The staff of the hotel are great, polite and patient... The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and always smiling... Mr. Ahmed in the management is one of the best i have seen as he solves any concern you have immediately... The housekeeping staff also especially the Kenyan lady i dont know her name but they were great people that made my stay there very memorable... I would recommend this hotel for any business travellers as the location and the staff are great... I had a great 12 days and i am a difficult customer so when i left i was very impressed... Wishing them all the best...

The best hotel in Doha execllent hospitality from nermeen

Great value for money. The hotel is clean and the rooms are big and comfortable. Sound-proofed windows, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good (not included in my booking) with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were helpful and all of them speak English. One good point is they offer all the bottled water you want and not only one bottle per person. WiFi was good in the room.

Even though the windows are sound-proofed, the noise was from inside! People talking loud, banging doors and children running. A club sandwich for 27 dollars (99QAR) is a bit expensive. I would say this is more a 4 stars hotel than 5 but the room price is fair for what it is.

The property itself is very soothing, specially the Pool I loved it, stay was good i enjoyed my entire time there Staff was also very helping and good just some minor things happened that r not good

Behavior of house keeping staff was not at first but then their supervisor jumped in and sorted things out nicely. I really appreciate their decision making and step taking manners.

The room were very well kept and clean,the customer care response was very great. I loved their services alot.Yunice the receptionist June 2nd morning time,very polite and kind . security very understanding and helpful.The lady on June 1, Thursday night shift at the reception also was very kind and helped me . Looking back for the experience again.In qatar this is the hotel to be in.Thank you so much Grand Regency hotel.

The staff are very accomodating and polite. Everyone was helpful.

The fridge in the room was not working and the bedside clock malfunctioned which suddenly alarmed so loud at 5am that disturbed my sleep. But so far all are good and the stay was comfortable.

The staff are so experienced specially Nermin , and all car parking team were awesome as well, The house keepers are something else, The location which is in the heart of Qatar was great also , I really enjoyed my stay there and I decided to fix it as my usual sitting place.

Some facilities weren’t working like sauna , jacuzzi and spa

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great, my sister had lots of fun swimming there. The breakfast was excellent too. There was a wide variety of food available and it was all good. Everything was clean too. Staff was friendly, especially Miata. He was very helpful with the check-in and check-out. Also, parking was not an issue.

I didn't like the lighting in the room and bathroom. It was very dim.
