The location is convenient to Namba Station and accessible to convenience store. It's also a few minutes walk to Dotonbori :) The room that we got was spacious enough for 2 people. The beds were comfortable and you can store the luggages under the bed.

I think there's a new policy for hotels about housekeeping (tho still not sure about it, gotta do some research). We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights and never got our room (even bathroom) cleaned. They only changed the towels and collected the garbage if you put the 'simple cleaning' tag outside the door by 11am. It got a bit uncomfortable since we even have to wash our own mugs in the morning if we want to drink coffee, for instance. The staff also don't speak much English so we had a difficult time communicating with them.

1. 1 minute away from 3 trains stations. 2. 1 train away from Namba station, meaning you are 1 train from the airport. 3. Beds are super comfy. 4. So many freebies like instant coffee, toiletries, etc 5. Clean bathroom. 6. Fast and reliable internet. Important for digital nomads! 7. Towels are being replaced daily. 8. Staffs can speak english enough to bridge the gaps 9. Coin-operated laundry machines are super helpful plus it has english instructions. 10. There 3 combinis and local restaurants around the hotel.

Not that I don't like it, but it would be super awesome if you could have microwave ovens per room. This doesn't break the experience or anything.

The hotel looks brand new. Exceptionally clean room - bathroom and toilet were pristine! We stayed in a triple room and it was quite spacious for Japanese standards. Unbelievably quiet inside the hotel despite surrounding city traffic and nearby construction. Local attractions and shopping were within 10 mins walk, and JR station and subway station were also easily accessible. There’s a very nice lobby restaurant and bar lounge that looks lovely although we didn’t go. Super great value overall for our 3-night stay.

Sadly the beautiful, modern hotel is flanked on either side by run down hotels that lease rooms by the hour (“love hotels” as they are euphemistically referred to in Japan) and that really ruined the vibe…For a moment, I wondered whether this hotel was also being used for such purposes. Later I saw families with young children and college students on spring break checking in so that made me feel better! If you want a hot cup of coffee early in the morning, you’re on your own. The restaurant doesn’t open until 10 am.

Located very close to train stations Close walking distance to Dontonbori if thats what you are after convenience stores close by The breakfast was great, good variety we arrived at another hotel which was horribly dirty and didn't actually have a family room like they had advertised and we had booked on booking.com, luckily I had saved a couple of other hotels in my booking.com app, and GRIDS had a vacancy for our stay in Osaka, and we were very thankful to arrive to a very clean and spacious family room, everything we could need for a short stay in Osaka

Some of the staff were a little cold, others were lovely though.

The room was admittedly smaller than I expected, but there was sufficient room for 2 persons. I would not consider it big enough for 3 guests even though the room size can fit 3. That said, the location is great, just a 3 minute walk from Namba Nankai station. The hotel requires you to scan the room key to head up to the rooms which is a nice security feature in a large city like Osaka. The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was firm and more plush than I experienced for hotels of this class. Best sleep I had in 2 weeks of travelling. The air-conditioner was powerful and adjusted temperatures quite quickly. Toilets had sufficient bars and hooks for hanging clothes and towels after use, which is a big plus because a lot of hotels just do not cater for it. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly.

This room 613 was much better than the room which I got on the 5th floor. It was larger and definitely cleaner in the feeling. The air con vent was slightly dusty but the air felt cleaner than my previous room. Ample carparks in the area and walking distance to namba station and dotonburi

Hotel can be crowded at times but generally the wait was short. The washer dryer machine can be separate if possible. Helps to dry the clothes a lot faster. Did not know that the password to the room wifi was different. Only found out after playing around with the menu on the monitor.

The hotel was really clean and modern. It was a really nice room, perfect for our 5 night stay in Osaka. Loved that it was right next to Namba station and only a walkable distance from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Even the facilities like the lounge room, coffee machine, vending machine and coin laundry was so helpful for us. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Osaka!

It was right next to a construction site and we were not informed by the staff. But it’s fine since the noise only started after 9am.

The property is very close to both the metro and train station with connections to Osaka airport. It is walkable to major Osaka sites as well. The room was small, but comfortable. The beds were not quite as firm as many of the beds we slept on in Japan. They have a coffee machine in the lobby and they also have a coin laundry available.

The staff at check in were not very friendly or helpful, but the staff we interacted with after were much more so. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay.

Namba Metro Station entrance is only about 100m away from the hotel! Very convenient to travel around Osaka. Walking distance to Dontonbori. The room is clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. We wash our laundry with the shared washing machines with dryer function in this hotel. Just remember to keep enough 100 YEN coins to use. We enjoy our daily breakfast in this hotel! Recommendation for those who visit Osaka the first time - Buy the 1- or 2-day Osaka Amazing Pass to enjoy unlimited train rides in Osaka. The pass covers the entrance fee to itineraries like Osaka Castle, Umeda Sky Building, HEP Five Ferris Wheel, River Cruise, Museum visits, Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel, Tsutenkaku Tower Observation Deck & Tower Slider....

The location is absolutely a big plus. Just a couple of minutes' walk to Namba subway station, JR Line station and Nankai airport train terminus, a huge underground public transport hub, super convenient. The room was super clean and nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful. A very good base for tourists to explore Osaka and nearby places such as Kobe. The room was not very big, as one would expect with most hotels in Japan, but comfortably enough for the two of us, both with a large suitcase and carry-on luggage (we went to Osaka for SHOPPING :)))
