this is literally the BEST hotel i have ever stayed in. It is a 5 star hotel. everything was just excellent. upon check in, they served me qahwa, dates and cold juices. they also sent complimentary fruits to my room. they called me twice to check if everything is okay about my room and my stay. everytime i called the reception for housekeeping, they were at my door within a minute. Their service was just excellent and very quick. the room is filled with all modern equipment. the carpet and the bedding of the room is very fancy and chic. the toiletries they provided were very good too. the size of the room and bathroom however were a bit too small but it doesn’t matter considering everything else was just top class. the breakfast menu changes everyday and is quite delicious. the manager of the breakfast restaurant was very nice. He came to us to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything. It is very near to Haram (both for female and male). It takes less than 3 minutes to reach the Haram. There are many restaurants right outside the hotel (pakistani, turkish, asian, afghanistani, italian, chinese). There are also alot of icecream and juice shops right outside the hotel. You just step outside the hotel and there is everything right in front of your eyes. Baqala and pharmacy and gift shops are very very nearby too. The hotel is at a very prime location. Like i said, everything about this hotel is just superb. I wish i could give it more than 10 stars. It deserves 10000/10 stars tbh. Will come and stay in this hotel again very soon in sha Allah. Location is ok but might be a little bit hard for elderly people. Room is very clean.

A little bit faraway from haram. Almost 7-8 minutes to enter the masjid.

Checked in process was smooth with complimentary drinks.. Ahmed Roayah & Abdul Aziz were extremely helpful & accomodating. Lifts are plenty thus lesser waiting time. Bellboys are excellent. Breakfast are also exceptional with many choices available...credits to omellette station chef & waiters.

The smell of smoking is extremely bad, perhaps by errant tenants despite no smoking sign available everywhere. WIFI is slow & intermittent, but we're ok since we're using unlimited 5G...no biggie.

Location, staff, service all good. Easy access to Haram around 5 minutes. Customer service is professional, house keeping is quick and amazing.

Western breakfast, It should have other option in main course.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Masjid e Nabwi. Amaani and Rawan from the Guest Relations Team were outstanding, accommodating both an early check-in and a late checkout. Special credit goes to the manager, Abdul Aziz. They also checked in with us about our stay, which reflects the hotel's caring approach towards its guests. We were welcomed with a drink upon arrival, and a plate of fruit was delivered to our room on more than one occasion. A special mention goes to the hardworking cleaning staff, particularly Azizul Hakim and Hossain Mosarof, whose attention to detail is not only a credit to themselves but also to the Shaza Regency Hotel.

Me and my wife bought kfc and was eating in the lobby and hotel staff talked very rudely and want me move right away if hotel have the policy that you cannot eat in the lobby their is the way to say politely we spend our money over their not beggars I guess that’s how people talk over their no manners

Disappointment of Parking availability.

This is our family's third visit in the holy city, Al Madinah Al Munawwarah. We stayed in two different hotels prior to Shaza Regency Plaza. Before booking Shaza Regency, we had, as usual, browsed a number of hotels. Noticing its rating remains well above 8, which is exceptional, we decided to give it a shot. And we must say we did not come to regret our decision. Rather, we are so impressed by the services of Shaza Regency's staff that we feel an impulse to choose this hotel in any future visits as well, in Shaa Allah. We stayed on floor 12, where we were fortunate to have amazing staff like Riaz Hossain and Farid Ahamed, and supervisors Shamim Hossain and Nur Hossain. There are a few other people that we couldn't remember who are equally amazing in their works. They are all very cordial, friendly, sincere and ever smiling.

I like the staff especially ABDULAZIZ who satisfy me by giving me very good room. Also the other staff were helpfull

Every thing was fine

I liked how quick the check-in was, the sister (I don't remember her name) from guest relations team was fast and efficient during check-in. The house keeping staff was great, I asked for water and he brought the whole case, I don't remember his name but he deserves a raise. As for breakfast, it was surprisingly amazing. I regret not taking it during my booking so I could enjoy it everyday. Breakfast price 50 riyals per person for the quality of breakfast food variety options was remarkable. You also get Mount Uhud view from the breakfast place. I recommend this to others and I will definitely come back.

It is really difficult to find anything I disliked about the hotel and its services, the only thing I can say it maybe to include Iron and Iron stand in the room from the beginning. I had to ask house keeping staff to get me one. Apart from that everything was pleasant.
