Location is good but I would suggest you ask for a room with a window when you check in - the room in the central part of the floors are caustrophobic otherwise. Local amenities are limited - there's a supermarket about 500m along on the opposite side of the street - crossing the street can be challenging......

Road noise is significant so double glazing could be better but that's the drawback of having a window!! Many of the staff on reception seem to be more preoccupied with looking at their phones instead of helping customers.

Helpful staff. Great location. Big comfortable rooms. Not too bad gym.

The breakfast could improve. There wasn't somebody that could fry eggs. Some of the dishes were not labeled and there wasn't a big variety of food.

The gentleman at the reception name Sultan, who was so kind, welcoming me at a late checkout and arranging a decent room for my working environment. If I was to come back again, it would be due to the arrangement Sultan had in place for me.

The on and off of basic services, such as hot water and Wi-Fi

The place was great and the staffs are very friendly and accommodating always gave you a smile especially the staff who help me checked in Abdulaziz, Billy (a kabayan) who always welcomes me with a smile during my breakfast time and Sarah who helped me checked out and help me with my car going to the airport. I enjoyed and loved my stay.. It gives me the relaxation I need even while I'm working.

Location & room facilities.

Bathroom.. Needs renewal. The worker in reception is not Profesionalist, he took the bill value 2177.5 SR twice, and now I try to contact the hotel to refund me the money.

The room is spacious and has a fantastic panoramic view. The service is exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff from the moment of arrival. The breakfast is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Their service is always quick and efficient.

-The big glass windows in the hotel lobby, natural lighting when having breakfast is the best - Welcome drinks when we arrived -LOCATION - its next atleast to HomeCentre and Centerpoint. Its near some malls and establishments too -ROOMS - its bigger than what weve expected, the AC is working good. Our room smells nice too, i love the scent they used! No smell of smoke! Its clean and i love how it is well lighted. Bed and pillows are comfy too. We had good rest and sleep! -PARKING - there is always an available slot in the basement, you can also park in front of the hotel if youre always on-the-go. -BREAKFAST- its quite a simple buffet selection but for its price, i would love to avail it again

It seems that the front desk staff needs to undergo customer service training. Not welcoming, not smiling at all. The lady who assisted us in the front desk seems to be a bit confused and tired too. The hotel is a bit old as well, redesign it a bit specially the front desk/ concierge/ lobby café, more lighting specially at night. The hotel lobby looks sad!

The location of the hotel is strategic to my journey, and had nice atmosphere.

I had a small issue to extend my stay but after a help of the hotel manager the problem was solved.

Room booking, reception & check out process were okay ..

- Rooms should have two bath towels NOT only one, especially when a room is booked for a couple! - Shower holder is a bit higher than normal, noting that I am 6 ft man ..
