the location, supermarket and pharmacy in the same building, close to Somerset MRT, short walk to Orchard Road and green spaces, plenty of eating places at Killiney Road. the buffet breakfast at Cafe Crystal was great.

Living area in the one bedroom apartment where I stayed is without sunlight due to the wall separating it from the bedroom.

the stay was very pleasant, the room was very clean but unfortunately noisy from the street, although we stayed on the 10th floor. the hotel is quite far from the so-called center of the city, if you are a turist, which, according to my knowledge, is Marina Bay. however, it is close to Orchard Street, a beautiful and large street with big malls, places to eat etc. It is also far from the metro, there is a lot of walking.

unfortunately the breakfast was a complete disappointment. everything cold, even the omelette, the bacon, everything.. very below average breakfast as well as the hall, which is also below expectations.

Large spacious apartments that are quiet, comfortable and well-equipped (including a washing machine but no washing powder). There is a 24 hour reception and hence it is easy to leave luggage before check-in or after check-out (unlike with an Airbnb). The location is a short walk from Somerset MRT, the shops of Orchard Road, a supermarket and restaurants. Orchard Grant Court does not offer the extras one might look for on a holiday (bar, restaurant, spacious communal area, etc.) but is perfect for a business trip or budget-conscious visit to Singapore.

The location of the property was great in walking distance from Orchard Road, train station. Breakfast was great to plenty to choose from. Room was fully adequate great for a family of four. Beds were comfy just could have done with an extra blanket to go with the extra pillows.

The room we had was very noisy as we were above the air conditioning units and the loud hum made it had to sleep. In the side street walking to the back of the building to the entrance you had to walk past men all lined up sitting on the side walk smoking away which was not very clean and the side walks to the building had litter on the street. I thought Singapore was meant to be a very clean country.

The room was very spacious, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We used the pool and gym twice and found them great. Breakfast had a good selection of food but didn't cater for food intolerances like soy milk or gluten-free bread, but they were happy for us to bring our own in. It was so convenient having a supermarket in the same building and small eating places just across the road. The clothes drying rack was very convenient and our washing dried by the next day.

Not much. The main thing was the air conditioning in the hallways was so cold that we would have to dash from the lift to our room before getting frozen. Not a big deal, really. I am also not a fan of a lot of black decore in the room, some colour would be great to give it some personality and warmth.

Very spacious one bedroom apartment with all the amenities you could want - there was a fridge/freezer, weekday daily housekeeping for cleaning and fresh towels, iron/ironing board, washing machine/dryer, safe, and clothes drying rack. The included breakfast at The Crystal Cafe downstairs was adequate with a range of fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, toast, and also hot food including eggs, beans, etc. plus more local food like a different daily pau and curry. The staff were always helpful and friendly. We made use of the gym, which had plenty of free weights, a treadmill, rowing machine, and cross trainer. The pool was also a good size and enjoyable to cool off in. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Very small things - the cups for hot drinks in the apartment were very small. And the coffee at breakfast was pretty awful! The staff helpfully booked a taxi for us to get back to the airport, but forgot to ask how we were paying and unfortunately the taxi driver only took cash, which we didn't have.

Great location only 5 minutes walk to the MRT and surrounded by local eateries, which were excellent value. All of the staff at OGC that we came into contact with were brilliant, with nothing too much trouble. A special mention and thanks to the house keeping/cleaning lady (sorry I can't remember her name), who looked after us so well and kept our room spotless. Breakfast a mix of western and asian cuisine which was reasonable. Would have liked the option of poached or soft fried eggs rather than always well done but that is being super critical of otherwise good breakfast fare, tendered by very friendly, attentive staff.

A tad expensive but with that location, probably inevitable.

It's honestly very beautiful, very clean, very comfortable and accessible location to everywhere like a grocery under the building, the hawkers and the malls with the subway, etc. It's our second time here with my hubby, the last was June 2019, it's really perfect that's why we booked again. The Aircon was too cold 🤣 after 5 years, it's the same very cold 😁 but it's very good they have thick beddings that you can use for blankets. Everything was great and fine and it's fully furnished besides staff are 24 hours. I really love this accommodation and maybe back next year 😍😍😍 The best ever but the price became much expensive than the last time we stayed 😁 Those are photos of my mother, she's feeling very cold as in she's in the Snow 🤣😁 I was laughing at her 🤣😁😍

The cleaner was very friendly, kind & nice and honestly I left $50 tip in the table. The only thing but not a big problem was she's not English Speaking, she was talking to me in Chinese Mandarin so I kept on saying "What?" Lol 😆😆😆 but she got her phone anyway and showed me English Translation so I understood 😍😍😍

The Orchard Grand Court had very well sized rooms, layout was excellent & the shower was so good pressure & hot. Had a pool on second level, very nice, to cool off on afternoon. The breakfast was downstairs each morning, it was excellent, lots to choose from & different everyday. Location, very easy to get around Singapore, 10 minute walk to MRT (Subway) & then subway to any destination you wanted, very easy to get around. Staff are very polite & helpful, would definitely recommend & will stay again, next time in Singapore. Also just across street, Hokers food outlets, have about 15 to choose from down street, excellent food & popular with locals.

Location 5min walk from summerset mrt Station and orchard Road shopping centres the room had a full kitchen and the food shop was next to the hotel. The hotel staff were great the guys on the front day always spoke to us to make sure everything was OK and if we needed anything , the breakfast in the morning was very filling a mixture of local and international food. The bed was very comfy and the bed room spacious, the room had a washer dryer so washing was not a problem. All in all a very pleasant stay this was ate second stay at the hotel we stayed her last year ad well
