For the price, I thought the room was going to be small. It turned out great. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping did a great job to clean the room everyday during our stay. The nearest MRT and mall are just 10 mins walk from the hotel. We'll definitely stay at Aqueen Hotel again. Thank you for the hospitality. Had a great stay here.

Location is fantastic and super convenient. There's just a petrol kiosk opposite with a minimart operating 24hrs everyday. Train station and 3 malls are just a short 5-10mins walk away with lots of food options and amenities.

The room is barely functional in terms of size but it isn't inhabitable. The location and good service from the staff makes up for the room size. Only thing that might be unbearable to some is the sound proofing of the walls and doors. Noise from public walkways and room doors slamming are quite loud and audible.

The hotel management and team had given their best to accommodate the needs of the guests on arrival. They were professional and efficient. It was a smooth, efficient and hassle free process upon check-ins and during check-outs. My family, friends and I like the stay at this hotel. The hotel is new, cozy, clean and comfortable. The room has ample space for us to perform our prayers (for Muslims). And the hotel amenities and furniture is complete and excellent for a stay there. It is about 10 to 15 minutes walk down few traffic lights to Paya Lebar MRT station and few local malls (depends on the age group that is walking and depends on how fast one walks). Well done! Perhaps, they could consider to provide 1) a 2 cards-room per room instead of 1 card-room per room and 2) a 15 minutes or 20 minutes gap feeder bus service from Aqueen hotel to Paya Lebar MRT and vice versa for the hotel guests privileges. Location is exceptional, short walking distance to MRT station, Paya Lebar Square, SIngpost Centre, and PLQ Mall. Rooms are small but adequate and cozy. Check-in was a breeze. There is also a minibar fridge in the rooms.

Frontdesk staff were not warm and forthcoming. The elevator is irredeemably slow. My spouse complained that the bed is a bit on the harder side, but I found it comfortable. Perhaps the least favourite aspect is the soundproofing of the rooms. Sometimes when other gests open their room doors, it feels like it is your room's. The tap water in the washroom was very strong and loud. You can even hear when the neighbour is using theirs.

Very convenient for bus and MRT transportation .. only take 3-5 mats walking distance and the bus/MRT cn take you everywhere. There is PLQ Mall very close to the hotel where you can find many options for food and shopping needs and the MRT station is just underneath the mall. Will come back for sure ..

Nothing. Only during my stay there, there is an Air Force show going on and since the hotel location is close to the Paya Lebar airport, hence you can hear the noise from the Air Force jet since early morning and woke me up.

Great localisation!!! Metro station, shopping centres, restaurants are very close, just a few minutes of walk. Hotel is good, personel excellent, rooms are ok. In general, I can fully recommend Aquen hotel. I suppose during the next travel to SG I would choose this hotel again.

Hotel is good, the main fatcors are on really high level, but one thing was cery uncomfortable for me. Bed was to short. I am not a tall guy, just 1,76m, and the bed was shorter than me. As for the room Premier class is kinda strange.

Upgraded to superior room for free. The hotel room was clean. Bottled water and toiletries were replenished daily. Quiet room, blackout curtains available. The hotel, though a bit of a walk from the MRT, had a lot of food options from several commercial buildings/shopping malls nearby.

The bathroom was slightly not so clean. On the first day, there were hair strands in the bath from previous guests.

We cannot use the smart TV in the room to mirror screen Netflix or movies from our phones. It's a waste of resources.

This hotel borders on the outstanding in all respects and it is difficult to be critical. For me, this hotel could easily be five-star and I believe only the room size prevents that. However, the single room (double bed) that I had was functional enough for me. The wifi in Room 808 was excellent. Bathroom fittings modern and all working to order.

It's hard to list what I didn't like but the lift lights are low and make it difficult to read the floor buttons - I had to use my iPhone flashlight to do so. It is a small hardly mentionable point. The hotel would benefit from having a Coffee shop - it seems to be geared up for one but it is not yet functional. Finally, hotel prices in Singapore are on the high side.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Well located and quiet at night. There are good eating options close by and it's only a short walk to the metro.

The rooms are a bit small and it's a pity the balcony was not in use but these were minor issues.
