Overall, we really like our stay here and the facilities are good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The living room & dining area are also spacious. The staffs are also nice and accommodating. Even though we had a bad experience on our last day due to the water supply, but I will definitely recommend this accommodation and I might consider to book again when I come back to Jeddah.

On the last day of our 3 nights stay, they had issue with their water tank and they ran our of water supply from early morning till we checked out. The worst part is we are flying back home after checked out. Thus, we are kind of disappointed because we were not able to take bath before we left Jeddah. However, they do apologize for the unforeseen situation and the guy from their front desk deliver a big bottled water to help us out a bit to freshen up. That was nice & we appreciate the gesture.

I am a usual customer to this address and my family likes it. It is simple and has a north Europe simplicity to it. There is room for improvement but in general it is ok for a family.

1-The TVs in the rooms are too small and old. 2-No microwave in the kitchen unless you request 3-The washing machine is not automatic 4-The ramp going to the basement parking is not designed properly and scratches the car bottom on entry and departure.

The property is small but nicely decorated with minimalistic decor and South Saudi touches. The staff were great and even provided a microwave oven as there wasn't one in the apartment. There is a small grocery in the coffee shop on the ground floor. Looked like something you would see in Europe. It had an automatic checkout till which was a nice touch.

We were given the back apartments so there is no view only looking at the walls of buildings. The trash skips outside the hotel causing an odour that sometimes reaches the property.

I got 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, it was very spacious, clean with modern furniture and comfortable beds, the location is good with near grocery store and variable restaurants and it is very close to cournish, and above all the staff are very helpful and do all they can to please the client.

Only a couple of minor issues, the Wi-Fi was weak in the master bedroom, they digital key occasionally malfunctions

The property was good but the price a little bit high compared to apartment quality.

They did not provide me with extra bids as was requested during the booking Moreover they got delayed to release the suits as it was planned to release it @ 2 pm and they gave it to me after 3 pm

Accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Excellent location, close to all amenities (supermarket, restaurants and laundry) and few walking steps to water front. Off-street parking. Staff friendly and helpful.

Would benefit from a Microwave and toaster in kitchen and a more advanced washing machine particularly when there for relatively long stays (although the one available did the job).

The employees were very pleasant people, the qahwa at the door was the best i have tasted in a while

Very spacious rooms at a great price. Perfect for family or group travellers. Close to the Corniche area if you want to explore the Jeddah coastline.

Huge rooms. Excellently equipped kitchen and bathroom. Reception staff are very pleasant and respectful, especially the Saudi gentleman who took care of check in.

A bit pricey and very limited parking directly outside.

The room is very spacious, with complete amenities.

The room is not soundproof, you can hear furniture movement from the other rooms.
