Male ( Arabic ) staff in recaption at night shift he was very polite and he helped us a lot .. fast in check in and free upgrade.. awesome service

Arabic lady in morning shift she is very rude with the clients, she was shouting and raised her voice to one of the clients.. really she was very rude

We booked this hotel based on its location which was great. Easily accessible by metro and the breakfast. From the day we arrived at the hotel Mr Sikander has been helpful,friendly and very kind. We appreciated our stay and we felt at home because of Mr Sikander. He deserve a promotion . The hotel securities were nice as well and always smiling. Thank you for the réception and housekeeping , Mr Baldis , for making the surprise birthday cake for my mother. Room was well equipped and daily housekeeping.

* As per booking.com there is lot of good review regarding the breakfast Therefore we booked . However we were disappointed. Not much variety and it was almost same thing every day. On the 22nd Feb we had a bad experience for the breakfast .We ordered the crepe and eggs by 9:30am and it was already 10:00 , we were still not served . However people who came after us were served. Therefore we left . The regular chef was on his OFF . Maybe the another chef was new and took time . * There is no window in the room and limited light. It is okay for 2-3days but more than that . It starts getting suffocating.

The location is great, away from too busy areas, located near Joann and Al Saad Metro Station so easy to get around on the metro. I like this location as near by there are number of good restaurants offering food from around the world at very affordable prices. Convenience stores are also nearby, as are a number of other stores including a laundry place. I found the area generally more affordable than others. I also liked that the room was serviced no matter what time we left the room. Overall excellent hotel, highly recommend.

Nothing not to like here, absolutely brilliant hotel.

Pretty much everything was good at the hotel. Hard to find something that I disliked. The staff was amazing. Asked for a late checkout to finish some meetings I was not expecting, and the hotel offered that. The food was good, with the right quantity, quality, and diversity. The bed was extremely comfortable and quiet during the night. The hotel location is great, close to the main road that takes you anywhere in Doha. Finally, the price was right. I will return.

Nothing extremely serious. I had half board. Dinners had many good food options. Just lacked more options to drink (only offered water.... not even a bottle.. left a full glass of water, and then you had to ask for more water every time you needed more). Just leave the bottle, or offer some drink station. Way more convenient. This is me being picky... I didn't hate it... but Its a simple change that could raise this hotel to a great level of excellence.

I booked the first night through booking, which was a great rate ,however, when I decided to extend for one more day akind male receptionist took the lead after I asked him if your price is better I will pay here direct. He called his manager and they give me rate for 250QAR . This is all great until other receptionist called me at my room asking me if I'm going to check out because I didn't pay yet so I asked to them to send some one to my room for the payment. Imaging my seprize in the morning check in out changing me for the pre discounted amout . Note the different is not big but the concept is don't take the different from my deposit amout without telling me after I communicated that I have discounted prices confirmed by 2 different receptionist without me even noticing until I'm half way to work. I know hospitality, customer service, communication and purchasing. Your own coordination should not effect me a customer. P.S. I still love the hotel 🥰

The hotel lobby is beautiful, staff were friendly (though everyone seemed quite busy and a bit stressed! - it might have just been the time I was there). Breakfast was included and was great - I never had time to visit the pool and gym, though I had planned to! Room was great - very clean and comfortable.

Watch out for your staff. I hope they're not too overworked. But overall, great value for a great hotel in a location near enough to the wonderful Doha Metro!

every thing was perfect. it is clean and comfortable hotel.

The breakfast area was small , roof kitchen, that we had to wait to get a table. The area needs to be bigger. There is one elevator that goes up to roof kitchen, we had to wait for a long time, especially when it is crowded , or we go to use the other elevator to go down to floor G so the other one take us up to roof kitchen.

Room was Ok , but need some maintenance in toilet , water pressure was weak for WC. , TV channels were limited. breakfast and dinner were Ok but not WoW in Roof floor , before they have more Varity than this .

Electricity went off with some sockets in the room and my laptop shutdown because of this . They don't provide juice's or hot drink with dinner , only glass of water even not cold 1

Staff and facilities are good

First day issue where it could have gone really wrong, the room I booked wasn't available and they were trying to sway me to change, I had to insist a bit and luckily they sorted the issue without giving me further hassle. Message to this hotel and others is to never overbook or confirm a room which is not available that would ruin the whole stay

The room was very cozy and comfortable, which will make you relaxed beyond your expectations, after the long hectic day. The breakfast was more than delicious with so much variety to choose from. It was an excellent experience with the kitchen serving staff in the roof top food area.
