1. Buggy guys, I mean the permanent staffs drives too fast. I always felt uncomfortable when this happened. I believe the guests’safety and security must come first and especially some trails are steep and look slippery when they’re wet. However, I appreciate the trainee guy who could drive proper speed and makes sure we are safe. Thank you! 2. Shuttle bus driver to the centre, again I think he over-speeded, always did bum to bum with a car in front, overtaking another car when the road is curve and narrow, over-horn . It was very frightening from my experiences and I always prayed to reach the resort safely. It is strongly required a manager’s attention to look into this point of how he drives.

Almost everything! The staff is simply amazing, and extremely coordinated in their day-to-day operations. Starting with check-in till an early morning check-out, our stay was probably the smoothest out of all our experiences at similar resorts in different parts of South-East Asia to date. We booked a Pool Villa (number 301) that had one of the most spectacular views of the ocean. We literally had a sun-rise wake-up each morning in the east-facing villa. The property is located in between the Airport and the City, with a perfect seclusion from any commotion whatsoever. It was exactly what we expected after a couple of busy days in Ho Chi Minh City — soothing, rejuvenating and peaceful. The entire property is extremely clean, a feat quite hard to achieve in the sprawling area of the resort. Each and every staff member cares for the guests. We particularly remember our laundry service at the resort, where the lady took extra care and immense pride in getting a hair-dye stain removed from a shirt. This diligence is around the campus, and you will feel it in every sphere of your stay. The room was cleaned spotless every day, as was the garden in front and the outdoor patio. The pool in front of the villa was clean too, as were the common pools across the property. We loved the spa at the resort — extremely professional and peaceful. Unlike other experiences we have had with similar resorts, this property did not push-sale anything at all — neither spa treatments nor sea-sports. It seemed very professional in delivering exactly what the guests want, nothing more, nothing less.

We may be nitpicking at this point, but we felt that the resort lacked a little in variety of food options provided at its restaurants and room service. It is still 5-star in flavor and service, but the property may look into expanding the choices a little beyond the standard Vietnamese and Italian dishes.

The architecture of the whole resort is beautiful, the see is clean and the staff is unbelievable friendly. The breakfast is delicious. We weren’t 100% happy with the location of the “Cliff Villa” as those rooms are really beautiful and great view, but just behind them there is the main road between Cam Rahn and Nha Trang (really loud and busy all day and night). So we told the lovely manager Minh about our unhappiness and she swiftly took care of the issue and gave us another more quiet room!! Minh and her team are doing an amazing job.

The property is located just next to the main road of the coast, a few rooms are effected by this (For us the “Cliff Villa” was too noisy for a relaxing vacation). Another thing was the food: maybe it is just us but we would have preferred more authentic Vietnamese cuisine than international stuff but the breakfast is great!!!

Mia is a fantastic resort. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. We ate at both restaurants, The Kitchen By The Sea and La Baia and the food at both was fantastic - I would recommend the carbonara in particular! The buffet breakfast is superb too. Both swimming pools have plenty of sun loungers, and the hotel works hard at keeping it a relaxing environment by implementing certain rules such as using earphones if you are listening to music rather than playing it out loud on your phone. We stayed in a garden facing room and it was beautiful. I cannot recommend Mia enough and can’t wait to stay again!

The breakfast was delicious with pancakes and fruits, and there were plenty of fruit juices available, which was great. The resort is situated on a spacious property and there are many carts running, making it comfortable to move around. The pool in the villa was deep enough and moderately sized, and it was well-maintained. The communal pool next to the restaurant was very large and we enjoyed playing with our children there. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There are three round-trip buses per day between the resort and Nha Trang city, so it is easy to move around if you can take one of them. Overall, it was a wonderful resort.

It is difficult to arrange for a Grab ride near Mia Resort, but it is easy to arrange from the city to the resort. There seemed to be a slight difference in the level of education among the restaurant staff (such as the timing of clearing dishes),but they are very polite.

Excellent location, only 20 minutes from the airport The resort was beautiful and well maintained, with lush greenery and colorful flowers The Cliff villa was spacious, well designed, well equipped and very clean, with a comfortable bed from which you could watch the sunrise The private pool was big enough for 2 and had an amazing view of the sea from the cliff; the water temperature was also perfect The room service menu contained most dishes from the 2 restaurants; a great choice to order in if you wanted to spend the day relaxing at the pool The breakfast was one of the greatest we had in Vietnam, catering to all tastes The 2 common pools are right next to the restaurants and make it easy to take swim before or after a meal The staff was very helpful and warm

Mia Resort was by far one of the best hotels I‘ve been so far! The staff is so friendly and helpful,every wish is read from your lips. We stayed in a condo and the interior/equipment was just stunning. The views are breathtaking,whether you‘re on your own little terrasse or on one of their restaurants! Breakfast was gorgeous too!So much choice from vietnamese traditionnal food to european breakfast,many things freshly made in front of you. We had a few massages done in their magnificenz spa and they were beyond professionnal and perfect. We were looking to disconnect from the city-life,so we chose this exact hotel to be away from the city an right on the beach. This resort is worth every penny!!! We were so sad to leave after 3 nights…

pool size was great with many available beds, tables and sunbrellas, clean toilets and showers nearby, toys and rubber floats were available! staff we always nearby and very tentive and personal, they knew what we had done on most days and asked how it had been. We did jet skii-ing while we were there and a cooking class which was so fun! the cleaners came twice a day which was a nice little touch. we were very happy with our stay, would reccomend to anyone not looking to do much travelling during their stay!

- we booked the beach villa which was amazing: lovely pool and garden, big villa, huge bathroom and outside shower - the entire hotel complex. It is like a big beautiful park and everything is maintained perfectly - location: it is around 6km away from Nha Trang which makes it wonderfully quiet - breakfast buffet - Spa: the massages are lovely - above all: very attentive and super friendly staff and amazing service. Everyone always made sure that we have an amazing stay which we had - highly recommend this resort if you want to relax abd take a break

The breakfast was great and very delicious. Our room was spacious with a wonderful pool including a fantastic view across the ocean. We also enjoyed the free buggy service to get everywhere around the resort area. We also took advantage of the free shuttle bus to Nha Trang and back. We booked a private (individually planned for us) tour including snorkeling, lunch and jetski with the help of the resort's very nice tour agent.

The room (cliff villa) was unfortunately a little bit too close to the loud street. The staff was very nice and had offered us to change to a more quiet room (beach villa), but we wanted to stay because of the great view. So that was alright. They unfortunately never refilled our minibar even after mentioning it twice.
