Lovely spacious room and appreciated the tasteful design. Great location and fairly smooth check in. Loved the pool and fitness facility though the latter could have been better equipped.

I have to remark that the guest services (telephone contact) needs significant improvement. I am not sure if they were just severely understaffed, extremely busy or both. I made several calls where I allowed phone to ring for 4-5 minutes. then it just got disconnected. I am surprised that this is how the service is attended to and left me quite frustrated as at times I just needed a simple answer such as where can i find an iron in the room. This really needs improvement as it will undermine an otherwise great experience.

Staff were extremely professional and helpful! Especially a gentleman named Anthony was very courteous and friendly. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and inform me about the wonders of Singapore and pointed me towards popular tourism attractions.

The hotel location is a little difficult to locate as it is inside a shopping mall. There is 1 elevator that gets to its reception is on the 7th floor, opposed to the normal 1st floor like other hotels.

We asked for a wake up call at 4:15am but didn’t receive one. Luckily we set our own alarm. Our taxi driver also tried to call the front desk but nobody picked up. Also would have been nice if room service was available 24/7

Loved the room, plenty of space with the seperate lounge area & table. Also really like the shower with the wall to ceiling window looking out to the city - overall was a very nice 5 star room & property with good value for money & would recommend & stay again.

The breakfast area is far too small for that size of hotel. So breakfast area is really crowed on weekends: you'll have to wait some time until a table is free to be seated and there is a possibility that there are no glases anymore or some food choices are out. Food selection is fine, but nothing special. Better on weekdays!

We are talking about very high levels. The facility is very pleasant, the staff friendly and always helpful. Several services available and of excellent quality. The room was wonderful: kitchen with living room, king bedroom and double bathroom. Tastefully furnished and very functional. Wi-fi stable and of decent speed. A really superb pool on the seventh floor, overlooking the skyline and the Singapore Strait. I would recommend it to anyone, whether for traveling workers or families on vacation.

I don't give it a full ten only for two reasons: the breakfast buffet could definitely be improved and with an even greater selection of food. The housekeeping of the apartment good but not always impeccable (some stains on the floor remained throughout the stay).

Excellent quiet room, great staff, and comfortable beds. The pool area was very cool and the location was incredibly convenient for using public transport. It's also very close to two of the hawker centers that we wanted to visit. There are several convenience stores and excellent restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again!

The hotel location was great, the only downside is that many of the restaurants and shops in the vicinity are closed on the weekend since the hotel is in the business district.

One bedroom executive suite in Singapore is going to be expensive but it was worth the money. Full sized fridge, washer/dryer in room ( but there is also a guest laundry) no dishwasher but combined stove and microwave and an induction cook top for those of us who like to buy our food once every couple of days ( ie I did not cook, just reheat). There was capsule coffee and tea but no milk. Shower was great, bed large and comfy and I really liked the view over the harbour, watching the cargo and cruise ships. Close to MRT and three different big hawker centres.

There was no compendium and the recommended app gave little useful information. The oven and washer where top of the line and we had to resort to internet manuals to try to work them. This could have been easier.

Location to the subway, Chinatown and various food courts

I wish I could have checked in before 3 pm. I had an international flight and landed in the morning. I had let the hotel know weeks in advance I wanted an early check in but unfortunately due to high demand I could not. luckily I was able to use the shower next to the pool deck to freshen up and also store my luggage.
