The room , except a false fire alarm went off while we were sleeping . It scared us out of bed , we had to go down 44 flights of stairs, stand outside in our pajamas for about a half hour .

The casino and restaurants. Caesar’s casino wasn’t clean and it was difficult to get a drink while playing. The restaurants are closed to early and open to late. The only thing to eat is one little very expensive deli with terrible food . The buffet is gone .

Room was spacious and clean. Employees were polite and helpful.

The hotel charged an extra resort fee of 31.80 each day. This was not reflected in the total cost that booking confirmed. It would probably not mattered in booking the room but I find it a little duplicitous on the part of booking. These fees should be included in the final price confirmed by booking. Also we went to the pool only to be told that we would have to pay $20 each for a chair. And that we needed to reserve a seat ahead of time. That kind of spoiled the trip as we were looking forward to spending the day by the pool. No information was available in the room to explain services available,policies or restaurant hours etc.

It’s was a great location. Lobby was nice and picturesque. Everyone was nice and approachable .The food was good at deli pizza great!

The rooms needed a makeover. Bathrooms had old fixtures ,that were in need of repair.carpet looked worn. Homeless people kept begging for money. In the Hard Rock hotel we even had a person come right up to us. My husband got a rewards card and was told we could get free parking. The parking attendant didn’t know what we were talking about. Had to pay 25 $ instead of of 15. Finally, was charged an early fee 17.$ to get a room early. I would understand if the room wasn’t ready.

The non smoking room we had was very nice. But I reserved two rooms and the front desk staff told me that the second room had to be a smoking room. Hotel was very clean and modern.

Front desk staff was awful. I booked two rooms and one was a double non smoking room that I booked 3 months prior to arrival and when I was checking in, I was told that with the company I used, I could only get a smoking room! I then cancelled my reservation and rebooked through booking.com which said it had not-smoking rooms. When I tried to check in under that reservation, I was again told that they had no more non-smoking rooms and that I had to contact booking to cancel my reservation. I did that and a stuck around to ask a few guests checking in after me and they all told me they got non-smoking rooms. I wasted 4 hours checking in and still had to switch hotels. Terrible, terrible front desk customer service.

We stayed in a renovated room in the centurion tower and it was very nice. The shower was the best with a dual cascade shower head. I paid $238 for 2 night Sunday and Monday. We also had an ocean view which I didn’t expect but it was a beautiful view. Another great thing which I am sure no one reviewed about it how fast their elevators are. I do not like elevators and I’ve taken steps in other hotels because of horrible elevators but these elevators were so quick and clean.

It took forever for our room to be cleaned and I also don’t think they were cleaned that well but this is my only complaint. They might want to get new housekeeping or train better.

Close to the boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean.

Sort of frumpy and showing its age kind of casino that had better days in year’s bygone. Large property but seemingly empty. Rooms had no complimentary water and no paper and pen to write with. Wrote phone info on napkin I had from restaurant and pen from my backpack. Slot machines were tight and the only winner was casino. I didn’t like the whole setup and/or the people playing them. Like I said this casino had its hay day back in the ‘80’s and early 90’s. Room therefore cheap compared to some of the other casino in A/C.

Everyone was very friendly and our room was clean.

No where on the reservation did it say our room had NO Window!! who wants to stay at the Beach with no window. We had to upgrade which cost us an extra 130.00 for a room with a view. Not even Frontal beach view! Also, we had to pay $40.00 a head to use the pool?????? only place I ever stayed I had to pay for a pool. Also the Buffet which was on the Hotels website was permanently! It would have been nice to know that up front. one thing I learned from this trip is next time I will Double check a lot of these things before making the reservation. Another thing, YOU CAN'T WALK THE STREETS IN THIS TOWN YOU HAVE TO UBER OR DRIVE EVERYWHERE!!! THE STREET AREN'T SAFE!

The hotel was fine ! Its location is a little off since it’s on the end , but u can walk on boardwalk to other hotels ! I liked the fact it was near the outlets !

The check in process ! I requested an early check in , they said they would charge me $100 That’s ridiculous !!! 4 pm for check in , it’s usually 3 pm There Should be free parking , for hotel guests ! !! Should receive a voucher upon check out ! Fees galore for everything Room fee ? After I just paid for my room ? Tourism fee ? Really ?

The hotel itself has plenty of activities and restaurants to keep one occupied. Its proximity to the boardwalk, beach, and outlet stores is also a HUGE plus. The staff is also very nice, especially when an issue arose; they were quick to remedy the situation to everyone's satisfaction. The option to express checkout is very convenient and simple to do. We were upgraded to an ocean-view room in the Centurion tower, and I must say that if you have the option to, I would absolutely book a room there (even better if you get the newly renovated room; although my sister and I didnt stay in one, another one of family members were, and that room is very nice).

There is an option to do self check-in, which I completed. However, when I attempted to use the kiosks to receive my room assignment and keys, multiple kiosks were not working. Four of them were not functioning. One gave me keys but did not print out the room assignment, and then finally, the last one I tried just prompted me to just go see an attendant. This may have just been the case for our room, but the shower seemed to need more scrubbing. I felt more comfortable in there with shower shoes than without.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was beyond fantastic. But it was my first and last time in Atlantic City. Not for me. There is nothing outside the hotel and things are not walkable. Also a lot of homeless around outside.
