The room and bed size is very large and with the sofa makes us felt roomy. Having frosted glass doors for shower n toilet as well as twin basin made it possible for a few people to use at the same time which save us time. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially the doorman who answered our queries on directions etc.

Breakfast is included but I was not aware we needed to go over to another hotel if we chose buffet style (which is obviously most desired as everyone can choose their favorite choices). On 2nd day, we went for the dim sum breakfast set but I have to say I’m quite disappointed on the food combinations. Like the fried ‘noodle’ which has the biggest portion is too oily and perhaps a little spicy for children. The kuehs didn’t taste good too. For that price, I felt hotel can offer buffet style with additional choices which suits young children more like BBQ bun, red bean bun. I’m sure hotel management understand Sentosa is a family oriented attraction so more thoughts are given to children.

The room, bathroom, and balcony were very spacious with high ceilings. The layout had an open feel as you could look out the balcony from the bedroom and bathroom. The shower was amazing with both showerhead and hand shower. The view from the room is incredible. This hotel has the most relaxed theme with its design, fauna and flora, and water features. The gym and pool are special. Breakfast was good as there are items off the menu in a buffet style setup that can be eaten together with the menu items. The shuttle bus makes accessing the other hotels and attractions very easy.

The breakfast menu needs to be rotated in shorter intervals. The bathroom mirror is not ideal for shaving.

Big room, nice special check in, helpful staff. We. Didn’t have kids there but commented that Sentosa and the hotel would have been perfect for a family vacation. Kind of like going to Disney world with multiple attractions and a beach a few steps away.

Needs to be a sidewalk for the short walk into town. Dangerous at the roundabout. And loud music from the water park. I would have given this stay a 10 but for the sidewalk and beach experiences, neither of which are on hotel grounds. They do have a shuttle but it’s so close we preferred to walk. Understand that Sentosa is expensive, crowded (especially on weekends when the locals like to come for free) and a bit dated.

VIP treatment upon arrival. Welcome gifts for both my young children. Very quick and personalised service. Easy checkout. Very helpful staff with everything: transport, restaurant bookings and additional requests, like the last-minute addition of a bed for my toddler. Thank you particularly to Robin and Honor, who were extremely professional, welcoming and lovely with kids! Highly recommend the Peruvian restaurant (Chifa) - wonderful food, cocktails, and very child friendly too!

Cribs are old, metal, and not comfortable for children. No cot bedding provided or available. Other hotels in Singapore provide newer, wooden cribs, with child-appropriate pillows, thin blanket, and firm mattress.

Room size, breakfast, staff friendliness, quietness of hotel surroundings, and lovely happy anniversary masks and card. Small gesture but still very sweet and kind. Wish we had more time to stay at the hotel..

Check in/out kiosks seems to not really be linked with the booking system. Eg. Our booking had a food voucher for rws restaurants, but the kiosk had no mention of it. We had to collect it from front desk the following day after being called and told we needed to collect a ticket. Glad they did call otherwise would have assumed it was tagged to our room number. kiosk wasn’t able to give us room key we had to get it from human staff. And upon check out the kiosk wasn’t able to identify the room number even though I inserted the key. Giving examples above so hopefully the bugginess of the system can be worked through and improved for other guests.

The room is big, but too bad I can't get the room at level 1 for the direct pool access and have to walk 5 to 10 minutes to the share pool.

No food except for the feng Inn unless order by grabfood. Furnitures are worn out. Services from the front desk are so different for guest booking for the pool access room compared to those normal rooms. The front desk never even passes me the official receipt when I check in or check out. I asked for late checkout at 12pm but the front desk didn't update in system and cause my son to be in his cold swim suit along the walkway while I go and reactivate the card which takes very long. The front desk can even ask me "sir u wish to check out?" When I'm fully wet from the swim. It took me 15 minutes to reactivate the door card before I could get my kid inside the room

Incredible hotel! walked in and jaws hit the floor- beautiful lobby and room was incredible. HUGE room with everything you could want and more. Amazing bath, beautiful his and hers sinks, amazing view. spotlessly clean and bed was an absolute dream- so comfortable. Bath robes and slippers lovely touch and refillable water/ice stations were excellent. Gym well equipped and clean- used daily and beautiful pool with towels available. staff were SO friendly- very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us in terms of transportation, luggage, house keeping. everytime you walked past someone they would say ‘Good morning ma’am/sir’ really treated you well. shuttle bus was a great touch as free and needed to get you to the heart of resorts world as it was a fair walk in the heat but very close and easy to reach all the parks/restaurants at resorts world.

breakfast was an amazing selection of choices and for each ‘set’ you got a lot. very tasty, only complaint is that it was verging on cold. not hot at all which was off putting with cold eggs! Only other complaint which wasn’t hotels’ fault was everything closed so early in resorts world so eating out was difficult and the hotel only had one rather pricey restaurant.

The staff at the check in counter and restaurant were all friendly, smiley and helpful.

The swimming pool at the beach villa was difficult to access as there was no proper pavement for guests to walk on before entering the pool. We had to step on the soil, grasses and stones before we could enter the pool. This made the pool very dirty as every guests stepped into the pool with soil underneath their feet. My kids also couldn't enter the pool unless I carried them in.

Staff were excellent as always - helpful, prompt and flexible. Location is a bit off the main RWS hub but the shuttle bus, that leaves punctually (literally, on the dot) every 15 mins, eradicates that problem. The spaciousness of the room is extremely helpful too.

The rooms are getting pricier very quickly. Compared to what we paid last year, this year's saw at least a 20% jump. We understand the need to make back the losses due to the impact of the pandemic but it's unfortunately becoming unaffordable at this rate.
