Cover up the bed curtain for every bed for our privacy sleep. It's very very very important and more happy.

This question is More more my expectations,TQ.about Ur china cleaner staff, she say keep queit at 8.00pm earlier but she earlier 9.00am morning very make noisy to find things,close the door is like bang.. How can this is fair?????somemore we are checkout 11.00am so she make noise morning morning, we spoiled sleeping 😡😡And we are paying money to stay in beat arts hostel,,, no free place so she over over rude attitude,Talking no nicely, too shout With us,make not happy to stay in hostel. Very very DISAPPOINTED AND VERY VERY BAD THE CHINA CLEANER 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

It was relatively cheap compare to other hostels on the area. The quality and service is really good for its price. The location is near landmarks, bus stops and stations. It was also easy to contact the personnels. I like the flexibility to doing self check in and check out.

Our room was dusty. It might not be the best place for someone who is picky. But it's a great for someone who don't have that much budget and just looking for a place to sleep at night.

It’s location was fab as there’s tonnes to do in Chinatown alone. They had a mini kitchen with a fridge, microwave, hot and cold drinking water and some crockery and cutlery. They have plenty of seating next to the kitchen. Its also very clean.

There’s only one toilet/shower on the second floor which wasn’t ideal but there are many on the first floor so you can just pop downstairs. The dorm rooms are quite cramped, however that’s normal for Singapore.

Perfect location. Lots of restaurants and Marts. The train station is 5 minutes walk. Pagoda street is right outside so you won't get bored

The common area was poor but. The chairs weren't comfortable. The outdoor dining had similar issue with the chairs. Not very sociable but I did manage to have conversations with several travellers. It's a hostel, people should be able to socialise , please upgrade your common areas. Thanks , Ash

the place is affordable for people who wants budget trip, location is just near the chinatown, where you can buy cheap souvenirs, Chinatown MRT is also nearby

the only thing I didn't like is the people you will share the room with, since it is a dormitory, you should expect that it will be shared with other nationalities TIP: just do your own business, keep your voice low inside the room and always keep your luggages locked for security purposes

This hostel has thought of everything.. every tiny detail! The beds were super comfy and you get TWO pillows!! the free breakfast was very basic, but hey it’s free! the staff were really lovely and the hostel was super cute, modern and would have to be one of the cleanest hostels I’ve ever stayed in. A 10/10 experience!

The China lady staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. Some might find her loud I guess it's just how people from her country talks. The toilet was the cleanest so far among the 3 backpack hostels I stayed around Chinatown so far.

However security wise could be improved as the main door was never fully closed nor locked... and the key that was issued seems pretty much useless...

We appreciate the free water refill being available. The bathroom was nice and clean and the place was surprisingly quiet to get a good night sleep. The location is near a lot of the main sights in Chinatown.

Would have been nice to have hooks in the showers to hold clothes/towels... but aside from that... this hits all the basic necessities.

Nice location. Near mrt and tourist spots. Affordable rooms. Plus is the complementary coffee and water refill. Also the staff accommodated us ahead of check in time as the room is already available.

Nothing in particular. I don't expect much because of its low price.

- Not every socket in room works. I booked a room with 4 bunkbed, each bunkbed has 1 socket, but there were only 2 of them working. - Although the facilities said there were tower coming along with the room, it was not. So note to bring your own tower when staying here
