Excellent location within 15-20 mins. of everywhere by taxi or train. A 10 min. walk to Orchard Road Shopping Precinct and Somerset train station. Great value for money with a wonderful full buffet breakfast each morning and varied. :)) We stayed for 10 days and had a Serviced Apartment with a washing machine, which came in handy after days of humidity and hot sweaty clothes, a kitchenette and a medium sized fridge. The supermarket downstairs was an asset! Very clean and wonderful, helpful staff who were always smiling. Lovely Cafe 'Blooms' across the road for good coffee & Acai Bowls! Lots of small local eateries across the road too. Comfortable mattresses and Room Service Mon. to Fri. We couldn't have picked a better location.

The only negative was the pillows! They were awful. Feather and not comfortable at all so we had 10 days of very interrupted sleep. They look great when they are all fluffed up but go very flat. Even with 2 they weren't comfortable. Suggestion is to ask if they have other pillows on offer.

the location, supermarket and pharmacy in the same building, close to Somerset MRT, short walk to Orchard Road and green spaces, plenty of eating places at Killiney Road. the buffet breakfast at Cafe Crystal was great.

Living area in the one bedroom apartment where I stayed is without sunlight due to the wall separating it from the bedroom.

the stay was very pleasant, the room was very clean but unfortunately noisy from the street, although we stayed on the 10th floor. the hotel is quite far from the so-called center of the city, if you are a turist, which, according to my knowledge, is Marina Bay. however, it is close to Orchard Street, a beautiful and large street with big malls, places to eat etc. It is also far from the metro, there is a lot of walking.

unfortunately the breakfast was a complete disappointment. everything cold, even the omelette, the bacon, everything.. very below average breakfast as well as the hall, which is also below expectations.

Large spacious apartments that are quiet, comfortable and well-equipped (including a washing machine but no washing powder). There is a 24 hour reception and hence it is easy to leave luggage before check-in or after check-out (unlike with an Airbnb). The location is a short walk from Somerset MRT, the shops of Orchard Road, a supermarket and restaurants. Orchard Grant Court does not offer the extras one might look for on a holiday (bar, restaurant, spacious communal area, etc.) but is perfect for a business trip or budget-conscious visit to Singapore.

The location of the property was great in walking distance from Orchard Road, train station. Breakfast was great to plenty to choose from. Room was fully adequate great for a family of four. Beds were comfy just could have done with an extra blanket to go with the extra pillows.

The room we had was very noisy as we were above the air conditioning units and the loud hum made it had to sleep. In the side street walking to the back of the building to the entrance you had to walk past men all lined up sitting on the side walk smoking away which was not very clean and the side walks to the building had litter on the street. I thought Singapore was meant to be a very clean country.

Good size room with everything we required. Great friendly staff. The washing machine/dryer was an absolute benefit. Bed was very comfortable (some may find it a bit firm) and arguably better than home. Breakfast was good and included in the price. Room was serviced daily except weekends which was fine. We started with 12 possible places to stay and eventually chose Orchard Grand Court - a great choice. Could have stayed in cheaper smaller room but with 3 week visit wanted a bit more. Easy 8-10 minute walk to either Orchard Road or River valley road for heaps of transport options. Lots of eating places close by.

Nothing to dislike unless you are really really picky

The room was very spacious, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We used the pool and gym twice and found them great. Breakfast had a good selection of food but didn't cater for food intolerances like soy milk or gluten-free bread, but they were happy for us to bring our own in. It was so convenient having a supermarket in the same building and small eating places just across the road. The clothes drying rack was very convenient and our washing dried by the next day.

Not much. The main thing was the air conditioning in the hallways was so cold that we would have to dash from the lift to our room before getting frozen. Not a big deal, really. I am also not a fan of a lot of black decore in the room, some colour would be great to give it some personality and warmth.

The room was great. Very well appointed apart from cooking utensils, which were just one frypan and one large saucepan. The stove top was also quite a challenge for those who are used to gas. The beds were very comfortable, and the cleaning was efficient and easy. It was so good to have windows that opened for fresh air. Unusual for most other such apartments or hotels. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. Had a long stay - 8 nights.

Two luggage racks would be useful when two guests are staying.

Location was good, plenty of food places close by & shopping centre. Great that there was a supermarket within the building. The breakfast provided was really good, lots of different choices daily. Worth paying extra for this for for sure. Rooms were lovely. Great that they were self contained & had washing machine so this was very handy. BYO powder though!

Enjoyed out stay here so don't want to be negative at all because this was a really nice place, however next time would choose something closer to an MRT.

Very spacious one bedroom apartment with all the amenities you could want - there was a fridge/freezer, weekday daily housekeeping for cleaning and fresh towels, iron/ironing board, washing machine/dryer, safe, and clothes drying rack. The included breakfast at The Crystal Cafe downstairs was adequate with a range of fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, toast, and also hot food including eggs, beans, etc. plus more local food like a different daily pau and curry. The staff were always helpful and friendly. We made use of the gym, which had plenty of free weights, a treadmill, rowing machine, and cross trainer. The pool was also a good size and enjoyable to cool off in. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Very small things - the cups for hot drinks in the apartment were very small. And the coffee at breakfast was pretty awful! The staff helpfully booked a taxi for us to get back to the airport, but forgot to ask how we were paying and unfortunately the taxi driver only took cash, which we didn't have.
