The location was fabulous and the fact that there is a family mart downstairs was simply amazing!!!! You can also get the bus ticket to airport from the family mart! The bus stop is right in front of the hotel! Otherwise, room is great! Location is fantastic and service is excellent!

Room is abit small. Should advise customer with luggages, if coming by train, to go up by exit 5 which has an escalator rather than saying the nearest is exit 7 which have many staircase.

We needed 2 rooms for 6 consecurive nights, As there were no rooms for all 6 consecutive nights, we had to book 2 rooms under 2 bookings each for 3 nights. We reached out to the hotel to check if they have rooms available that we don't need to pack and unpack. They have managed to find us a connecting room which we can stay for 6 consecutive nights. We just had to top up the difference at the hotel. This is really good news as we don't need to worry about staying far away fr the children. The rooms came with bigger beds than we expected. Their bed can sleep 2 adults. Our connecting rooms came with 4 single beds each bed is bigger than the super single size bed.

Hotel thou is accessible by an exit fr namba station, the exit does not have escalator. We had to carry our luggages up the fleet of staircase. This is very challenging. Hotel does not provide any drinkable water.

I love that the Namba Metro station is just at the entrance door! There is a direct access to Family Mart too so I had an all day supply of famichiki and tuna mayo for myself. Also, this place is closeby Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi so we had all day shopping as the place is accessible to the hotel. The hotel have everything that we need including a weighing scale to use before our departure plus all the toiletries (including oil cleanser to remove make up!), and daily supply of pajamas. I would love to come back here but the rates went up lately - hopefully we can still get a good price soon!

They never cleaned our room despite the request to make up room. Their priority is to change the towels but they never cleaned our room during our 3D stay, :-(

The hotel is located right opposite Takashimaya and 0101 shopping centre, and all the foods stores and walking distance to all shopping and restaurants. Namba station can be accessed through Takashimaya shopping centre with elevators and lift access. There is also a luggage transfer service above the station, can also get through from Takashimaya shopping centre via Level 2, go via international brand section (exit near Burberry store), which you can send your big luggage to the hotel on next destination. Very convenient.

The hotel is a little hard to find, even google map was unable to clearly locate the location. I had been going around and around trying to look for the hotel on a raining day. And there is a building under construction next to the hotel with all the trucks which had covered hair of the frontage of the hotel that made it hard to find the hotel.

The staff were very accommodating. There were plenty of free items like face masks, hair ties, face cleanser, lotion, body sponge, etc. which you can grab at the amenities area. They have free night wear too! Also, when you’re travelling to Osaka, pack light. This hotel has 3 washing and drying machines that you can use for 500 yen! Such a really nice hotel. It’s near Dohtonbori and a family mart just below the hotel.

The room is quite small so bring a luggage that you can easily open.

Great location. Hotel from what I saw is in good condition and check-in process was very quick. Had breakfast included to not worry about finding places to eat in the morning, it’s served in the same building on the ground floor in an Italian restaurant and my family of picky eaters was pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed it! When communicating with staff they’re very attentive and want to make sure you’re helped or have your questions answered. My family really enjoyed their stay so I’m glad everything ended up well!

Take care if you’re a tall group of people booking the double rooms. They’re quite tiny for taller or larger people. I think it’s fine for one big person but thankfully I brought it up to the staff and was able to change to a twins bed rooms that was more spacious and comfortable for us.

MANY MANY THANK YOU to the manager on duty during our stay. Because of him I an giving this hotel 5 stars. He should be a pride of this hotel chain because of his excellent customer service and empathy towards hotel guests. He was the manager on duty around 6pm on April 17. I made a mistake on my booking and despite my mistake, he accepted our request. Plus our flight was moved for another day. But the hotel was fully booked, making it almost impossible for us to extend. It will be very hard to transfer hotels, we are travelling with 2 elderly, 1 toddler and a kid. He really worked an extra mile to find us a room so we don't have to transfer hotels and we get to keep one room. Because of him we had a pleasant stay. I will recommend this hotel to my friends in the Philippines and I will definitely stay here again. The location is top notch and the family mart in the hotel is very convenient. The hotel's manager is very customer oriented.

Location - Right outside is a Metro/subway exit making it super convenient. It's very near Nankai airport train exit. There's also Family Mart at 1F. Room - Small size, but since we didn't intend to stay in the hotel for long (spent much of our days exploring and eating out), it was a very comfortable home base. They offer various toiletries and room had enough sockets/charging stations... Room also had potable water, water heater, hair dryer, bath tub, firm and soft pillows, and also a working area at 2F. For families, get the connecting room.

Breakfast - Very simple (salad, rice, furikake, sausage) so if you're looking for a wide spread, this isn't it. But enough to start your day! Try the rice and furikake combo.
