The property was spacious and clean with decor in the apartment in a good state. Staff was attentive and tried to solve any problems

There was maintenance work going on at the property and therefore noise was an issue. Also there was only one lift available which was being worked on, which means we had to wait a long time for a lift. The underground car park was also filled with building materials which means navigating safely was difficult. We booked the apartment for 5 and got 4 beds with no extra beddings. Needed a little bit of argument with the reception to get the extra duvet.

The property was very clean and tidy. Excellent location as everything is near by. The building is brand new and the staff were amazing. I honestly recommend this place to anyone who wants clean and spacious property.

The only problem is there are not many restaurants around the place. However, there are plenty of coffee shops ,that open 24 hours.

These apartments are great inside. Large bedroom, sitting room and kitchen. Quiet also, central location. Convenince store on the corner of the building but no decernt nearby food options. Happy to see the lobby furniture got an update. Daily cleaning.

Wish there were an English speaking staff member around more often. Oddly the building has no name outside but can be found on uber and other geolocation apps by name, Currently one of the two elevators is being replaced.

Very clean with nice kitchen including fridge, washing machine and microwave.Nice view to Al Mamlakah Tower. Available super market next to the hotel apartments.

Parking cards are not set up electronically and you have to call every time to open the gate. TV channels are limited.

The apatment is well organized and very claen. The staff are very welcoming and polite. The location is amazing, 10 min walking to Kingdom center/ sky bridge. Many restaurants and some nice malls around.

Super clean, spotless, spacious place. Well equipped with washing machine, oven, desk, TV Comfortable and clean bed The rooms are beautifully decorated with soft lighting and sophisticated furniture

Washroom was perfectly clean, but could have been equipped with some more toiletries. Would love to have drinking water, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. The area felt a bit strange because of construction and no visible security guard. Feelings of safety could be improved.

We couldn't swim because the swimming pool is cold. They should warm especially now that it is a cold season. Some of the staff do not understand English and difficult to communicate with them.

Very large room witch an lot of space. Beautyful funuture. Downstairs is also an gym, swimming pool and hamman Reception is 24 hours open Next to the hotel is an small supermarket

Less things in the kitchen. Only 2 plates etc.

the staff and convenience

they are under maintenance but didn’t cause any disturbance to me, but could have mentioned it in the beginning. my first impression was not in their favor until i checked the rooms. pictures of the building from outside is not as seen in booking.
