Spending two nights at the the hard to get Ocean Suite room was a perfect staycation getaway as a couple. Enjoyed the buggy rides driven by Mr William who first introduce us to the suite, friendly and polite. The Suite has got a balance of the cool Underwater Sea Aquarium view panel downstairs in the bedroom and a bright outdoor view upstairs in the living room. The underwater view panel was simply therapeutic alongside healing music from the TV's u-tube channel, having a cuppa tea and snacks, chilling and spending wonderful precious time watching the variety of fishes especially the manta ray's underwater summersault display and an addtion of scuba divers during feeding time. When the water is clear and calm, we are able to see the people at the Sea Auqarium on the opposite side of our panel, hopefully they cant see us. The butler service was wonderful and the convenience of the basement carpark was great and spacious, being able to park close to the Ocean suite. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Service - impeccable. Vincent was our butler and he was great. He was cheerful and helpful and assisted us in every way he could. Couldn't ask for more..and the rest of the staffs were great, including Irene who checked us in. Thanks Room- big, spacious and lovely tubs and toilet. Love it

.. Mosquitoes : well I know there is nothing much they could do but the mozzies are killers. They make the stay so not nice. Not sure if the villa can do anything about. They are horrible Food - breakfast was suppose to be at fratelli but it closed. So it was change to fengshui Inn...totally not worth it....quantity was alot but quality wasn't there. The food really need to be better....and i believe villa guest should have a different dining area than hotel guest since price point is different. And fengshui Inn has alot to learn from w hotel breakfast.....

Our villa was incredible. Absolutely huge, great pool, very comfortable. Lovely housekeeping and buggy staff.

There was no cafe, bar or similar to get a drink or snack by the pool. Needed to take the buggy (very good service but still it would be convenient to be able to get a coffee or similar on site) or walk to the shopping centre. The breakfast at the restaurant was a large set menu or nothing.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Everything that was sentosa was within walking distance and easy to work out where you were.

It was an amazing hotel, but could do with a quick touch-up on a few dated and deteriorated bits of the room. For what you pay, you don't expect deteriorated fixings.

The beach villas were beautiful. Felt close to nature. We see squirrels as we were swimming. Really didn't feel like we're in Singapore. The jacuzzi and freeform pool were really good. There are places to sit all around the pool and this is especially convenient for those with small kids. The room was big. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. They provided nespresso machine and free drinks in the refrigerator. The bathroom was huge with a huge bathtub. The service was excellent. All requests were attended to so promptly. Willie and Witchai provided very good service. They were friendly and attentive. The TV has youtube, Netflix and Primevideo.

The pool and jacuzzi area could have been brighter at night and should be open till later. We saw a rat outside the villa. The TV remote buttons were a bit hard to press.

the amazing location with most of the attractions just a walk away. the staff were very polite and helpful, the person who helped us and took care of our needs was Josh. The villa that I stayed in was the most comfortable with the swimming pool right up front.

Excellent staff. Butler service is exceptional. John, Andrew and William were very helpful, they went out of their way to help.

No buffet breakfast. Same breakfast everyday. Quality of food is subpar to the rest of the stay.

I like the ambience due away from home for relaxation to be close so as to tighten the family bound

Waited too long for breakfast. Restaurant seem shortage of manpower. Waited for 1hr for breakfast. Orders seem not quite organise as partial of my orders were missed.

Our stay for the week is really something special. Although price point is high but it is all worth it! We've done many staycations in the past even before the pandemic, however, having here at the Beach Villas @rwsentosa is a totally different experience all together. Omg they have huge pool which is surrounded by the beach villas. Like literally you walk out of your villa directly into the pool (no need booking). The experience is further enhanced with a private jacuzzi. We never spent so many hours at a pool before, but the Beach Villas @rwsentosa was indeed special. The service was also top notch. The Buggy was the main mode of transportation between the villas and RWS which we utilised quite a bit. The drivers and hotel staffs are all so friendly and helpful with their recommendations. The room is spacious, kept very clean and tidy. The bathroom has a nice sized bath tub that can fit two person and a separate shower and toilet. Our stay here made us forget that we have not had a chance to travel for over 2 years. I'll come back for sure. 😍
