The breakfast was fine- the best part was the "pour-your-own waffles." The facilities were clean and food was hot. It was great for a quick meal before hitting the road. The room was just what you'd expect. It was clean, and everything worked in the room just fine. The hotel gym was clean and useful.

It was just a little boring, and the breakfast was all processed food.

Super great value! Staff was wonderful. Our room was one of the best we've stayed in, very roomy and well appointed. The bed was amazingly comfortable! NOT the typical hard bed. Sheets and towels were all really soft and nice! The breakfast was good, as well.

If I HAD to nit-pick, I'd say they could use a better variety of complimentary beverages for breakfast, as I don't drink coffee, and I'm diabetic, so not a lot of juice, either.

Good location

Food wasn’t watched and had to find a staff member to get more food at breakfast time and pool area was empty of towels , had to go back to front to ask for towels and customers left food on tables so that means no staff check in the area for cleanliness

Room arrangement (closet shelves frig bed, etc) was great. There is plenty of room and lots of electronic connections. Breakfast was pretty standard fair but tasted very good, and the area was always clean. Shout out to Tamy at the front desk. Very friendly.

How clean the rooms were especially because I have 2 under 2 and they are on the floor playing.

The bathtub plug had a chip in it so when I went to bathe them all the water had gone out because of the little chip. I put a plastic bag under it to hold the water.

The pool & hot tub room was really clean but small

The fact that booking. Com failed to keep microtels rooms updated I booked a king bed w/ a sofa bed and microtel front desk clerk said the hotel no longer have rooms with sofa beds and that I had to contact booking.com to make my complaint.

The hotel was excellent. The advertising materials did not present how excellent the hotel is and they need to be improved.

Advertising materials need improvement. There are excellent, safe parking spaces - our overview sheet said that there was some parking available in the neighborhood. All this not correct. The breakfast was good and our overview sheet said that they were only able to serve muffins and juices. Not true - breakfast was well stocked and varied in offerings.

The bed was comfortable - the TV had a good selection of channels - the shower hot - all linens were very clean - the room appeared clean - the couch was nice as was the refrigerator in the room - close to eating establishments as well as I-27

Shower head is horrible - bathroom was tiny - no dirty closes bag - TV doesn't swivel even with seating off to one side - the weight room weight trainer was broken with no signs of repairs being made - morning staff seemed to be fighting with each other but they weren't speaking English so i couldn't understand why they were shouting at each other

Lovely and friendly staff. I arrived late and was made to feel welcome and safe. Good breakfast and comfortable bed. Perfect overnight stop near the highway.

Some portions of the carpeting in the room needed replacement.

Loved this property. Very clean and the location was perfect. I have never stayed at a Microtel and was incredibly happy I did. Rooms were so clean and large. Staff was very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was an added bonus. Nice variety to pick from. I definitely will come back to this hotel.
