Very clean room and good value

Night club sound was a bit noisy at night, so I shifted to a different floor away from the night club.

The location is amazing. The service introduced by staff exceeded my expectations. Staff members were always helpful, polite, and professional. Special thanks to: Reda (manager and receptionist), Oliver ( pool guy), Sohel (room service), Kamal & Gayathri (receptionists). These are just a few names to mention, but there were many staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Instead of staying a week, I extended my stay to a month. Will absolutely stay here again!

there is one laiday in reception very bad comportment …she dnt know how talk to customers.when I reash hôtel and I was have confirmation she told me there is no Room she dnt know the process and she dnt know how ansear the customers

Quite, Clean, location and staff were helpful and supportive 100%🙏🏻.

Car parking is very limited, the swimming pool is not shaded, no Jacuzzi or Sona, just a swearing pool under the Sun☀️🥵. Also, they have two paid SPA centers, without discounts for guests. I used the paid SPA service (SPA X) it was nice at the beginning, however, they should be SPA only. I prefer Hotel management to look after them silently, to understand what I mean. Best wishes,

i have been chosing this hotel for the last couple of weeks due to the hospitality of their staff the layout of the their rooms, i would like to thank imran, ouaim and raja from the welcome desk as my check in and checkout experience was amazing as usual and i would like to mention farid from the security team, diffentley i am coming back.

on the day of the checkout i requested a bottle of water i think arround 9 Am and when i called the reception they said unfortuantley they couldn't provide with any services due to the checkout today been today and i was checking out at 2 PM so i order water from outside ! i undrestand each company has their own ruls and policies but this is was rediculous i think the management should look into this point and fix it

Hotel is located in a good area. Close to everything. Walkable neighborhood. Staff are amazing: Reda (رضا) is a key factor to stay longer. He is welcoming, helpful and friendly. Also, Amazjeet did an excellent job with his service. Love the hotel and will stay here again!

Convenient location near Joaann metro station, modern, clean hotel with good food choices each meal as our group had taken the full board option.

It wasn’t really the hotel but more a national issue that alcohol was extremely expensive. That was fine as we were in Doha for a sports competition so drinking wasn’t a top priority.

I like the cleanliness of the room and spacious. Modern place. It's a one stopped shop. They have all facilities. Swimming pool, gym, bar, cafe, spa. I like their international breakfast buffet but no pancakes and hash browns🤭.

The swimming pool has no water or beverage to offer. No places to sit and relax.

The room was spacious and clean, most of what is needed was there and it is organized too. The staff, they are accommodating as well though they're a bit serious (it's good to lighten up a bit the aura).

The hotel have a poor soundproofing. You can hear the people outside especially when they are screaming which we had an experience during our stay. The swimming pool, it's clean but it only has a fixed level or height. Would suggest if the level is a bit sloping so it will suit for all the height of the client (from smallest to tallest one) :D

When I am at the reception I am not welcomed I waited for 15 minutes to check in Reception service is very bad 😢Mr. Reda was busy with the bill which the previous guest paid 🤔 He did not give priority to the guest
