outside instead of inside the bar on level 32. After questioning this, the price went back to happy hour. We were not advised when being seated.

Very clean and comfortable, one of the best hotels in Osaka everywhere you go there is a very nice scent. All staff we met spoke good English and they were friendly and welcoming explaining clearly whatever we wanted to know about in Osaka. The location was excellent, you can go explore anywhere walking or from the Namba station nearby or even just go downstairs to the connected mall and enjoy food and shopping. We stayed there for four nights and would definitely return when visiting Osaka again.

For light sleepers you would still hear the noise from trains especially if you were on lower floors. This was not a problem for us anyway. Also it says the check in is at 3:00pm we reached on time but our rooms were still not ready and we had to wait until 3:30 to receive the keys.

Found this place after numerous recommendations. Not cheap but well worth the price Centrally located/near the major train stations Surrounding Namba parks, Takashimaya and loads of eateries/restaurants Quiet but very accessible to Dohtonburi The staff were exceptional. very pleasant and accommodating The rooms (stayed in 2811 and 2811) were spacious and clean (loved the wood floors). Bathrooms were huge with a separate toilet Amenities were of good quality. Laundry services were efficient and quick. Overall, would definitely stay at Centara Grand Hotel again

The hotel was excellent! Great variety of food at breakfast (both Japanese/ Asian and Western types of food) and numerous delicious options for people with a different dietary regime. Plus several restaurants located in the hotel, where one could also have lunch, dinner and even in-room dinning. The rooms were quite spacious for Japan, especially to unpack and store our big luggages. Really comfortable beds and pillows, and sufficient amenities in the room/ bathroom. The staff was very friendly, responsive and attentive towards guests (both over phone and face-to-face) and almost everyone spoke English (which is not that common in hotels in Japan). We really appreciated our rooms being available before the check-in hour, as we had just arrived from a very long journey from Europe. Also, the location is good as well. Close to Dotonbori and several public transport stations. Overall, our stay in Osaka was amazing thanks to everyone at Centara Grand Hotel. Best hotel that we stayed at in Japan! Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Osaka a second time.

This hotel deserves 10 stars! The hotel staff is exceptional - I got on a cab at the hotel lobby & put my suitcase in the taxi trunk. When I got off the car, I realised that I didn’t retrieve my luggage. It was a nightmare. THANK GOD I called Centara to inform them about this situation & they were SO helpful. While I was at the police station filing a missing item report, Centara called me several times to tell me they’ll check the CCTV & get info on the taxi plate # etc. In the end, they got the taxi driver to return my suitcase back to the hotel on the same day. Thanks to the hotel staff I didn’t lose my important & valuable belongings! Their approach to the situation was efficient & even better than the Japanese cops! They are extremely personal towards their clients & I extended my stay for another few nights, because of this ordeal. I really owe them one!

Nothing at all - I love the property! Clean rooms, fantastic rainforest shower & bathroom amenities. Whatever you’d need, you could just dial to the front desk & they’ll deliver ANYTHING to your room within minutes. We requested multiple towels of different sizes, extra soap, shampoo & conditioner & even utensils like chopsticks, forks & spoons.
