The room was big and nice.

The receptionist could have been more informative and wellcoming. She was supposed to tell us better about transportation, places of interest, and so on.

Nice balcony with lovely view over harbor restaurants and bars close by and a supermarket. Lovely large pool with excellent changing facilities. Free shuttle bus to all areas of the island. Room serviced ever day if required. Nice peaceful surroundings for relaxing stay. On site restaurant very good and reasonably priced for Singapore.

Large bathroom but would have preferred separate shower (not in bath). Modern electric curtains although daytime ones did not work. Reported but not fixed.

We were upgraded to a suite during our stay, and the room was fantastic! Huge amount of space, large bathroom with a big bath as well as a very wide TV, sitting area and complimentary snacks from the minibar. The aesthetic of the room suited the marina vibe, and the pool was a lovely addition that is out of sight enough from public eyes but close enough to the waterfront. The staff were mostly kind and helpful.

The room was a little dusty, and could have been kept to a slightly higher cleaning standard, but by no means was dirty. We also did miss having a view to the outside Marina. Some of the lights/switches in our room were a little faulty.

I expected there would have been more options available. Felt it was very limited to local breakfast cuisine.

We arrived late at night and our room was certainly lovely but there were no instructions in the room on how to turn off lights to sleep. We eventually got the reception staff to come to our aid. Not what you need after a long flight when all you need is to flop into bed. Instructions in room would solve any issue here. The shower was over a deep sunken bath. Fine for us but not if you have any mobility issues.

The facility was clean, room service was good(acceded to our request to make the room at specific timings). all eateries are within walking distance. Lighting, bed and toilet were all well and good with fine finishing

The check in staff was not helpful in terms of enquires and check in procedure. Asked for all IC/Passport of people staying, (sounded rude) hotels only ask for the details of person who booked the hotel room. Need to educate the security guards(could not understand that I was driving in to check in to the hotel) not to repeat myself several times.

Loved the view, it was spectacular. The location is pretty remote which was absolutely blissful. The breakfast spread was delicious, we were pleasantly surprised when we went down on the second morning and the breakfast spread was different that the previous day's. There were a lot of varieties, enjoyed that. The staff at Latitude Bistro were very attentive and courteous, great service provided.

The pillows were really tough, me and my partner had to buy Salonpas to get through the 2 nights. Figured maybe we just got the bad pillows but after reading some of the reviews on here, others have also remarked on the hard, tough pillows. Suggest to throw out the old pillows and bring in soft ones. Would like a shower area, we had to climb in and out of the bathtub to take a shower, also no bidet :( Those are the only downsides to my stay with them, everything else was great.

We loved the marina view from the pool & gym area! The spacious room had a luxurious bathroom with a sunken bathtub. The hotel is strategically located next to the bus stop and plenty of nice eateries. Cold Storage and 7Eleven were just 5 minutes walk. Try Greenwood Fish Market for fresh seafood. Take a nice stroll along the marina while imagining that you live on board one of the luxurious yatch while soaking in the breeze & CRA vibe. The hotel was kind to give a complimetary chocolates to celebrate my son's birthday. You may inform the hotel in advance for any special request & they will promptly reply.

We had a hill view room on level 3, above the hotel entrance at level 2 and loading bay at level 1. It could be noisy when there's a delivery or service truck. Best to ask for a room at the end or pay more for the marina view. The room was rather large and was only missing a small coffee table & the safe wasn't working well. Great if they could have atleast two staff at the front desk so each could manage check-ins & check-outs separately. House keeping staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff were very helpful, accommodating (with an early check in) and friendly. The hotel had beautiful outlook over the marina, and my room was spacious, very clean and had the same marina outlook, which was nice.

Unfortunately, I only stayed one night, so I didn't really get to experience the hotel's full array of facilities and services, so I don't have any dislikes.

The room are huge, spacious. The aircon is wonder, very cold. Unlike other hotel. So far love the spacious room.

Was in monte carlo 2. No privacy for the bathroom. Cant open the sliding door inside our bathroom to njoy jacuzzi. Neighbour can see our toilet bowl. And the event room can see the shower n bathub/jacuzzi. At nite the blinds cant even closed fully, the side of the blinds can see thru. We actually need to cover it with cushion. And theres no bidet.

Love the room. And the staff was super nice. So before traveling, I dm-ed them a few question regarding the luggage room as we were going to spend the day at USS. We were wondering if they have that services as we went there during our check out date. They were glad give it for free and even offer us to use the pool bathroom to clean up after we're done having fun at USS. The bathroom was super duper comfortable! Hope to be there again soon
