A nice e resort considering it is in a city. The pool is nice. The semi buffet breakfast was good. It is close key attraction like adventure cove and universal studios, although shuttle is needed.

The shower room can't drain water away. We have to use minimal water to make sure it is not flooded before we finish the shower. Called the hotel to fix it but it didn't improve. Water pressure was weak and temperature was not stable. Slme hotel staff are obviously very green, while some staff didn't seem too friendly, although we could also find some good ones at the tangerine dining place Room temperature was not stable as well. It is sometimes cold and sometimes warm.

Loved the aspect that was so peaceful and relaxing. Wasn’t over crowded and allowed us to proceed at leisure to how we want our honeymoon. Breakfast at the Tangerine in the main hotel and not the buffet, brilliant a credit to the hotel. The staff so friendly and helpful. Thank you Mr Fish.

I think the idea of allowing free access to the park would be more advantageous. Also asking for a deposit after paying cash full price via a debit card was a bit much. I don’t use a credit card and then being told I can leave $500 cash as a deposit . Because I can’t leave a deposit with a debit card! What? What would I do with that cash money when I leave. !! Apart from that our stay was fantastic.

The location was excellent the staff couldn’t do enough for us they were really friendly and the hotel was really clean

We booked a deluxe garden room for a family of four two adults an 8 and a 9 year old child .. they would only provide us with one extra bed even tho the room was big enough for two beds they then charged us an extra 112 dollars a night and then although we had booked breakfast as part of our stay we were then charged extra for the children’s breakfast and were told that the room only comes with two breakfasts .. basically to accommodate all four of us with breakfast we would have needed to book two rooms which is a bit ridiculous for a family holiday .. also the hotel didnt have a bar or anywhere to whine down at the end of the day to get a glass of wine and drinks there’s no shop in the hotel either u have to get the shuttle to the other hotels ..

The breakfast was great. They have two options under the hotels of resorts worlds. And the transportation was well communicative too. They provided umbrella and some other amenities for overall customer satisfaction . I like their sustainability practices too, especially for drinking water. Also I just informed them that I am coming for this staycation for my husband's pre birthday celebration and they took it very seriously and decorated the room with Balloon , Plushy tow , chocolates , banner and goody bags too. I was so surprised and my husband too,

They need to keep some in order food options. For example, the main restaurant was booked for an event, And we wanted to have the dinner at hotel, as Sentosa is kinda isolated place, it's difficult to have a bit late night dinner.

The room, bathroom, and balcony were very spacious with high ceilings. The layout had an open feel as you could look out the balcony from the bedroom and bathroom. The shower was amazing with both showerhead and hand shower. The view from the room is incredible. This hotel has the most relaxed theme with its design, fauna and flora, and water features. The gym and pool are special. Breakfast was good as there are items off the menu in a buffet style setup that can be eaten together with the menu items. The shuttle bus makes accessing the other hotels and attractions very easy.

The breakfast menu needs to be rotated in shorter intervals. The bathroom mirror is not ideal for shaving.

Big room, nice special check in, helpful staff. We. Didn’t have kids there but commented that Sentosa and the hotel would have been perfect for a family vacation. Kind of like going to Disney world with multiple attractions and a beach a few steps away.

Needs to be a sidewalk for the short walk into town. Dangerous at the roundabout. And loud music from the water park. I would have given this stay a 10 but for the sidewalk and beach experiences, neither of which are on hotel grounds. They do have a shuttle but it’s so close we preferred to walk. Understand that Sentosa is expensive, crowded (especially on weekends when the locals like to come for free) and a bit dated.

VIP treatment upon arrival. Welcome gifts for both my young children. Very quick and personalised service. Easy checkout. Very helpful staff with everything: transport, restaurant bookings and additional requests, like the last-minute addition of a bed for my toddler. Thank you particularly to Robin and Honor, who were extremely professional, welcoming and lovely with kids! Highly recommend the Peruvian restaurant (Chifa) - wonderful food, cocktails, and very child friendly too!

Cribs are old, metal, and not comfortable for children. No cot bedding provided or available. Other hotels in Singapore provide newer, wooden cribs, with child-appropriate pillows, thin blanket, and firm mattress.

The room and bed size is very large and with the sofa makes us felt roomy. Having frosted glass doors for shower n toilet as well as twin basin made it possible for a few people to use at the same time which save us time. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially the doorman who answered our queries on directions etc.

Breakfast is included but I was not aware we needed to go over to another hotel if we chose buffet style (which is obviously most desired as everyone can choose their favorite choices). On 2nd day, we went for the dim sum breakfast set but I have to say I’m quite disappointed on the food combinations. Like the fried ‘noodle’ which has the biggest portion is too oily and perhaps a little spicy for children. The kuehs didn’t taste good too. For that price, I felt hotel can offer buffet style with additional choices which suits young children more like BBQ bun, red bean bun. I’m sure hotel management understand Sentosa is a family oriented attraction so more thoughts are given to children.

Room size, breakfast, staff friendliness, quietness of hotel surroundings, and lovely happy anniversary masks and card. Small gesture but still very sweet and kind. Wish we had more time to stay at the hotel..

Check in/out kiosks seems to not really be linked with the booking system. Eg. Our booking had a food voucher for rws restaurants, but the kiosk had no mention of it. We had to collect it from front desk the following day after being called and told we needed to collect a ticket. Glad they did call otherwise would have assumed it was tagged to our room number. kiosk wasn’t able to give us room key we had to get it from human staff. And upon check out the kiosk wasn’t able to identify the room number even though I inserted the key. Giving examples above so hopefully the bugginess of the system can be worked through and improved for other guests.

The service had improved so much since the last we visited.. we were there to celebrate my son’s bday.. the service team decorated our room with balloons and gifted a box of nice chocolates.. they even prepared a full size cake! The turn down service was thoughtfully done to make our rest so comfie .. thank u Hazel n team for making our stay memorable n fun!
