The hotel is clean, I always stay this hotel whenever I go to Singapore, the location is so good, there’s 7-11 opposite hotel, and always hawker center and supermarket. Mrt station is just walking distance

It's a 5* hotel so of course the standard is high and we were happy about it despite how crazy expensive it is. It's Singapore after all. The room was very big and very comfortable, and the staff made sure we were happy throughout.

The breakfast has to be seriously improved. For a 5* hotel in Singapore, you expect a lot more. The bread and pastries are dry, there are not a lot of fruit, too many Asian dishes that us European are not a fan of at breakfast (it's great that they have the option for those who want, but they have about 60-70% Asian), scrambled eggs tasted horrible and there is no egg station with the person making your own order. Do yourself a favor and don't pay $36+ for that, it's absolutely not worth it.

I love how the hotel remember my request in providing the birthday surprise for my boyfriend.

The room was too warm despite having turn on air con to 23 degree celcius. There were a lot of snacks provided but all chargeable. Probably can consider like what other hotels did by not providing. So that from users perspective we will not have any expectations.

Comes with bath tub at an affordable pricing for stay. Big rooms and convenient!

Cups and glassware are always dirty. Hope it can be better. Literally drank the cup of water that full of stain.

Room was very comfortable and spacious for a single traveller.

The Gym is really small with limited equipment. One would expect a property of this size to have a more substantial exercise facility.

Pool area could be better maintained throughout the day. Keeping luggage in the lobby before our room was ready was a bit of an unnecessary fuss - very over complicated for a simple bag drop and not what we really wanted when we booked this hotel last minute after a cancelled flight. Value is terrific so it’s not a big concern but unsure if it’s really 5 star standard. Sure beds and room were of a high spec but that aside, very little by way of toiletries in the room and basically nothing complementary offered that you’d associate with the idea of a luxury 5 star property. Offering in that way probably more aligned with the price point that the number of stars!

The staff, especially Kiki in the club lounge. Beautiful room design. The cocktail nibbles in the club lounge were amazing. Different every night and with lots of imagination. The pool had steps with a handrail, which is unusual in that part of the world

The pool was poorly maintained, with no sense of welcome – I had to go and hunt for someone to put up a sunshade. The breakfasts were the worst I have ever had in Southeast Asia. Very disappointing for a hotel of this calibre, especially. I have usually had a wonderful breakfast, freshly cooked with a huge choice.

The location is great, I mostly used the buses to get to places on this trip, which is only around 3-400m walk to the bus stops. It is very close to the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Maxwell Food centre, also walking distance to Chinatown. I really liked how they have a separate water tap in the bathroom, very environmental friendly and I could always fill up my water bottle before leaving the room. Hotel staff are very friendly and attentive, bed very comfy, room clean, would definitely stay again next time I'm in Singapore.

Club membership is well worth it. All day refreshments, quiet breakfast area with premium selection, drinks and nibbles in the afternoon. The hotel staff has also provided me with a hospitality room on the day of departure since my flight was late in the evening. It means I got to change and shower in the privacy of a hotel room after checking out from the hotel. Fantastic service.

Gym is a very tiny room with limited options.
