Location is great. Just off the main Penang rd, across a mall on Orchard, Plaza Singapura and Dolby Ghuat station. Next to UBS building where several cafes, deli are located. Room gives feeling of Japanese hotel, right ample size, not large, but not too small. Clean & quiet. Nice slippers. Comfy bed. Hugh LED TV screen.

Did not check out other facilities like gym, so cannot tell. So far, everything is good.

Very good location just next to the metro and minutes walk from the Orchard shops. Room was compact but comfortable and clean (with huge TV) and good amenities (but no safe, which was not clear in advance). Quiet hotel.

The hotel promotes sustainability but when we didn’t have hot water in the shower, the staff recommended to leave it running for 15min until it gets warm, which was absolutely shocking (and not convenient at all). Staff was not really helpful, for example when we asked how much a taxi would cost for the airport, they said around 80$ and to take a bus (more than one hour) when in reality it cost us less than 20$ and took 15 mins (via Grab). Some breakfast options would be appreciated.

Staff were very friendly and the room was small but cosy and clean with a Muji aesthetic. Room facilities were great to use as well and we had everything we need. They weren't able to give us a room farther away from the lift lobby but it was still quiet and restful. Location was very convenient as well with transportation, malls, and eateries nearby, but still tucked away in a quiet street so it wasn't noisy at all. A very comfortable stay and we would come back again.

Just some small things like the one power outlet beside our bed not working and the bathroom door frame had a piece that would slide down and scrape the floor when you open/close it. It's not a big deal and didn't affect our stay -- I'm sure the staff would have fixed it/moved us to a different room if we asked but we decided it wasn't worth the trouble for such a short stay of 2 nights.

We booked Ji Orchard nearly a year ago for the GP. But our initial flight was canceled and we ended arriving a day early and staying a night in another hotel. This hotel was horror movie material. When we arrived at Orchard intending to drop our luggage (at 9am, literally after running away from the other one) and check-in later. They showed us to our room immediately. We were so surprised ! The room was perfect. Super modern, squeaky clean, beautiful room, huge window. We were given impeccable service by the staff. We were finally able to relax. Amazing stay !

The hotel is in a great, quiet location. It's very clean and the staff are friendly. There is a kettle in the room so that we were able to make a hot drink. Water is provided daily in the room and there's also a water dispenser on the 1st floor (in the laundry and small gym)

The room is a little small but ok for a short stay. We fortunately brought coffee with us as there are only 2 teabags in the room, although there is a coffee machine in reception.

I'd say I liked the location the most. It is very close to Ochard by walk or bus and other places of Singapore are easy to reach by train. Many shops around, so you have options to eat different traditional food. The neighbourhood is safe, very lively during the day but gets quickly calm at night. Nice staff, overall

I wasn't very fan of the minimalist aesthetic chosen for the room. I'm considered a minimalist myself but I wish the bathroom wasn't combined with the room entrance, it doesn't let space for intimacy especially when you're not travelling with a partner but a friend. We booked a deluxe room but unfortunately, my friend and I had to be downgraded since the deluxe rooms floor has had an incident. So I can't tell much about that room, but I'm sure these rooms have real bathrooms so I still recommend them.

It's my first time staying here but I really like it and would recommend for my friends or colleagues if the price is affordable for them. It's very clean more than I expected as I have read many reviews of the other hotels in SG so I won't expected much, I have good impression with this hotel as the lobby smell good & clean, the staff are friendly, the room is very spacious with huge TV, I requested table & chair to work so I got the room with sofa & small table, water pressure, AC are good, the room also have basic amenities available. It's very near Dhoby Ghaut MRT & Bus stop and Plaza Singapura.

I don't like the see through glass door at the bathroom as if you share the room with colleagues might be very awkward

The location was very close to Dhoby Ghaut station and bus stations so that was very convenient. The room was spacious and the TV was huge. It was nice being able to control the temperature yourself and it was a bonus that they provided essentials like Toothpaste, shower caps, and slippers! Staff were helpful, there was a laundry room in the hotel where you can wash your clothes (the reception has coins you can exchange to). We were able to check in very late at night (1am) as there was always someone there at reception 24hrs.

When you're in the room, it seems sound proof but the moment you walk down the corridor, you'll hear sounds from other rooms (very loud). At times you'll here noises from people shutting their doors when you're inside the room. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest I've seen.
