Hotel location close to Haram entrance for males and females.

Hotel was fully occupied so waiting time on elevators lobby is quite long. Also the furniture is old

The A/C Thermostat has a fixed temperature and can't be controlled from the control panel, hence have to use a circuit breaker to switch On/Off. Similarly, the water was always hot and was not at room temperature in the toilet for the shower to take a bath.

I arrived here from the airport at 12 noon, and alhamdulillah, they allowed for an earlier check-in, although it was written that the check-in time was at 3 pm. Location: very close to the boulevard, gate 230-235, near doors 19-21 for males and 24-25 for females at the Masjid Nabawi. Room: clean, spacious bathroom. The bedsheet, towel, and floor mat can be changed at any time. I can ask for the iron and board. breakfast / sahuur : excellent. The food was delicious. We packed the sahuur as we had to travel to the train station at 2 am, and the staff was nice.

location: - room: I got bitten by a bedbug once. The hotel needs to do the pest control now. Luckily, I was not afraid to bug and pinched the bedbug. Breakfast/ sahoor: excellent, but the menu repeated. Three days earlier, we served an option of the Asian buffet menu besides the local menu, but no more.

My husband and I stayed at this pretty hotel. It’s a nice hotel, breakfast was included, not that tasty but plenty to choose from. Location was very close to the mosque. I found the hotel was full of Turkish people, they also had a Turkish office/desk at the reception area. A guy at the reception who checked us in seemed like he didn’t wanted to be there and just kept on using his phone (texting or just looking at his phone). He gave us a good room, a suite but he just didn’t know how to communicate. We paid with our card. When we checked out after 4 days the same guy was at the reception, again he just didn’t want to be there and again using his phone. He kept asking if we paid, I said yes we paid by card, please check your system. I would use the hotel again as had no issues except for some people had no manners, when we were coming out of the lift, they wouldn’t give us way and will barge in, apart from that hotel was good

I would recommend this hotel. The masjid is literally 2 mins walk and ideal for ladies entrance. I did go during Ramadan time and you just had to make sure you went in advance of salah times to read in the masjid. However, getting your main meal from outside was a nightmare and at one point waiting 40 minutes just to put your order in . So if you are thinking of going during Ramadan time then book all inclusive. The hotel was nice although it could do with refurbishing as the bathroom looks old. The housekeeper Sharif was really good and made sure we had fresh towels and anything else extra we required. There are elevators but due to the number of people staying you just had to wait your turn. I will book here next time and I have already recommended for other family and friends to stay here. Thank you for making us feel welcome and comfortable. In'sha'Aallah we will be coming back to stay again.

The location is near the main gate of gate 22 Masjid Nabawi, and the room provides us with many bottles of mineral water, also the receptionist is friendly and speaks English fluently.

The hotel's location is really great, right at the main entrance of the holy prophet's mosque. The staff were warm and welcoming despite the clear crowded and high demand time and season. We got what we need to our rooms and it was a positive stay in general!

There were few elevators for the size of the hotel and at times of high demand, the waiting time for an elevator was too long, and it can easily get to 10 minutes of just waiting. The hotel's parking location was a little bit difficult to reach and some signs to direct drivers to its direction would have been greatly appreciated.

Cleanliness and homely environment , behaviour of most of the staff, quick and frequent room service available at each floor, very good breakfast especially in Ramadan and Eid day when special sweets and cake was served,

Cost. Should be less cost especially during Eid and Ramadan to add value to the money Online booking payment information should be more clear

The room was well equipped with everything I needed. Slippers, soaps, plenty of drinking water and essentials like towels and toiletries supplied in plentiful. Reception staff, staff in the restaurant and reception cafe area are all so friendly. They recognised me from my last stay, which was nice. The reception cafe does lovely Karak Chai and staff are kind and courteous.

It could have been cleaner. The carpet was heavily stained with marks. But apart from that, the room was spacious, comfortable, and otherwise generally clean.

Moesaed at check in and Ahmed and the other gentlemen with the Huawei watch, all wonderful amazing people. They gave us awesome rooms as we were a big family of 14. Kamal on the fifth floor the senior supervisor cleaner in charge was always available on hand to see to all our needs. The people and staff, bellboy, security at the lifts and lobby all awesome wonderful people. Thank all of y for making my stay awesome.

The food served for futoor catererd for the majority of the guests which were far eastern. No disrespect but barring the amazing juices and coffee, the food was at times really below what was expected. Sometimes in life man will get what he pays for. Alhamdulillah most important i with my family was in Medinah and this was most important. Small things here and there and Nozol will be awesome like some of the bigger stars.
