I am a Hilton member. I booked a suite room because i recently recognized that Alandalus Mall Hotel is going to be promoted to be one of Hilton network. Thus , i had a good experience with the staff . Ms Ahlam and Mr Alrajhi were decent, humble and cooperative. Rooms are clean and calm. I am pretty sure that this hotel will move to better service soon.

Breakfast time needs to be extended to 11:00 AM. Barking should be fixed because of a lot of construction. Catering service need to be improved by opening different restaurants.

SUHOOR CLD BE BETTER VARIETY SPREAD, IFTAR WAS NOT APPLICABLE FOR MY PACKAGE, ROOM SIZE NICE, BUT NO SEPARATION BETWEEN KITCHEN & BED IN MY 1ST DESIGNATED ROOM, TILL UPGRADED TO THE 9TH FLOOR ROOM THAT HAS SEPARATE BED ROOM

CHECKED IN, I WAS PLACED UNDER A WRONG PERSON'S BOOKING NAME, THIS I FOUND OUT AT THE TV ROOM MONITOR NAME WELCOME DESIGNATION, THEN AFTER A DAY, RECEPTION CALLED THAT MY BOOKING WAS ONLY FOR ONE NITE INSTEAD OF A 04 NITES, SO ROOM GOT CHANGED OUT INSTEAD. FOR WHATEVER REASON DER WAS AND HAD TO EXPLAIN THAT MY PAYMENT WAS ALREDY IN AFFECT FOR 04 NITES STAY WITH BREAKFAST/SUHOOR INCLUSIVE OR IFTAR, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.

Everything was perfect. Don't get discouraged by tiny and old fashioned reception, and you will find yourself in a very clean, well equipped apartment in a handy location and marvelous breakfast, with offered products even being changed daily. You might not be able to enter the hotel from mall at the first time as room card is needed, unless someone else leaving lets you in.

Pool area nice, at the 2nd floor next to main building, but no towels provided and pool not cleaned from blown in napkins. Currently as of Feb 2023 there is construction in progress at the adjacent parcel, which gives some not disturbing but noticable noises. Also make sure to get apartment on the eastern side, otherwise your room will face a high rise office building, newly built next to the hotel.

My overall stay was pleasant and nice. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Room service was good and consistent. Room was spacious (complete with stove, kitchen utensils, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, espresso machine). The breakfast buffet was really good too.

Minor inconvenience: 1.) the hotel should put a bigger and eye-catching signage of the hotel’s name; 2.) espresso machine in my room was not working well. I guess it needs a maintenance check; 3.) there was a dirt stain on the inside of the left side of my blanket; 4.) first night of my stay as a solo guest was pleasant; however, on my 2nd day, a family with kids checked in. I could hear them next door when they were talking or playing.

Location is right in the city center about 20 mins drive from the airport in no traffic condition. Hotel has direct access to the mall which is convenient. Each room comes with a kitchenette with standard equipment like a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Very convenient.

Room service during fasting hours was not available during Ramadan. Although it was informed that room service is 24x7. No one picks up the call before 3 pm.

It's always a good hotel for me if they allowed for an early check-in and that's why they did. The location is superb. as for the facilities, I didn't expected that bath tub and some cooking utensils in the kitchenette and the induction is working in the room they checked me in. The bridge connecting to Andalus mall is of great help esp during my stay as the humidity is intense.

Honestly speaking, their after Vat Price is way expensive from some other apartment hotel. I hope they can give some coupon discount vouchers for their frequent guest or stuff like that. My wife didn't love the pillow as it was not comfortable for her. we didn't bother to request for change as we stayed short during the time of our booking. lastly, they should at least put some directional signage to the hotel before the drive so taxi won't miss the right turn when going there.

The hotel is connected directly to the mall , you don't need to go from outside. The suite i had was very spacious and well equipped with fridge, surface electric oven, main cooking appliances and dishes. Breakfast was good enough if you are looking for practicle and quick graps. Bed linens and towels are clean. Quick check in and out.

Not majors, but pillows were not comfortable enough. The bathroom finishing is a bit old. They could improve in the breakfast varieties. Location is good for people who doesn't want to be in a very busy area, preferably to have your own car, as most of jeddah attractions are up north which is somewhat far from the hotel( uber, careem,bolt are available but costy)

Great buffet breakfast. Lots of dishes and attentive staff, loved the breakfast. Other facilities were also nice, housekeeping needs to be more efficient, although tv was nice and large but the channels were breaking and very slow at times. But overall a very nice experience and would recommend to stay here.

Housekeeping needs to be more efficient. There was a leftover tray outside my room for more than 24 hrs and no one picked it up. Overall staff is helpful and courteous.

the location to the mall was fantastic, which was the the main reason I booked this hotel. However, the price was very high....

The price for the room was very high, and when I called the reception for a taxi, they had no option for a taxi and did not have any alternative plan to help us. Very unprofessional

THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT, BUT THE BREAKFAST NEED TO BE IMPROVED INTERMS OF WHAT WAS PROVIDED. BUT ALL OTHER THINGS ARE EXCELLENT AND GERAT.
