First of all, I would like to say to the front desk workers thank y’all so much for everything y’all did I ordered roses requested for them to be put on the bed and the rose petals spread it out from the front door to the back window. My wife and I walked in and she was amazed not believe that I pulled this off lol it was the staff of this hotel. Y’all made our stay amazing. We definitely will be back thank y’all so much.

My husband and I came for a weekend of relaxation and fun in OKC, and the AC Hotel by Marriott helped make our weekend exceptional!! The check-in process was quick and easy, every part of the hotel was spotless and smelled so good, and the bed was firm but comfortable. The gym's accommodations made it so that we could have a workout that was just as good as our normal workouts. The breakfast bar was worth every penny - the food was amazing!! I would highly recommend the AC Hotel by Marriott to anyone traveling to OKC.

Clean, food was great and location.

Lack of free parking for the hotel. Minimal free on street parking on weekends only. There is one parking garage available for $10 a day but is 2 blocks from hotel and if you leave garage, you will have to pay again to use it. Same as a open lot 1 block down from the hotel. Surface lot across the street would have been over $40 for over night stay. Valet parking was $32.

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was beautiful and location was great.

Between booking.com and the hotel, they lost our reservation. I was traveling cross country with my cousin and 110 lb dog so we requested a double room and when we got there the evening of our stay after 14 hours in the car they were out of double rooms. He had to sleep on a pull out couch and I requested actual bedding and it was never brought.

Perfect for staying in walking range to things in Bricktown.

For the price, the bed is very firm. The shower in the bathroom did not have good water pressure and would only get lukewarm. The temp would not have been so bad if they didn’t have glass barn style doors that does not seal the bathroom from cold air flowing in. The door is also extremely unstable.

It is European style oriented. Very stylish looking. Location is perfect for Bricktown walk and restaurants.

Even though AC hotels started being advertised a couple years ago, the hotel is pretty run down. The fixtures are broken, barely hanging (bathroom door, toilet seat, hooks, shower head hook), towels thinned down, outside furniture is broken and stained. The breakfast is advertised as European, but is very limited. No free parking. You can park free in the street at your own risk, if it’s over the weekend.

It was the perfect starting point in OKC/Bricktown to explore OKC Downtown and Bricktown by feet and by streetcar. The room was very good and the hotel very modern!

The valet parking does not allow the new guests to make the checkin if they do not give them the car keys! This means if you want to do self parking you can not park directly for 5-10 minutes in front of the lobby! Unbelievable!

The hotel was overall better than I expected. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. I used the gym and that was very nice too. My only complaint is that I wish they had more a La carte breakfast items. It would also be nice to see the food menus for the restaurant online in advance. Staff was friendly. My waiter who served me at breakfast was extremely friendly. I didn’t get a chance to catch his name but he was tall and has reddish/brunette hair. He offered excellent service and went above and beyond.

I loved the entire anesthetic of the hotel. The staff during my stay was professional, friendly , polite, and extremely helpful

The only downside was the cost of parking, which was $70. I feel for those who are occupying a room should get complimentary parking. Or at least half the cost. Especially when the parking lot is shared with public parking.
