We booked a family suite and it was really spacious. Excellent if you are travelling with kids and plenty of space to keep your bags. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. It is 4 minutes drive away from Al-andalus mall which was a plus for us.

The location is terrible since there are no restaurants or convenience stores in the vicinity of the hotel. We had to have our food delivered. I would only suggest booking this place if you don't mind eating at the hotel's restaurant or if you have a car to commute around the city. The design of the hotel is a bit old and the rooms initially gave off a strange smell (which was fine after turning on the AC). Overall, in this price range, I'm sure there are other options available in the area.

The location is far from busy area which is a nice place for those who wants to have a good rest and noise free from the street Easy access to uber. Room is excellent, comfortable and clean. It has good facilities and they provide things like iron and iron board. The ambiance fits to have a good relaxation.☺️❤️❤️ Staff are friendly,attentive and approachable. They have an excellent attitude.☺️ Food are good and tasty. I took reservation with breakfast included during my stay and had an order food for dinner, they served fast to deliver a hot meal to your room.☺️☺️❤️ Price is just fair enough for the room size. Better to make an early reservation and choose booking.com. It helps me a lot what and where to choose a hotel which fits to my preference. Overall, I had wonderful stay. I have rested well and I will definitely recommend this hotel and if given a chance to visit again Jeddah, I will definitely choose again this hotel. I think you need to do something about the door of each rooms. Whenever someone will closes their doors, it create a noise which can disturb other occupants.

The staff are very considerate and accomodating, especially the one in the reception. They allow me to check-in early at 08:30am instead of 02:00 pm without asking anything. Words are not enough to show my appreciation since I really wanted to take rest from my long stay at the airport. They will let you see the room first if you like it or not. The room and toilet are clean and big enough for a solo traveller, and is complete with all the things you need and everything is working properly. Restaurant staff are also kind and respectful. All thumbs up👍👍👍

Yes, I can tell you more about the Hotel Clean: so clean Room: so nice and so clean Location: A bit bad because it is far from amenities like restaurants and you can hardly get a taxi. I hope the prices of meals in the restaurant of the hotel change to reasonable prices.

The location is far away from transportation like taxis and there are no facilities like restaurants near the property.

It’s comfortable. There is restaurant as well. The staff are professionals.

NO SOUND INSULATION. The sounds outside the room is very loud especially the loud slamming of the doors, children from other rooms and the maintenance. There is also the maintenance from outside the night before my exam. This what annoys me the most. I have an exam to take and had difficulty of sleeping the night before. Added to it is the loud slamming of the doors outside. Bad experience.

The reception guy was very nice and kind he said we arrived too early but still managed to help us with checking in earlier after we waited for a short time in the lobby! He was very nice and helpful and i would like to thank him for his manners. The hotel was very nice and the rooms wer spacious. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Nothing everything was perfect

The luxury of the hotel is far above its price. thus, the facility is about 3miles away from the centre. But honestly I can't imagine staying elsewhere when next I'm in jeddah
