I needed a room close to the airport for one-night and D’Resort was a good choice - just a short taxi ride from the airport. I had a clean, modern and spacious room. It’s a 5 min walk undercover to the shopping mall next door, where there are a number of restaurants and cafés, and a bus nearby to the Pasir Ris MRT station. I will happily stay here again.

The location was really great, within walking distance from the MRT and right next to quite a large shopping complex which had a shuttle bus to the MRT if you didn't fancy the 15 min (mostly) covered walk. It was also right next to the Pasir Ris Park which is one of the largest in Singapore and the hotel had an access door directly into Park Area 1. In front of the hotel is quite a nice waterpark which is affordable for families and groups of friends. The hotel facilities were great for short stays as a fridge and kitchen area was provided in the room. There is no TV and the bathroom is quite basic but it's perfect if you're on the go all the time. Staff were amazingly attentive especially Anna who was very helpful during my stay. There's also an area where you can store luggage if you are early for check-in or need somewhere to leave your bags before heading to the airport which is only a few MRT stops away from the Pasir Ris station. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and am looking forward to staying with them on future trips to Singapore!

The entrance is set quite far in away from the Downtown East mall so it's a bit of a walk if you have seniors or young children in your group. Room can get a little cold so be sure to adjust the fan speed to suit your preference. It is slightly far from the main town/tourist area of Singapore so be prepared for an approx. 30-min travel time by train into the central Singapore area.

Nice spacious room, balcony, water tea & coffee provided AND replenished daily. Easy covered walk to mall. We hired bikes and went for a ride along Pasir Ris Park which was great.

The access to the water park is not included in the room rate. I was not aware it was separate and there was no hotel pool to use instead. This needs to be advertised better as I only booked there because of the water park. Might want to change the advertising for opening as well "Open Monday to Sunday, closed Tuesday". Perhaps "Open Wednesday to Monday" might be clearer The shower water could have been warmer, the calafont only seem to get up to luke warm.

The hotel is great for families. We had a family room which slept 4. If your booking make sure you contact the hotel to confirm what combination of single and double beds you want. They will guarantee your selection but they did make it work for us. The place called Downtown East is a shopping centre with restaurants and a few bars. Great food options and there even a walkway between the shopping centre and the hotel. There is a shop next to the hotel which doubles as a cafe. There is also a supermarket in Downtown East. (Ask for directions) There is a waterpark next to the hotel. Guest Services can sell you tickets, we received a discount for being hotel guests. It’s a great day out! The nearest station is a bus ride away, to be fair though we found the taxis well priced and used a combo of taxis and public transport. Do hire a bike from the bike hire place downstairs at the hotel and go for a ride in the adjoining park.

There are bbqs outside next to some of the rooms. It can be a bit noisy, however when in the room we could barely hear anything. Also there os a rule that either said the bbqs need to be finished at 11pm (or the noise had to be kept down at that time, I can’t remember). Either way it was not a massive issue.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The cleaners did an amazing job every time. I love how there is an easy free shuttle bus from downtown east to Whitesands/MRT. Only short walking distance to the downtown east mall.

I booked two rooms as we are a family of 5. However, I did not like how they separated the rooms into two different buildings which were quite far. I would have loved to see more facilities being provided to us like a pool, gym, and communal laundry facilities. There weren't alto of facilities available where you didn't have to pay extra.

15 mins from the airport :) We appreciated that the resort was accessible and close to the mall, making it very accessible to an array of eating options and retail. The resort having the guest waterpark entry rates for guests was definitely worthwhile and the weather in Singapore always goes right to spend a day at the waterpark. Also loved the availability on renting bikes for a ride! The staff were always smiling and approachable to attend to any of our questions.

Nothing my family didn't like. We did notice it is pretty loud still sometimes after 11pm but that's just families having a good time together.

Really family friendly and a short distance from the airport. Little treasure hunt for the children in the room was a lovely touch whilst you’re unpacking. Free small bottles of water replaced every day in your room. Only stayed a few nights to break up a long journey. Would come back as the water park looks incredible!

Wasn’t too close to public transport stops, so reliant on taxis to get you to the city centre. Typically $15-$20 (Singapore) for a taxi into the centre though which is more reasonable than expected. And hotel staff are really helpful to book for you.

The location close to the Airport for an early flight. The Mall is super close and have many shops. The free shuttle from the mall to the train station. The staff were pleasent to deal with. The fact that you could walk 100meters from your room to the mall under cover when it rains. The room size quad was very spacious.

The hot water needed to be switched on when you arrive inorder to have hot showers unfortunately we were not advised of this. One elevator to another elevator was a little inconvenient.when you have so much luggage and an early flight. I would return in future and hopefully this time use the waterpark as we only stayed as an end to our Cruise holiday.

The location of the hotel is easily accessible both by Metro and Bus services, a walking distance from either stops. The front desk is welcoming and our room had all the necessary amenities. The hotel is unbelievably right next to the Wild Wild Wet water park which is easily accessible to hotel guests through an exclusive entrance/exit gate. The hotel location is very close to popular fast food outlets which is a bonus as you can take your food into the water park. Our stay at this resort was very short, however the experience was reletively pleasant considering that we were only in Singapore on a Stop Over.

There aren't clear signs to reception whene travelling on foor, therefore making it quite difficult to find the hotel reception area. We got lost trying to navigate our way to the reception area which put a damper on our arrival. There was zero concierge service to assist with our bags, we were pointed to the direction of our room and had to navigate once more to our allocated room ourselves. We are not asking for a bell boy or anything, however a bit of assistance would have been appreciated. A resort as big as this one should at least offer a concierge service.
