It was a great hotel comparing to others near that area, service was awesome, and my privacy was respected never was disturbed by receptionists or other team stuff. I love the location as well; I literally could walk to the open beach within 2 minutes. It is local beach where to meet locals very simple and mind refresher. If it is cloudy, I prefer to walk just few blocks north of the hotel to enjoy the local taste of coffee and ice-cream (5 mins driving or less). Also, I was surprised to find something local call it "the beach downtown", opened field with a lot of stores which is a great place to meet local middle class, and was very very very safe spot.

I was expecting to see the lounge (non-alcoholic bar) filled with locals or other travelers, but it was quiet. there are no carpets or a small rug inside the room. And that is the only thing missing, I am saying this hoping anyone from the hotel stuff would read it as a positive suggestion.

The window for the room with see view not clean And the price higher than other hotels as 3 🌟 hotels and the price without breakfast and you need to pay for breakfast if you need 90 rs per person its to much

after I left I received two calls asking me if I stayed in the hotel and reminded me that I got a great deal in the app which it’s not supposed to happen but they let it slide. and that was very obnoxious and annoying. this is not my first time to get a good deal on booking app and that’s why I always use Booking.com, but apparently this hotel is not familiar with that and they were rude enough to call me back and telling me that we didn’t want to cancel your reservation and asking for a good review. It was good stay until I left and received those calls.

- It was nice experience. - the sea view is very beautiful. - The receptionist is kind and helpful . - I recommend you to try to book room and try this experience.

- Mostly all perfect , I would mention some points to upgrade the quality more and more . - The room was having only one sofa , I have asked them to bring one more and they brought it " Great Hospitality " - the softs need to clean up .

Great views and staff, workers are really nice and they accommodated our requests. Great value money and would definitely recommend!

Hallways carpet needs redoing, it is very old and outdated and has a bad smell, thankfully the rooms are hardwood floors and super nice

windows are dirty . There’s no air condition in Sky Lounge area very hot .

Great Location between old town and high class modern area, easy to find. Bar open til 2! If the windows were less dusty, view would have been even better

Carpet and wooden floor very old, scratches. Toilets needs better maintenance, windows of rooms and Lounge needs cleaning for better view and photography.
