location is great! Room is comfortable and clean

I was traveled with my wife and 1 child (3 years old). We booked Standard Twin Room (Non Smoking). Room was great, clean, comfortable and big enough for us. Hotel was looked a little bit old but cozy and reasonable prices. Staff was great and helpful. There were washing machine and drinking vending machine on the 13th floor. Location was Superb, nearby the Namba station just 2 minute walks, Plus you can walk to the Dotonburi, Shinsaibashi shopping street if you enjoy walking. Family Mart was located in front of the hotel. Value for money.

Sometime Wifi was not working well in the room. Cleaning the room during the day wasn't good enough. Staff couldn't communicated english well.

Very good price for what it offers, close to the main stations and many attractions in osaka. Staff was really kind, and the breakfast was good too. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quite spacious for a japanese hotel room. I don't have big complains and I'd definitely stay there again in the future.

Only thing that happened is that sometimes if the next door room is noisy you can listen, I guess the walls are quite thin. But nothing that kept me awake at night or something.

The breakfast was nice, you can choose Japanese food or western food, with rice or soba / udon or bread. The staff are nice, they can remember I have stored a luggage case in the morning when I get back to check in without any reminder. The location was the main point for my stay this time, the hotel is located just next to the Namba Nankai trains, which is very convenient for us to go out and get back.

No dissatisfaction at all.

Management is excellent! We had accidentally booked a smoking room and although the mistake was entirely our fault they “de-smoked” it for us. Great location and a great size room. Breakfast is also good at a reasonable price.

Shower spray too high and not adjustable

The property is walking-distance from all major stations such as Nankai Line for the airport and Midosuji Line! Shinsaibashi (Glico Man area) is also walking-distance so there were many restaurants, shops, and malls. The DONKI Namba branch is also nearby which is also less crowded compared to other Donkis.

Great location, short walk to Namba station. Walking distance to shopping district and Dotonbori, and canal, if you're accustomed to walking. Rooms large, comfortable and quiet. Lovely big window. Restaurants and convenience store nearby. A good hotel.

Nothing. We were very comfortable there.

- the best location if you travel from Osaka airport or to Koyasan (Namba station is just around thr corner, dotonboro is also close) - nice view on the streets of Osaka - great cosmetics - great, varied breakfast

- it is hot in the room but you can open the window - hard pillow but we got soft ones when we asked for them

Staffs are nice. Room is clean and wide (26" and 20" luggage can be opened). Guest can leave the luggages at the lobby, if the arrival is before check in time (3PM). Location of the hotel is very convenient to go to shopping area of Osaka. And the hotel is very close to the all of train stations (Nankai, JR, and Subway). The hotel also provide the bath powders, I like them.

The location is perfect. Close to the train station and shopping center. The room is old but well maintained.

After you check in, the room will only be touched up each day until the fourth day of your stay then the room will be cleaned up.
