The hotel is easy to locate and very near to MRT station. There are also a lot of convenience stores and restaurants around the place. Breakfast is really good. You have several options to choose from. I also like the fact that Hawker Chan is located on the lower ground of the building. As to the capsule, it is well-equipped. It has a mirror and a foldable table which you can use to place your laptop and other things. It has also a hanger and a rod where you can put your used clothes and bath towel. It has a free dental kit (toothbrush and toothpaste) and a complimentary bottled water. It has also two types of light within the capsule - a dim light and a full light. With regard to the bathroom, it is very clean and well-maintained.

Internet connection is not stable inside the room as well as in the common area. I hope they can upgrade it since Singapore, in general, is known to have a strong wi-fi. Don't be the outlier, please :) Finally, I hope the Singaporean Malay staff - especially the male one - can refrain from talking or giving unnecessary comments about the guests in their local language as some guests can understand Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia. But overall, the staff are still polite and well-mannered.

The location was amazing, right in Chinatown. The lady at the front desk was super. The capsules were pretty cool. Bathrooms were clean. Definitely a nicer hostel type location.

People can get creative with pictures. The rooms look bigger on camera. They are small. The rest of the staff was ok, but not great. The advertised great coffee...cappuccinos, lattes, etc but when I asked, I was told they don't do it. Breakfast was mediocre at best

The location is great, in the middle of Chinatown and just 1-2 minutes from MRT. Breakfast is included and overall nice and convenient - you can prepare your eggs how you like them! :) The bed was very comfortable and the capsule was equipped nicely, come with bed sheets and towels, you get a locker next to the bed, the other guests were nice and friendly and quiet. The shared bathrooms are nice, they each have a with hairdryer and shampoo/gel. Everyone on the staff is very welcoming, kind and helpful! I could store my luggage on my last day and could use the shower before leaving for the airport.

The bathrooms were rather hot and it would be great to be able to dry your hands without bringing your own towel. The lock on my cupboard stopped working one night! The lady from the staff was the sweetest and tried her best (thanks!) though! :)

the capsule is bigger than expected, and it's comfortable with air-conditioning inside to make my sleeping experience better. it is also quiet so if you're looking for a quiet place to have a good day rest after exploring Singapore, this can be the place to go to. The breakfast food included in the price is decent too.

The toilet and the shower room is mostly combined together so in a peak hour it might be a little bit hard for you to find a free room for you to use as they only had individual toilet/shower room instead of multiple rooms in one place. You might just need to avoid getting ready during the peak time. Just an extra suggestion, it would be nice too if they are able to provide a prayer room inside the hotel instead of having us to walk to nearby mosque to pray. As I understand that all room in this hotel is a capsule, so that room would be helpful ◡̈

Location is super close to MRT and Bus. The hostel smells good even on the stairs and they keep the whole area clean as much as possible. Toilet always have tissue supplies and you'll find sanitizer everywhere. Also love the privacy of the individual Toilet & Bathroom. Breakfast was typical though I loved that they always served fruits. Staff were also very helpful & kind. The pod was spacious and well ventilated :) They have washing machine. Everything was as I expected from the advertisement.

Great capsules with all the amenities you need (plug, table, small storage, spaces hanging rail, water, slippers etc) plus I had a capsule by the window so essentially had an additional private window which was great. Comfortable air-conditioned room, really good breakfast, toast, cereal, a range of hot local food eg. Noodles, and a self-serve egg cooking station. Pleasant small common space for working or socialising Really friendly helpful staff, and great location in Chinatown near the MRT.

Bathrooms were very nice and very clean but slightly awkward having to walk through the crowded dining area to get to them in my pyjamas etc. also the bathrooms were not well ventilated.

We use shared bathrooms - they are new but always full of moisture and not tidy, but it is understandable for a hostel

Amazing breakfast, can cook your own eggs, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, cereal, toast and spreads, location was great near train lines and amazing hawker food centres. Bed was super comfortable. We felt secure and it was nice we could lock away everything, even our big bags. Very modern feel and always clean. Bathrooms are a great size and a nice warm shower. The cheapest place we found to book for 5 nights and totally worth it!

The dryer did not dry our clothes after 90 minutes and also sometimes the bathrooms were soaking wet but that would’ve been the nature of the guests disrespect.

I stayed in the same capsule for 10 nights. Bought myself a little air freshener, but there is good airflow, especially when the curtain is not completely closed. Breakfast was simple but nice : toasts with spreads, something warm (noodles, sausages or something else), a make-your-omelette station, fruits and cereals. I stayed in a mixed dormitory in a single capsule on the top bunk. It was very cozy and comfortable. You have a bit of space for a bag or two, there's a mirror and some shelves that you can open or close. You have privacy with the curtain and it cuts all light, altough it doesnt cut much of the noise. I liked that the toilets were always with showers! Very convenient. Everything was clean and cleaned up often. My suitcase (medium size) wouldnt fit in the locker, however i left it open and slid it in and it worked perfectly. The location is AMAZING, right in front of a large Hawker Center (chinatown complex) and really close to the Chinatown metro station and buses.

You can do your laundry, but only with new 1$ coins. The lobby didn't have any when I needed to do some laundry and I had to scramble a bit to find them.

The location is right in bustling Chinatown which is perfect - you can find an array of food options. It is also quite near from Chinatown MRT! Although do look up at the signage as you might miss it the first time. You have to walk up the stairs to the lobby and also to your dorms so if you want less hassle I’d advise you to travel light (backpack/rucksack). The capsule I got was in a 6 bed mix dorm, surprisingly really spacious once you’re in it. I expected the showers to be communal style as I have stayed in many hostels before but here you’ll there are a number of private toilet + shower units. You get it all to yourself which is great for ladies to get ready. Great hospitality - receptionist had a pleasant attitude and made me feel welcomed right away.
