-The location is good. -Staff are good. - In room dinning is great value. And using barcode to order is very good and attention to detail. -Room per request. -TV is great comes with all feautures including youtube.

-Hotel needs a valet. As parking is annoying in thia hotel we can find parking spots but you need to walk. -Beds are not that comfy and sheets needs to be more maintaned. -Privecy is very poor as noise slips easily to the next room becarful if you have kids that might cause and issue with the next door fellow or even it might get furthur than that. - House keeping knocking my door at afternoon requesting to clean my room while im inside and i have privecy note on the door?! Housekeeping staff needs more educating. -the main heater has issues in this hotel, better if hotel is facing issue with the water temp better if they inform prior to check in.

The location was perfect for our needs being situated ten minutes from the diplomatic area and only 30 minutes from the train station. Check in was efficient with a warm welcome. Rooms were very clean with the venue catering for mainly business travellers. The hotel is quiet, relaxed and offers a comfortable oasis of calm following a hectic day chasing admin. The restaurant offers a magnificent buffet with many delicious local dishes available. And so we indulged with the unique and delicious flavours of this land.

Nothing to dislike.

Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter is well equipped, clean and confortable for those traveling for work. Breakfast is really good and staff is very nice and friendly.

I cannot see of experience anything that i didn’t like or i don’t like. Everything is absolutely awesome.

Everything are perfect! Staffs are very accomodating from securities, receptionists and crews. I higly recommend this place to stay especially to those who have appointments with embassies it is a walking distance. Mariott is accessible but quite far from malls and other recreational areas. Thank you for accomodating Us, me and my sister enjoyed our stay. I will surely come back to Mariott. God bless you all!

The hotel is superb. Room is spacious and clean. Amenities are great. Check in and general interaction while staying were easy.

Got unexpected problems with getting a tourist e-visa. In visa application one must give an email of the hotel one is staying in. And this hotel straight out refused to tell their email. I asked several times, but the only answer was - we won't give you an email you can use in your e-visa application. Ridiculous.

I like the receptionist. He was so friendly and welcoming. He gave us 2 white roses as a way to welcome us to the hotel when we check in. I also like their business center it is comfortable to set and work in. It has 6 different outlets for you to bring your own devices, 3 computers, and a printer.

I didn't like that they don't allow female to swim in the pool or to workout in the fancy gym. They do however provide their female guests with a small room with elliptical, treadmill, and dumbbells. In their future plan, they will have time for the female guests to swim and enjoy the fancy gym.

It’s amazing the staff are the best they were helpful and nice to me and my family they did an amazing job to make sure that we have all we need for our stay. Thanks for all the respectful receptionist they were amazing and very happy to finish all paper work for check in and out .

Clean, friendly staff and well located near the Diplomatic quater. The London Circus restaurant is really good as well as the breakfast, with lots of choices and variety.

Curtains in the room are not fully blackout. Outside lights are not blocked.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was satisfactory in terms of food quality and variety. Amenities were also fine.

Ordered food from the restaurant one evening, was a bit disapointed with the quality of food. Good quantity for the price though.

Location is excellent as it is close to the embassies area. Good breakfast, clean room and very friendly staff. Good gym and pool. The breakfast is good, several options and starts from 06:30 am.
