this is literally the BEST hotel i have ever stayed in. It is a 5 star hotel. everything was just excellent. upon check in, they served me qahwa, dates and cold juices. they also sent complimentary fruits to my room. they called me twice to check if everything is okay about my room and my stay. everytime i called the reception for housekeeping, they were at my door within a minute. Their service was just excellent and very quick. the room is filled with all modern equipment. the carpet and the bedding of the room is very fancy and chic. the toiletries they provided were very good too. the size of the room and bathroom however were a bit too small but it doesn’t matter considering everything else was just top class. the breakfast menu changes everyday and is quite delicious. the manager of the breakfast restaurant was very nice. He came to us to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything. It is very near to Haram (both for female and male). It takes less than 3 minutes to reach the Haram. There are many restaurants right outside the hotel (pakistani, turkish, asian, afghanistani, italian, chinese). There are also alot of icecream and juice shops right outside the hotel. You just step outside the hotel and there is everything right in front of your eyes. Baqala and pharmacy and gift shops are very very nearby too. The hotel is at a very prime location. Like i said, everything about this hotel is just superb. I wish i could give it more than 10 stars. It deserves 10000/10 stars tbh. Will come and stay in this hotel again very soon in sha Allah. i LOVED everything about this hotel. THE LITERAL BEST HOTEL TO STAY IN MADINAH.

Location is ok but might be a little bit hard for elderly people. Room is very clean.

A little bit faraway from haram. Almost 7-8 minutes to enter the masjid.

Checked in process was smooth with complimentary drinks.. Ahmed Roayah & Abdul Aziz were extremely helpful & accomodating. Lifts are plenty thus lesser waiting time. Bellboys are excellent. Breakfast are also exceptional with many choices available...credits to omellette station chef & waiters.

The smell of smoking is extremely bad, perhaps by errant tenants despite no smoking sign available everywhere. WIFI is slow & intermittent, but we're ok since we're using unlimited 5G...no biggie.

Me and my wife bought kfc and was eating in the lobby and hotel staff talked very rudely and want me move right away if hotel have the policy that you cannot eat in the lobby their is the way to say politely we spend our money over their not beggars I guess that’s how people talk over their no manners

Disappointment of Parking availability.

I like the staff especially ABDULAZIZ who satisfy me by giving me very good room. Also the other staff were helpfull

We book room with dinner , And Dinner means evening meal, so we in Ramdhan with understanding Dinner means iftar, But on check inn they said suhur ( morning meal) included, we objects we been diverted to office and office guy after little arguments give us iftar but he was not happy as he show one line explanation they have add on booking.com., our dinner means suhur ( morning meal) that bit only finding miss guide, other wise everything eles A1, So many guest I known staying in same hotel has booked thru booking.com, was not happy hotel count dinner as morning meals, luckily around hotel so many restaurants, but after magrib bit hectic and short time before eisha to go restorant and grab a food.

The room size is spacious enough to accommodate guests comfortably. It has a well-appointed washroom with a bathtub and high-quality toiletries. The hotel provides drinking water, tea cups, coffee and tea sachets, an electric kettle, and a working room refrigerator. There are also extra pillows and a comforter available. You'll find an ample number of electrical sockets to use for your phone chargers. Additionally, a complimentary fruit bucket is provided. The hotel staff, including the multilingual receptionists, are extremely friendly and cooperative. The same level of friendliness extends to the room service and restaurant staff. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to Haram. There are also several shops nearby where you can purchase food and other necessities. Lastly, the room I stayed in had a window, allowing for natural sunlight to brighten up the space.

The breakfast variety needs to be enhanced. We had three breakfasts and each day, we were served almost the same dishes.

The best experience ever their quad room 609 is really spacious and well-lit. The bedding is exceptional. Their housekeeping service was more than amazing the guys specially brother shamsulislam. He was even coming to change the waste basket and stock our minibar without even us telling him. Each and every attendant working in the hotel was really helpful and kind towards us. We also requested to change our room which was facing towards a building to another side of the hotel and the reception staff were very kind to do so. The check-in process was very smooth thanks to brother Abdulrahman and sister Ghada they were very understanding towards our needs. They also have an ample space of parking with four floors. the entry exit is from the same point but it is spacious enough for an SUV to easily exit or enter the hotel. I hope they really continue to keep the parking free of charge as most hotel's in this area charge a fee. I would also like to thank the operations manager Mr. Fouad Junaideen for giving us an insight about the hotel. Due to all these reasons we stayed for another 3 more nights in this beautiful hotel. We were easily able to access the Haram from the hotel as it only took us 5-8 mins to reach the prayer area. I really hope they keep their prices reasonable in the coming months :D

Everything was exceptional.

As we entered the hotel Mamun was there with a big smile to ready help us with our baggage. Check in Staff, I think Royah was her name was very pleasant and checked us in within 10mins. Cleaning staff Faisal & Hussain Ahmad were very courteous they would alway come and ask if our rooms needed cleaning. On some occassion they would offer to come back at later time for our convenience. Well done boys! Location is 5min walk to the Masjid and central to all amenities surrounding it. We received complimentary water thoughout our stay. On the last day we were sent some complimentary fresh fruit from the reception team. Definitely would stay again.

Room was booked for 3 people, it was a bit small for us as we struggled to move around once we put our suitcases and shopping.
