Cleanliness was superb. Service was excellent. Spacious and beautiful room.

The entrance was a bit confusing. Location is a bit far from the mrt

Fabulous position near MRT and great restaurants, bars and the buzz of Chinatown Corner room was spacious and well appointed, elegantly decorated, we loved the huge bath, lovely toiletries in the shower and for the bath Plenty of power points where they were needed The complimentary snacks and soft drinks available always in the foyer lounge was greatly appreciated The staff were brilliant, very helpful and went beyond what we would expect them to do, they were friendly, personable and charming

Nothing we didn’t like although a neighbouring property playing doof doof until the early hours was obnoxious Ann Siang had mitigated this by double glazing the windows

The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are an abundance of eateries to choose from in the neighborhood, all within walking distance. The interiors of our room and bathroom were lovely, elegant and well-appointed. It was also nice having a long balcony. It did not feel like a typical hotel room. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We had the Studio Premier and our granddaughter had her own area that had a sofa bed. It was like having a 2-bedroom apartment. The only problem was that at night, to switch on the bathroom light all the lights on her side of the room would switch on as well.

We love that the hotel provides an all day snack bar at the reception. The snack bar had full of fun tit bits like rice biscuits, mixed nuts, Oreos, Zitz Cheese cracker and more. They also provided free flow of soft drinks that we can take as many times as we want. They also provided drinking water from the tap. But the best part of our trip is the size of our room. He had booked the Studio Premier and we can say that the Room is one of the best rooms we had ever stayed in. The size of the room is so huge! And as a cherry on top, they have a massage chair which is definitely a plus point. The bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is super sexy with a tub and a separate shower. My anniversary well spent. We were so sad we had to check out, we really wish we did not have to leave. The hotel interior design is super classy. We love it so much. Best for a romantic staycaytion. I can't wait to return.

I wish we were able to get a late check out. But not a lot to not like. Our stay was perfect.

This place was a bit of a surprise. I paid for a better room and it was enormous with a lovely rain shower. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Siti on reception. The free drinks and snacks in the lobby were also a bonus. And very handy for Maxwell tube.

I really wished I could have got breakfast at the hotel - even a light one. There was nowhere to get a western breakfast for miles around - just Chinese and Korean . In the end I found Five Oars coffee roasters a 10 min walk away. If there had been a breakfast service. I would have rated it excellent.

Everything was great. Great location. Great staff. Free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks were available which was great when we got back from a full day out. There was also a free hour of alcoholic beverages if you like that. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great! Large room. Right near MRT. Easy to get around from the hotel.

The price was quite high but this must be a Singapore thing as I could not really get much worthwhile cheaper. Was also a big weekend in Singapore so prices might have been a bit inflated.

In the heart of a cool heritage neighbourhood full of interesting architecture. Close to all sorts of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated with style and sophistication. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lobby/bar area offers free snacks and drinks (even alcohol!) Very reasonably priced for what you get (by Singapore standards).

If I have to pick something, the water pressure of the shower is a bit weak, and the aircon seemed to be stuck on arctic.

Perfect location! Close to MRT and a few hawker centres. Room was very spacious and bed was larger than expected (and very comfy). Staff were friendly and were able to accommodate our 2am arrival. We really enjoyed the refreshments in the lobby (available 24/7) - we hopped back in the middle of the day for some cold drinks, fill up on water, and to escape the heat and humidity. Another bonus - there is a washer and dryer on the 3rd floor that is free for guests to use.

Loved the room. Great bedroom lading to a sitting area with massage chair and settle and table and desk leading to kitchenette with microwave, fridge, tea/ coffee making, hob and sink. Leading to lovely bathroom with walk in shower and tub. Balcony too. Large for Singapore. Great location in an area with bars and restaurants free drinks from 5 to 6 pm

The only thing was poor wifi. Even YouTube on the large TV screen in the room was intermittent
