all inclusive such as kitchen, fridge, washmachine etc., that allowed us to stay there as if we were living at our own house. F Canning is quite cozy location with some good neighbor eat spots and walk/run course along with Singa river. MRT and bus stops locate almost stone-throwing distance, and picking up Grab taxi at designated wait spot is no miss. The facility seems having Condo set up attracting ExPats as well so supermarket is next door thing, and even in-facility pool and mini gym are available with towel/water etc., Clark Q, Great Word Mall, Zion hawker center, Chinatown... all are in walking distance though most locations in Singapore center are walking distance...

For us bit impossible to find and fingerpoint any flaws there.

This property is a hidden gem!….Found it by chance and very glad I did. It is a very modern apartment, very spacious for a family of 3 adults. Exceptionally clean throughout and also cleaned by their housekeeping staff fairly regularly. There is a pool to cool down after an arduous day of sightseeing which is open until 10 pm and towels are available at the pool area. There is a gym too. The MRT ( Fort Canning Downtown line) is walking distance and is ideal to get you to the Center of town within minutes. CS Fresh( grocery store) along with a Seven eleven are in the next building. Starbucks is there too! The area around is very green and residential and Robertson Quay is close by. Clarke Quays is also walking distance and offers European cuisine at an expat price! We found this area too western and the food not to standard so don’t waste your time here but take the MRT one stop to Chinatown or a couple of stops to Little India and you can eat very well at the various Hawker markets like the locals. The staff at Park Avenue were exceptional and did everything they could to make our stay a memorable one including allowing us to check out late due to our late flight back to London Heathrow. We will definitely return to Park Avenue Clemenceau in the near future and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home from home stay.

We stayed here in 2013 and in 2024. the apartments were renovated, everything is new and really comfortable. Location is perfect and in the same building you can find supermarket, coffee shop, winery and a few restaurants which we find very nice. The apartment is spacious and has everything you may need.

The building is now being renovated so it was a little bit noisy during the day. It didn't bother us but just for your information. The hotel has complimentary breakfast but nobody told us that and we didn't read the hotel book ( our mistake but anyway it good to mention that while checking in).

The location was wonderfully close to Fort Canning MRT station , walking distance to Clarke Quay, Funan. There is a supermarket located on level 2 it was very expensive there is another supermarket down the road which was almost half the price. Being able to cook your own breakfast was a bonus as a lot of places didn’t open until 9. The unit was very spacious with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, lounge room, kitchen with a washing machine. The staff are so friendly! Especially Lynne. Our son left his phone in a taxi on our way to park avenue. Lynne went above and beyond to get it back to us. Lynn was always there with a smile and nothing was too much trouble!

We could have had a broom in the unit as the floor got extremely dusty and dirty. The pool with no swim up bar you aren’t allowed to take anything into the pool area.

Location was just a short walk from the places tourists would normally go like Clarke Quay and Orchard Road. I also walked to Gardens by the Bay, Tiong Bahru Market, and Chinatown. All within an hour's walk, which is nice because Singapore is a very walkable city. The room was very clean and had a great kitchen, which was the reason why I booked it in the first place. I could make meals for myself, and as a bonus there is a good grocery store in the UE Mall, housed in the same building, so getting fresh produce was convenient. There is a Starbucks in the same building as well as a 7-11. There is a gym that is open 24 hours.

There was nothing I did not like. I think this is a great apartment to stay in for a week or more. I would return should I find myself back in Singapore.

The apartment was clean and spacious and the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen was functional and well equipped (although a vegetable peeler would have been useful for preparing some meals). The location was great, with the MRT station just around the corner, which made it easy to get around the city. Having the Cold Storage supermarket next door and a Fair Price supermarket just down the road was very handy to get supplies. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous apartment hotel. It was located over a shopping centre with a supermarket and very close to the MRT. I thought the location in between the quay and Fort Canning Park to be excellent. It was nice to have some space, rather than just a room. We had a kitchen, meals area and a small lounge, with windows that opened out to a scenic view. It certainly ticked al the boxes for us.

Location and friendliness of staff. Close to MRT and supermarket, many eating places close by.

In our room lack of coat hangers, hairdryer had short coiled wire, no electric point in bathroom (first time no power connection in a bathroom) to style hair, staff gave us an extension cord upon request. Rubbish bin very small when house keeping is every second and sometimes 3 days apart. The two lift system was interesting. Information booklet about what is close by would have been good.

Clean spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, and dining area. Perfect for our stay with two teenagers. The pool was really nice and clean. Having a washing machine in the apartment was an added bonus. It’s an easy 5min walk to the Fort Canning station on the Downtown MRT line. Bus stops are right outside the building. There is a grocery store, 7/11, and restaurants in the attached shopping mall below the apartments.

Nothing, it was perfect for us.

Location was excellent, being close to both the subway and beautiful river walks. Next door to a mall that had great food and some of the best coffee I’ve had when traveling. Staff was very friendly. Room was very quiet, spacious and we appreciated having a washer/dryer. Gym was small but adequate
